HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Noe is great to work with! We have brought multiple vehicles here & always left satisfied. Noe has worked with us in exploring repair options as well as anticipated repairs (2 vehicles with 100k+ miles). Local, available, & affordable. I m so glad we were referred to here when we moved to Oswego.

This was my first time to have our van serviced at Precision Auto Repair in Oswego. This is a family owned business and Noe (owner) and his wife are so friendly and truly care about their customers !!! If you are looking for outstanding customer service, excellent repair service, and an extremely large, clean waiting area this is the place!!!!Noe (owner) promptly called me after I left a message on their website. He accommodated the date and time I was able to drop our van off. He called promptly with repairs needed, cost and when the repairs would be completed. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this auto repair shop!

Noe and his staff were the best people to work with. Honest, caring, knowledgeable, and fair with the prices. Noe took the time to show me my vehicles parts and how damaged they were. He thoroughly explained the entire process and the importance of each repair. His receptionist was so kind and helpful. I called that morning, she was able to get me in that day and my car serviced the following day. It was obvious they are passionate about the service they provide and genuinely care about their customers. The best part..I have since received 2 follow up texts from Noe checking in on my vehicle. I can t say enough good things about this company and the service they provide. I had a very positive experience. They were able to get me in quickly and when they realized the repairs were going to take longer I was offered a loaner car so I could get to work on time. The price was reasonable and my car runs great now.

Highly recommend. Trying to find a reliable, honest mechanic is difficult. The box chains always upsell and do work that doesn't need to be done. Noe is the best in the area. He explains what needs to be done and options. He stands behind his work 100%. Take all my vehicles to him. I trust him!

I had what I thought was a bad water pump on my truck, and tried calling several places before stumbling upon Precision. Best stumble I ve ever made. They were able to get me in right away, and after telling Noe that I thought the water pump was shot he called me back about an hour later and told me it was just air conditioner condensation. He also checked out several other issues for me at no additional charge. Noe didn t make much money off of me today, but he definitely gained a new customer. The team did an exhaustive scan of my SUV before I drove it across the country. They gave me a report with pictures and explanations, which were broken down into- critical address- good to fix- keep an eye on itThey jumped on a call to walk through the report and answer any of my questions. We went forward with a portion of the work and they didn t try to convince me to do anything beyond my budget. They completed the work quickly and the car has been purring ever since.Would absolutely bring my car back here and recommend to others in the area.Service: Oil change

Had Work done on my wife's car last year- a full tune up which we were told (and invoiced) would change out the spark plugs. Fast forward to last week when our car had issues and inspected the plugs to find the original plugs still- all four plugs were completely worn down- not from a years worth of moderate to low use. Used this shop several times and won't be returning after finding this.

This is a great one stop repair service facility in Oswego,IL. Noe and his wife are wonderful to work with. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of service is at its BEST. Very knowledgeable and reliable and my Jeep is running at its finest. They have never let me down. Hit up Noe and his team they are the most amazing and professional shop I ve been to in a long time. They know there way around Toyota better than most, they kept my daughters high mileage Tacoma on the road.

This was my 1st time using Precision Auto, I needed my exterior mirror fixed and an oil change. Noe and his team were great and very quick. They got the job done efficiently and effectively. I will be back if I ever have any car issues in the future. I have been a customer of PCAR for one year. I have brought my car in multiple times and have always been extremely grateful for their service. Noe has been so professional and has given incredible customer service. He cares for his customers, follows up to make sure the vehicle is still functioning properly, gives oil change reminders, and is always kind and explains everything thoroughly. PCAR is trustworthy, honest, fast, and efficient. I was referred to this company by a family member and I m eternally grateful. I got a referral from a friend to this mechanic (Noe) a few years ago. I drive out over an hour to see him. The prices he quote are significantly lower than the previous mechanic. I've used him for multiple cars and he's been able to fix it up for a good deal. I highly recommend him since he's very responsive, fair and he's always checked up on me after to make sure my car was running nicely.I don't often write reviews but I appreciate Noe for his reliability and honesty. Its been 2 months since I've gotten my repairs and maintenance done on my car here, and its been running great. I've had no problems whatsoever and the check engine light that I had on is even gone. The people are friendly and keep in touch with you to make sure your vehicle is running smoothly. They definitely try their best to exceed their customer's expectations and it shows. Honest, friendly, and great prices. I definitely recommend them to have work done on your car if its needed. This place is awesome. I have been coming to Precision Auto Repair for years. My neighbor told me about Noe, and I came to his shop which was near my home. Now I come to his new location in Oswego. The people there are great.
