Customer service was good. The outcome of bringing my truck in for alignment after getting new tires on was not so good. Paid $150 for an alignment they could not figure out how to get my back left driver side tire align. Bought my truck from a car dealership Chevy to be exact all the car notes on it. Never been in a car accident. Now because they couldn't get my back tire aligned nothing was wrong with it they said they just couldn't get it aligned. My steering wheel was on point before service.now I have to drive with a cocked steering wheel a little bit. Because the young technician could not do his job.. now before I brought it in I told them it was a four-wheel drive pickup. I asked them if they can do it they said yes. Turned out that was a lie.. so now I have to bring it into another place and try to get my truck aligned thank you Mike's Auto for taking my money. I think Mike's Auto should do a serious review on your technicians! The young kid kept saying well it's a pin on the back left tire and I've never seen this before . Well the truck's not that old or new to 2017 pretty sure I'm not the first 2017 Chevy Colorado to come in.

Took my truck in for a blown break line. So Grateful they were able to fix it right away. Very kind and understanding people. The prices are reasonable. Will recommend to my friends and family.

So grateful for the assistance we received on an extremely cold winter day. My Mom's battery died on her car and we needed help replacing with a new one. We were warmly greeted by the Team at Mike for Miles. They quickly replaced the battery and provided reassurance. Clean facility, friendly and professional service. We will definitely be back.

These guys were able to get me in right away for a Check Engine light checkup, were up front and informative with what the issue was, and quickly did the repair and an oil change as discussed. Prices are reasonable, and they were friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back for some other work to be done. Give them a shot!

This was my second visit to this location and both times were great. I went for wiper blades yesterday and they were replaced for me in 10 minutes. Noah is always very welcoming and Izzy that installed them was so very nice also. I will definitely be back. I really think these guys are very honest and care.

It s been over 1,500 miles since I got my car back from the shop and I m thrilled with how it s been running. I had issues with my ignition coils and electronic panel but something else always kept popping up when I d drive away. BUT this is a success story. The team was diligent in finding the solutions. It took some time but Noah got it right in the shop and always kept me informed. Ray always kept a positive attitude and was patient through it all. I definitely got a good deal even with all the hours that were put into fixing it. I was happy with the price and more importantly I m confident in the work they did. That s why I waited until I put some miles on to write a review.I will go back to this Mike More Miles and I recommend them.

I can not say enough about this business, and it's employees. As a single mom who doesn't have anyone around this area. When something has happened, and yes I may have been flustered. They are kind, understanding, it's nice to be heard and not feel like the person on the other line is rolling their eyes. Like I'm just another person. Not to mention the service is fast. Reasonable prices. If they can not do what you have wrong they have a recommendation. That I gaurantee they use themselves and know the quality of work you'll get. I can not praise and refer to them enough. Thank you guys. Your whole team is wonderful.A greatful mother

Ray and the whole team at Mike s are amazing to deal with. I feel like they know me and are always looking out for me and my vehicles. They are always very honest and tell me when repairs are really needed or not necessary. They always have a fair price and do great work. I m so happy I found a place to trust!

Every time I ve gone here the service has been amazing! They aren t like other businesses that try to brush issues under the rug so you will continue to give them money to fix a simple issue. They worked hard to figure out what was wrong with my car and get it fixed quickly for me.

My car battery died while visiting a local business near this shop. The guys walked over and changed my battery for me in the parking lot! I am so thankful for them. They are a very friendly, honest and reliable shop! I definitely will be using them again for my future car car needs!

I ve taken my Toyota Tacoma here a couple times.This time was for a washer pump not working. Apparently, I blew a fuse, and I even checked it the day before. Probably was not looking at it correctly. I would ve torn my hair out trying to fix this myself.The guys even topped off the fluids. I was low on a couple things.The guys are always polite andquick as can be, even though they are busy.I would recommend them for quality service at a good rate, and especially the honesty and feedback from them.

These guys are great! They got my cars in quickly and went through everything they checked for us. They also keep track of services that need to be done soon so you can plan ahead, unlike the guys who call you while holding your car hostage and ask if you want them to add on $500 of extra services.

Ready to schedule and ready to fix my Mitsubishi. Polite thoughtful however he could ve gone over precisely what they did and how my car was in great shape . The manager pointed out the guarantee. I d go back again.

Very unproffesional staff and unethical way of conducting business. I called in and made an appointment for an oil change, gave them all the information regarding my vehicle. When I got there they wanted to up sell me, when I refused they refused to do an oil change. I will be very careful with doing business with them.

Hands down excellent service! Very professional and friendly personel!Did oil change, tire rotation and air filter in less then an hour. ( without an appointment )Keep up the great work guys, I will come back for sure!

Could not have had a better experience! Came in with several issues/concerns, all of which taken care of. Brakes were checked and rather than performing service that was not yet needed I was informed the brakes still had plenty of life. Grateful for the honesty and for being able to hold on to my cash. Ray, at the service counter, acted like he owned the place. By that I mean he treated me like he cared about not only the success of the business but for me as a valued customer. I will be back there when my brakes are due for service and I d recommend Mikes in Oswego to friends and family.

Mike More Miles was amazing! I was told that my tires were out of allignment and that it could seriously impact my car and my tires (which I had replaced that morning). I was referred to MMM and I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get in that day, but I called and the manager said he could work me in. So I went over and within a half hour, they worked me in and got my tires alligned! They were friendly, professional, and treated me with respect with all my questions. I loved the efficiency and how quick they were with great service! Highly recommend!

I drive high miles and require frequent service. These guys get all my work.The manager Fred is friendly and has yet to let me down. As far as I'm concerned its a trustworthy and quality shop, I'd recommend.

I came to MMM with no heat. With a coolant flush, they fixed my problem at the price they quoted me. Very cordial and respectful. Everyone there was cool. Thanks again.

I highly recommend Mike More Miles in Oswego. The associates are very knowledgeable about the littlest thing that can go wrong with a car. The store was super clean. Noah was very helpful. I will definitely keep coming here with my car. I am glad I found d a place that I can trust.
