Very very close to 5 stars!! The reason I didn't give the 5 stars of PERFECTION is because of my initial order - the website said orders shipped in 2-5 days, I didn't receive the "shipped" email for over 7 days. I started to worry the parts were unavailable. The other thing is that I looked at ordering a fender, put it in my cart, saw that I was required to pay an expensive shipping fee (which kind of made sense, I didn't want to receive a bent part) but then when I went to check out - in BIG red letters it says that they DONT ship body parts????) I'm just going to have the body shop order it, but.....didn't make sense. My experience since then has been great!! I was so happy to find this website/company where I can still get Mazda OEM parts!! After some idiot sideswiped me. I will be ordering from them again! Used parts are easy to find, but new, I didn't expect for my '91 Miata.

I needed one body part to repair damage from a minor accident but Mazda wanted twice what the part cost for shipping. I ordered it from these guys and about a week later my car was back to new, with OEM parts.

I found the parts that I needed easily on the website. I think the website is great and easy to navigate. The price of the parts that I ordered were very good until you factor in shipping. I really only saved about $10 from a different vendor because the other vendor cost more but had free (and much faster) shipping.One reason I'm only giving two stars is the fact that I placed an order for two parts. I was charged for both parts before I was called and notified that they only had one part in stock and didn't know when they would get another. I was given a refund for the missing part, but I still pay the same price for shipping.However, the most important reason for a two star review is the fact that I forgot to write down which part wasn't in stock and had to call back to Zoom Zoom. The first person who answered the phone didn't even let me finish talking before I was transferred. The second person who answered was in Sales and wasn't very nice before she transferred me to a third person in shipping. The third person was even worse and he still wouldn't tell me which part was missing. I had to wait for a callback from the one guy in the whole department that knew anything about my order. He was great, the only person who listened and was very polite.The same day that I was notified that the part I wanted wasn't in stock, I placed an order with a different company. The cost of the part was more, but shipping was free. Plus, I received the part and it's on my car already. I'm still waiting for my part from Zoom Zoom to come in.My guess is that if you order a part online and it's in stock you won't have any trouble and you'll save some money. However, if you run into a problem and have to call, you'll have to be very patient.

Ordered 3 parts online, had them within 2 days! This was great because the car had been sitting for 2 weeks while the shop we took it to wasn't able to find parts. Called first to make sure parts were in stock, had great customer service. Thank you!

Excellent service; I ordered the wrong part # for my VIN; they picked up the mistake immediately and gave me the correct #. Quick to ship with a very reasonable shipping charge for a large item (hood liner). They will be my go to parts supplier for my MX-5.

Great service with ordering questions, and good prices. I wasn't happy with UPS shipping there was very little tracking information. IF they choose FEDEX or USPS it would be 5 Stars.

I found their web page via Google search. Local Mazda dealer was not even interested in find part or repairs on my 2011 Miata MX 5.Jake did order the part and kept me posted on shipping details. He was most helpful. I will highly recommend this dealership!!Ralph

This was the first time ordering from this company. From the start till I finished with my order was so easy to locate my part for my Mazda 3( ordered a splash guard) delivery was quick . Will definitely use them in the future as opposed to the dealership.also will recommend to my friends

Perfect parts service! I ordered what showed up as the correct bonnet insulator (hood blanket) for a 2008 MX-5 Miata. But, since I provided the VIN, they were able to correct my selection with a different part number.Thank you!

I ordered online and it was pretty easy with their diagram with all the car parts to find the right part. It fit like the original part. Shipping was pretty expensive for such a little part. $4 dollar part and $13 shipping. But they spent a lot of money on the big box to send the part in. But it didn't get lost.

I am in Hawaii on the Big Island and there are no Mazda dealers on my island so the transmission repair shop wasn t able to locate transmission fluid! I ordered online from these guys and it got here before the transmission people could get it!!! Now I get my car back. Thank you!

I had to order a wheel arch moulding for a CX-5. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong one due to some website confusion on my part. Nonetheless, the return was exchanged quickly (and I live in South Carolina!) and Jake, who stayed in contact with me through the whole process, was courteous, direct and wanted to make things right. I wish ordering parts was always like this!

We own a 1994 Ford Explorer Sport. We had it in to our local ford dealer service to fix an issue which required replacing an air intake tube that the dealership parts folks said was no longer available. Realizing that the 1994 Mercury Navajo was the same vehicle I was able to purchase a new replacement this Mazda parts business and now my 1994 Ford explorer is back on the road.

The part was pretty expensive but was a perfect fit, the shipping was very fast and the packaging was extremely protective. The website was also very easy to use, it even confirmed that I was ordering the correct part for my vechicle

The license plate light assemblies I ordered for my 2012 Mazda 3 sedan were correct, however; the connector plug to the wiring harness was wrong. It was necessary for me to cut off the new connector plug, strip the wires, and attach the one originally in the car with butt connectors in order to fit the assemblies to my vehicle.

I didn't know where the part was located on my 2007 mazdaspeed 3. I Googled the part that I needed, and this business popped up. The Website was easy to navigate and they have actual diagrams of my Mazda on there website. I went ahead and called out the part and my issue my car was having,the neutral safety switch. Person I had talked to helped me very much and pointed me in the right direction. 5 stars
