Had my car detailed and paint protection film installed at Autosmart. Quality of work and customer care were top-notch. Very happy with everything, and they treated my car with great care as if it were their own car. Brian and the whole team were great to work with!

Brian and his entire team were so amazing! This is by far the best car buying experience I ve ever had! From my initial call about their inventory, to seeing the cars and getting clear and honest answers and throughout the entire buying experience, I felt like I was treated with respect and kindness. They know their stuff! Go to AutoSmart, see Brian or anyone there, you will not be disappointed! I highly recommend and will use them again!

I had my car, a Tesla Model 3, detailed by AutoSmart. I was very hesitant to pay for a detail, because I thought if I could just block off enough time on a Saturday, I could probably get the same results myself at home. It turns out I was completely wrong about that. These guys obviously have the right tools, experience, and time to do an amazing job. My car is cleaner than the day I bought it new.On another note, if you own a Tesla, you may know that the paint on some of them can be prone to little micro-scratches and other imperfections from seemingly normal washing practices. AutoSmart is keenly aware of that and treated the car accordingly.

I have been on a search for a specific vehicle which led me to Brian and Auto Smart, Inc. As of 7/8/2020, that search is over. Friendly, honest, and very service orientated. Overall a great experience and highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle, call Auto Smart, Inc in Oswego, IL.

We had an absolutely excellent experience with Brian, Kyle and Mark at AutoSmart Inc. Brian the owner was friendly, attentive (even as busy as he was) and honest. Kyle is their detailer and was actually the one who took us on the test drive. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle AND he is a fantastic detailer! My family and I would highly recommend AutoSmart Inc if you are looking for an honest, no pressure transaction without all the common dealer back and forth and hierarchy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Had a great experience at Auto Smart. We had hail damage on our 2019 Toyota Avalon 20 or 30 dents with some dents on the chrome pieces. They did a fantastic job the car looks like the day I brought it.

Brian does a great job at what he does. They treated me like a potential customer unlike the other used car dealers near us. The had a car that fit me and my needs and made buying it easy. All in all great experience.

They did a fantastic job when they detailed my son's car. The car was really bad. He had several stains on his seats, some of them greasy food stains, that they were able to get out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their car detailed. They were also very nice to deal with.

I have been looking for this car for years. Finally found it and got in contact with Brian. I was very skeptical to take a trip out of state to look at a car. Brian kept the shop open late and closed the deal that night. The entire staff is fantastic and their inventory is top notch. I couldn t have asked for a better experience! I can t thank them enough!

As an out of state buyer, looking for a very specific vehicle, Brian was extremely helpful. He was professional, courteous and went out of his way to send me photos and a video of the vehicle. He was very honest with his presentation of the vehicle and based on all of this, I bought the vehicle unseen and without driving it. When I showed up at his front door with truck and trailer to haul the truck home, his presentation from weeks prior was spot on. I regular visit his web site as he has unique vehicles at times. Great experience! I ve never enjoyed the process of buying a vehicle, but I had heard from others that AutoSmart was different. They were right! I felt like Brian was up front with me throughout the hunting and purchasing process. He remained patient with me and was able to find the right car for my business in short order. I highly recommend AutoSmart. I found this place searching for a local auto detailer. Brian the owner is so nice, patient, and helpful. The detailing was beautiful. I was so impressed by the work done I went back to buy more detailing packages. Great cars to buy too. Vintage, classic, and newer. They do have other services onsite but call ahead. Due to Covid everyone is still getting back on their feet! Again, I highly recommend AutoSmart.

I would highly recommend AutoSmart and I was very happy with the outcome of the service I received. The whole process was very simple and stress free. I'm not familiar with buying cars, but Brian was able to take care of everything for me. Before I knew it I was able to trade in my current car for a new one and I couldn't be happier!

Highly recommended for detailing. We had our Jeep detailed and couldn't be happier with the results. The vehicle's interior was beautiful and leather was soft again. Exterior looked better than when it was new. Thanks AutoSmart awesome work in every detail.!!

I had Brian detail inside and out of my Jeep Liberty. I have had my Jeep for 13 years, and kids. Needless to say stains all over the seats. I didn't think he could get the seats clean, he proved me wrong. My jeep looks like new, inside and out. I also had window tinting done and an awesome job was done on that as well! I would highly recommend Brian to anyone!

Brian and his crew tinted the windows on my 2015 Chrysler 300S. The rear window was especially difficult due to manufacturing changes with the defrost lines. After multiple attempts, they didn't give up and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and excellent customer service.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Brian at AutoSmart!He made the buying experience for my wife and I WAY EASIER!! We used his concierge service in the purchase of 2 new vehicles, where he finds the exact vehicle you want, does all the negotiations for you, gets a great deal on your trade, sets up the financing, and all we had to do was show up, sign, and drive away in our new ride!!He also did an awesome job on our clear bra and window tint.Thanks Brian!!

I got my car detailed in hopes of selling it privately. Brian got a hold of me and asked me if I was interested in selling it through them on consignment. I was hesitant at first simply because I had never heard of this before.I'm glad I did it, because less than a week after we agreed, Brian got the car sold for well more than I was going to ask for. Nice job to Brian, and everyone at AutoSmart.

I was in a bad car accident a few weeks ago an in desperate need of a new car. Where other car salesman may have tried to take advantage of my situation, Brian provided me with a stress-free car buying experience. He was attentive to my needs and wants in a new vehicle and was willing to work within my budget limits. I never felt pressured at any stage of the process. He will find you the car you want (new or used), in great condition, and at the price you want! I don't think I will ever purchase another car from anywhere else BUT AutoSmart!

I have purchased a truck from Autosmart and had various other services from them as well (window tint, auto details, clear bra, and now the latest, "ceramic coating" for my Mustang). Brian has always steered me in the right direction and has fantastic service skills! HIGHLY recommended!

AutoSmart is an absolute hidden gem! I had a family emergency and Brian and Mandi provided me with a stress-free car buying experience.Mandi listened to what we were looking for and showed us 5 vehicles, let us test drive all of them and answered all of our questions. She never pressured us and was patient and pleasant (even though it was her birthday and she had plans).During a very chaotic and stressful time, Brian took care of everything including setting up financing, rearranging his schedule to accommodate mine and made the whole process a remarkable customer experience.I can't recommend AutoSmart enough. I'll be using them anytime I am in the market for a vehicle!

I highly recommend AutoSmart to anyone looking to buy or sell a car. I've had great experiences with Brian. I explained my situation and the type of vehicle I was looking for - he found a great car at a great price - and negotiated my trade in. I was able to test drive the car with no pressure from the dealer - then all I had to do was show up and sign the papers. Super easy & stress free!

I'm very impressed with the results of the detailing! My car was damaged from a fallen tree and a body shop quoted over $1200 to replace the side mirror and buff out all of the scratches. AutoSmart made the car look like new - no replacement mirror necessary and they saved me so much money. Great place! Nice people!
