Let me start off by saying Heather is one of the best small business owners that are very customer-centric. I've been going here for every car that I've ever had. The tint is done flawlessly in an incredible amount of time. One of the best things about premier tint pros is that they have the best warranty for window tints that I've ever encountered.There was a time that I had my car caught in a hail storm and it broke one of the windows that was tinted. I called just to get an estimate, and Heather advised me to just come in and they could get it done super fast and they are not charging for hail damage! Now. That's good business practice. This is why I keep on bringing back all my cars. Also, if there's any imperfections in the tint, it'll be taken care of for your charge. I went with the top of the line ceramic at 20%. I feel that everyone at premier tint pros, at all locations, should get a lot of praise. They do a wonderful job in a short amount of time. I go to the Oswego location, they have a great waiting room. The remote for the TV is right there so you can change the station, free water, and free coffee. I suppose I could ramble on and on about the awesome stuff that premier tint pro does.So in conclusion, I will continue to bring all of my cars to premier tint pros. So far I'm on six cars. I also have been spreading the word already about premier tint pro in the fantastic job they always do.If I had a glass to raise I would, cheers to you Heather and making a great business even better!

Thank you so much Heather for 8 plus years of great service and going above and beyond !! Being around winddow tint for over 30years I've seen everything from cheat tint and low quality. I'm happy to tell people who did my windows ( Premire Tint Pros ) always looks perfect at a great price.

I would like to thank Heather and her team for the amazing work on the tints! I decided to pass by the aurora store and inquire on getting my tints redone since the past store I got it at was not able to apply the warranty and was also told that the other shop used a cheaper tint. Had Alex at the Aurora location help me out and show examples of 20% tint.When I was around the Oswego location, I decided to get them done at an amazing price, including removing the previous tint. I decided to go with the CTX 15% tint based on the 20% I was shown earlier in Aurora that seemed extremely dark, although the 15% was not as dark as I thought and instantly regretted not going with 5%. They utilize ceramic films that have a higher quality than most films used in other shops and that is a big factor that plays into that quality of visibility of the tint, especially during the night.Other than that, Heather educated me through the different Llumar films that was available and was able to get me out of there in an hour and a half. I will definitely be a returning customer. I appreciate the work from your team!If anyone would like pictures of 15% tint below, there s pictures during the day, sunset, and night time below.

Have used these guys before, just the other location. This time around was just as smooth as the first time. Heather was amazing and helping me get my appointment set up and explaining the process and the installers were awesome and got my car done in a timely fashion. I know removing my old window tint wasn t the easiest and I appreciate all the hard work they did today. I also appreciate it. They allowed me to use their truck because my windows were gonna take most of the day. That is customer service at its finest. So many places will tint your windows these days. Only one stands out. Premier Tint Pros. All around, my experience was exceptional. From my first impression of the comfortable waiting area to final results, their customer service and workmanship stand out. The owner/ operator is very polite, knowledgeable and honest with the products. What is needed vs. what works and doesn't in their professional opinion. My car came out better than I expected! Due to my extreme satisfaction, it led me to come back to them to do my windshield which also came out better than expected.Would recommend to anyone looking for quality service, products and workmanship! They offer not only window tinting but other car personalization products. Paint protection, remote start relays and a few others. How can a business be any better than this? I am blown away by the service here. Started by talking with Heather on the phone to get details on installing PPF on my new Tesla. She gave so much info and answered all of my dumb questions!I brought the car in for the PPF and when she asked how I was getting home after dropping the car, I told her I would Uber or walk. She then proceeded to take me home in her own car. Like what company does that?Fast forward a few days as I needed to return for a few questions and they wanted to correct a few small areas. I told her I ll wait a bit for my wife to pick me up and Heather the owner hands me her car keys and says to take her car home. I m thinking again, what business does this. I thanked her and politely declined as I can t accept that offer of generosity. Again I m totally floored by the act of kindness.While waiting for my wife I decide what the hell, let s tint the car while here as well as her actions make me want to spend money with local businesses like hers. She gave me what I consider to be a very nice price on the tint and was happy they would do it while my car is already here for the PPF correction. Plus they have lots of snacks! :)I know they have a bunch of great reviews but trust me it s all 100% accurate and more. I will be coming back also to have them remove the other Tesla badges from my car and apply cool new ones. Love when you find a place that s just so much better than anything out there. This is the second car I have gotten tinted with premiere and I am more than satisfied. I had been sent to this location from aurora and people had already been waiting and I thought there was no chance I'd get out of here in a reasonable time. Nope. Quoted at about 2 hours and they finished every window in a little over 1 hour. Their top of the line film does wonders at blocking out heat you can't even feel the sun on the inside of my car now it's fantastic. Heather was very nice and overall the experience was very straight forward. The price is very reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their windows tinted!

Great experience for tinting my truck. They were very knowledgeable and showed me options that I wasn t even aware existed. Truck looks awesome and the pricing is competitive. It was done super quick as well! Very happy with the results!

What a great job! The lady was great at helping me choose a tint percentage by showing me their vehicles so that I can reference those percentages. I was able to quickly choose one and they also have many types of films for those in budget or quality.The waiting room blew my mind as I did not expect them to have coffee, other things, and cell phone chargers for you.I was so pleased with them that I can't wait to head back and get the paint protection film and some vinyl wrapping from them in a few weeks.

They did both my car and truck and did excellent work. Heather was incredibly helpful for setting it up the way I wanted, and the techs went out of their way to show me slight imperfections in the glass that might be highlighted by the tint I chose. Awesome experience. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

Heather was so sweet. She made the wait as pleasant as possible The service was quick. They have a variety of complimentary snack and drinks. A nice size waiting area and they do good work. Heather will forever have my support because of how amazing she is.On top of that, I forgot I went to them years ago for tints. Immediately after leaving I was pulled over by the police (not for the tints) and forced to roll my window down. However, rolling the window down did not ruin my tints or show any differences. (Im not telling you not to wait the 3-5 days but just showing how good their work is)

Great customer service. We were having issues with a remote starter installed years ago by another company. They could have had us bring the car in and charge for it. Instead, they trouble shot over the phone and was able to take care of the issue over the phone. Will recommend and go to them for future needs. Well done!

I recommend anyone looking to get their car tinted to come here. Best service, friendly staff, and great price for the tints. They also offer Netflix for people who are waiting. Overall, I'm pleased with their work.

I was nervous to get tints, but its been something I ve wanted. I got a 2021 Kona this week and found this place on Google search. They had good reviews and stood out to me b/c of the reasonable prices. They did a very clean job. Wait time for me was about 2 hours, which went by quickly due to access to Netflix on the smart tv and wifi. I also appreciate the warranty given for vehicles. Awesome job. Have gone twice. First time for all four windows. There was some slight issues with bubbles in the small back door window that does not operate but it s a minuscule problem i dont care to have resolved. Went back for my windshield several years later and they even provided spare stickers for my iPass. Ceramic tints have held up incredibly well. My second time using them, first time for tinting, this time for auto start.There was an issue where our appointment didn't get saved appropriately, and they still got us in and everything works well.Nice, easy to understand pricing too. There's a waiting room that has snacks and free holiday candy. There's also a couple of couches, and a standing/elevated work station if you aren't able to get away from work.*For the vision impaired: easy to navigate layout, pretty much a straight walk back and forth leading from their checkout counter to the seating area.

When I first got my windows tinted at Premier Tint Pros I was happy with the results. But after just a few years, hundreds of air bubbles have appeared and looks like like DIY project. Extremely disappointed that could only hold up for a couple of years. Now I will have pay real professionals to fix their mistakes. Would not take your car here for tint, better off doing it yourself!Service: Vehicle window tinting

I would like to thank the team at Premier Tint Pros for tinting my front two windows.I initially chose this shop due to it being close to where I live. The quality of film they use (LLumar). And the competitive price.Heather answered all the questions I had faster than the other tint shops I contacted.The online appointment system was easy to use and had a wide selection of times.The shop was easy to get to ( the building had plenty of signage) and lots of parking.I was greeted when I went into the shop. We went over the type and percentage of tint to confirm and waited in the very nice waiting room they have ( tv, snacks , drinks. Wifi)The tinting did not take too long. They have a window into the shop and saw that they had a full garage of cars. I highly reccomend using the online appointment system if you want tints on a certain day and timeI chose Llumar CTX 35% ceramic tint for the heat rejection and to keep it legal and I've been more than happy with the quality of installation and tint itself. The car doesn't feel like a fishbowl on hot days. The military discount was much appreciatedThe biggest compliment I can give is my parents are anti tinting but after seeing and driving around in my car now they would like their car tinted the same way to reduce the heat and give a bit more privacy.Thanks Heather and Premier Tints , I'll see you next week!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Was my first time getting tints from this place and I LOVE my tints. 5% on all windows. 50% on windshield. The staff was very friendly no troubles at all. Got me done in a hour and a half.
