Didn't have to wait long had no appointment. They even told me there was a recall on vehicle and took care of it would recommend good price also

Ask for David. The best service around. They are quick and efficient without trying to sell you anything else that you might not need. They are bottomline and that is how it should be.

When certain people are in charge there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency for the customer. Was there to get ONE tire replaced and was there for over an hour after my car was in the bay. I can change a flat in less than 15 minutes without a lift so an hour and 15 minutes seemed a little excessive. Maybe if the techs weren't so busy visiting and holding their tool boxes up I might have gotten out earlier.

Truly an amazing experience. I thought I had something in my tire! They took good care of me. I was right in, they fixed the problem. Let s than an hour and I was in the road! Amazing!

A painless experience. Had the WORKS oil change. In and out in a reasonable time for a fair price. Tech was efficient and used a torque wrench on the lug nuts.

I have had my car serviced her multiple times. I bought both my cars at River View Ford and have gotten to know the guys at the shop. All I can say is, whenever I have had a problem, I know who I can turn to.Yesterday, my car battery died and I was able to get it jumped and get it over to their shop. They were pretty busy but got me in and were so accommodating and understanding. This shop is excellent all around- from service, professionalism, prices and consistency. I will be a long time customer.

Great place to keep maintenance on vehicle. Jesse been helping out for a few years. Fewer masks being worn. Mechanics have always done a good job, timely. Can get crowded. The Works pkg may be slightly high priced, compared to similar places, but staff won't try to push or sell you unnecessary extras. Have had oil changes, brakes, coolant system, tie rod and suspension work done over the years, only Ford vehicles, but understand the work on other brands.

Someone decided to go home, but I had waited for over a half hour before I was told they couldn't service my car. So, I got an oil change instead. This is not normal, I usually get excellent service here.

Value added customer service is really a thing @ Quick Lane. John was the Customer Service Specialist helping me during my last visit. He was awesome.

Horrible customer service! I didn t feel appreciate at this quick lanes at all! Horrible customer service this place is down the street from my new house but I ll drive 20 mins to Plainfield quick lanes based on their quality of service & how appreciated I feel when I come. That s why I have a Ford because of the customer service but they re not giving that at all
