I love getting my vehicle serviced at Nissan because they know me by my name and treat me right! They pick me up and drop me off at my home when my vehicle needs to stay for longer times so that I can continue working from home. They call and continuously keep me informed about the status, recommendations, and cost for anything my vehicle requires prior to doing them and they don t sell me on things I don t need. Honesty and integrity, which I highly respect! Lastly, they work hard to get my vehicle repaired and back to me in a timely manner. Kevin is my go to person and he takes great care of me and my vehicle!

not sure if Dave/David is new there but he passed on excellent service. He was knowledgeable of my questions and my time there was quick. While waiting he made sure that he explained everything to me with the wait and whatever was needed for my car services. Thank you DAVE! you were amazing

My Rogue service was handled nicely Jasmine who was very professional and great personality. I waited for my service to be completed and it was done on time. This is my second trip to Ziegler and both times were excellent. I wish I had purchased my Rogue from them in 2015 but will definitely give them a chance on my next purchase.

My over all experience was pleasant. I went in looking to buy my leased vehicle. I worked with Djamal and he asked if he could get me into a new lease with around the same payment, if I'd be interested. We agreed to terms on a new lease and away I went. Never during this process did I ever feel any pressure from him. He was fantastic.

My service appointment went very well. It was not a long wait at all. I brought my 2023 Murano in for an oil change on Friday afternoon. Jasmine made sure every detail of my appointment ran very smoothly. She made sure to let me know once I checked in that if I needed anything to reach out to her. I came in for an oil change and there were 2 recalls. It took about 1 and a half hours to check my car. The associate, Shelly, was the best part of my experience. I was there approx. 4 hours and she checked on me and kept me informed. She came to explain the diagnostic report the service people gave her. She gave me options and she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.

This was my first visit for service to Zeigler Nissan beyond a standard oil change, and my experience could not have been better. Adam did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, what was covered under warranty and what repairs were considered preventative. He kept me updated with text messages, and the technician even created a video discussing what was being done to my vehicle and why. Everyone was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with from Adam to the porter who brought my vehicle around for pick up. I am highly satisfied with the experience, and will continue bringing my vehicle to Zeigler for service when needed. An extra call out to Adam for being great at his job!

Wow! The customer service at Zeigler Nissan in Orland Park is Spectacular. I made an appointment for an oil change and was taken care of by Tony Ortiz. He explained the entire process of what would take place and how long it would take and his estimate was accurate. He also showed me to the new absolutely luxurious waiting area. I had my choice of sitting in the "quiet zone" in a super comfy chair with free Wi-Fi. Or, the TV area complete with the complimentary coffee beverages of my choice. The bathrooms, were spotless. When my car was ready I received a text with a video of the work done on my car, recommendations for service, and cost. Tony Ortiz, then met with me in the waiting area to explain each recommendation in detail and answer any questions that I might have. He was so polite and professional and was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand . Amazing customer service AND I feel confident driving my car, knowing that it is in excellent running condition. Many thanks to Tony and the entire crew at Zeigler Nissan!

Tony is a very personable and knowledgeable service tech. The work onmy car was completed within an hour.My only complaint was the newly remodeled sales area/waiting area. It was horribly cold. And the coffee machine was not working.

Very good service pay for a diagnostic test to make sure everything was OK with my car. Want to get a second second opinion from another place they told me so much damage was done to my car. Nissan was very friendly and patient and and understanding when I ask him, they take a look at my car again to make sure everything is OK from what the other repair shop said they did that with no problems And didn t find any problems wrong with my car but the wheel alignment thank you for working with me

They righted their mistakes. After getting 4 new tires and an oil change my car was shaking rapidly when going more than 50 mph and one of my tires went completely flat. I was able to bring it in first thing in the morning. They gave us a loaner car for the day. They fixed the leak and my car doesn t shake anymore. They even dropped the car off at my work and picked up the rental car.

John Pullen really took care of everything and got my car back to me quickly. I have recommended him to family and friends. He really made the experience terrific. Really down to earth guy and fun to talk too. Still can't believe the deal I got on my car came out better than I expected. They got me a good interest rate and protection package that won't break the bank.

I took my 2016 Nissan Altima here regarding a battery issue and I picked up my car the next day with the issue completely fixed. They are truthful, and they even fixed a few factory recalls that I didn t know existed without me asking. Shelly was my service advisor and she is a great person to deal with. 10/10 customer service.

Great Customer Service from start to finish!. Great sale from (Dan Schedler) who was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about my vehicle! He was so patient to explained the car history and report. Also, the service department (Adam) was very accommodating when I brought my vehicle in. I could'nt believe he remembered me by my name. Zeigler Nissan is such a welcoming dealer. It's like family!

I came in primarily for an oil change but had some tire issues as well. Staff attempted to repair tires but ultimately a replacement was needed. I was quoted for the replacement and scheduled for the next week. This process was easy and quick. I trust this Nissan dealership for all work needed on my Rogue!

The total wait time ended up being about 3 hours from start to finish. The only negative aspect of my visit was not being told in advance if my part was in stock if it turned out to not be a wiring issue. While this would not have changed the outcome, it just would have been nice to have known this information ahead of my wait.

I absolutely love the recent experience at Nissan. The entire team is extremely helpful. Also I really liked the fact that they did a complimentary inspection on my car when I take it in for a service. I purchased my Nissan at Ziegler Orland and I will purchase again.

David was amazing he fought for my service needs he went above and beyond. And got the job completed. Will definitely recommend him. Nissan was only trying to cover partial engine replacement cost and he got them to cover entire job under warranty. Engine was completed in a timely manner and he was completed upfront and very informative along the entire way. Will be definitely be back to visit David for all my service needs.

My wife and daughter brought our truck in for service. Kevin was very thoughtful helping them navigate the changes due to remodeling. My daughter is five and on the spectrum, so you could imagine how things could go wrong. The service team did everything they could to help their day go as smooth as possible. Kevin was very upfront on the services we needed and even helped my family get a ride home when it was determined the work would take a while. my past experiences taking my suv for service it wasn't as pleasant as this last time. Before I was on the waiting for atleast 3-4 hours it was just a ridiculous waiting time with no updates on my car. Now I think the manager changed everything which is great now I could check on KY phone te status on my suv I love it. THANK YOU SO MUTCH
