We cannot say enough about Collision Connection Auto Body. Have used them on several occasions and have been very happy with their work. Janice is wonderful to work with and the end product is always great. We would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repair work. Janice was fantastic to work with! I was hit & ran so my whole front bumper needed replacing - she was kind and informative through the entire process, and when I got my car back it was good as new! They even went the extra mile and cleaned out the inside of my car a bit. Her pricing was reasonable and I would recommend her shop to anyone needing collision repair! Great job Janice and crew!

Well I had my first accident in my 2015 Ford and I didn't know what to expect when I took my car in to this Auto Body Shop. When I gave it to them I was scared and nervous, but after only a week of not having a car I got it back and it looks brand new. I am amazed of how well they did, and the owner is so nice and kind. She made the trip a lot easier.She is also very reasonable with pricing, I went to other places and they were way too high.I highly recommend this Auto Body Shop!

Unfortunately, we ve had CCAB repair the same vehicle twice in the last 6 months (teen driver) and a total of 5 times over the last several years for different cars. The customer service is good and I feel that they do a good job. They work well with insurance. It s not the type of business you want to have to go to, but I m glad they are there when we need them.

I brought my Lancer here after I was rear ended. Janice and her team made the whole process effortless from handling the insurance claim to fixing my vehicle quickly. Not to mention the car looked like new when it was completed. Highly recommend Collision Connection Auto Body.

Woodland wildlife and automobiles don't mix. I had auto body damage from a night-time animal strike. The owner of the shop who does my car maintenance recommended Collision Connection Auto Body, a small shop in Oswego. I visited three body shops and chose them. They had good communication, worked well with the insurance company, and the estimate for the finish date was close. The car looks great again. No one wants to need the services of a body shop, but I'd choose them again if needed.

RidiculousI dropped my car off on a Monday at 8am. After not hearing anything, I called them Wednesday to see when it would be done. They told me it would be another week. I received a call on Thursday saying there was an issue with some rust. I understood they couldn't work with it. Instead of replacing large parts I elected to have them just put it back together. This was 5 screws holding a fender flare, and putting my tools back in the toolbox. I went to pick it up and they said it would be $300. I asked for an itemized invoice with the hourly rate. She just described what they did and said " I have to pay my guys". She dropped it to $250 and said "that's all I can do." They had my truck from Monday till Friday, took off and put back on one fender flare, and removed and replaced the tools from the toolbox tried to charge me $300. Avoid getting any work done at this place!

It's been six months since body work was completed on my Mazda with a premier paint package was done. Upon return, my car looked like it came off the showroom floor. And six months later, with all the elements of winter, there has been no discoloration. Extremely overjoyed with the repairs!

The lady that came out was rude I have a show car 1965 Pontiac 2 + 2 she put writing board right on my trunk wiggle my emblems on the trunk she says what are we supposed to do with these and what do you think do you know how to take off emblems bad customer service mean lady they may do good work if you can get past the witch

After a minor accident in our driveway, they fixed it very well and quickly! Unfortunately right after my husband's accident my inlaws had a minor accident too. On our recommendation, they went here and had a fabulous experience too. (As fabulous as it gets after a car accident...)

Had them to some work on the front lip of my show car and they did and AMAZING job and I'm pretty unreasonably picky haha.
