You d be hard pressed to find someone as knowledgeable and is equally trustworthy. Chris is the best in the business. My family has been going to Chris for over 15 years. He is always thorough and reasonably priced.Chris is excellent. If you want a mechanic you can trust, Chris is who you want. Hands down!

Chris is excellent. My family has been going to him for about 10 years now. He is very trustworthy and will fix the true issue. He will also give you sound advice for the necessity of service.

I am extremely happy with the care and knowledge Chris has, from the five min test drive to telling me he was sure it was a front driver's side wheel bearing that was bad. He fixed a problem that 2 other mechanic shops couldn't figure out. I will be taking my truck there and let everyone else that needs vehicle repair to make their way to XM Auto once you have found the best mechanic around why go anywhere else

10/10 would recommend xm auto to anyone,I had a blown motor and chris and Jackie found me one after checking everywhere for a week and checking the car faxes to make sure I got a good quality motor , Chris really helped me out and talked me through everything that needed to be done to make sure my car was safe and he gave me a deadline and had the car done before ! Such a great shop and super knowledgeable, I would recommend anyone to him !Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

Chris is amazing, an honest mechanic. Tells you what you need and what you don't. Won't brake your pocket book with over priced rates. Didn't take forever to fix my list of problems, Definitely will continue to use his shop for my repairs.

This place is unlike most,NOT your typical $ hungry autoshop.. HE CHANGED OUT MY REAR DIFF,INSTALLED POSI AND GEARS for me. At a very AFFORDABLE price... I will be returning to do more mods to my Car.

Chris is an absolute blessing. I live in Champaign for school but commute back and forth to home for weekends. Chris was so accommodating of the time restraints I had and worked with my schedule to get my car done early enough to drive back to school. I know how busy he is and it really says a lot about the kind of man he is that he accommodated me without a set appointment. I am so appreciative of him and the quick and great work he did! Chris is highly knowledgeable and honest. He will tell you what you need done and what you don't need and steer you in the right direction. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and answers any questions you have with patience and breaks it down in layman's terms. He will be my go to for car maintenance from now on. I highly recommend him.

Chris is the best, most reasonably priced, most personable, & honest car mechanic you will ever find! My family and myself have had him as our mechanic before he opened up XM AUTO. Looking for a mechanic recommendation? Look no further. Go to XM AUTO. It's great that the person who diagnoses your vehicle will be the only one who works on it. Chris is the man!

Chris is an honest mechanic who is a master of his craft; very seldom these days are like him. Jackie is very nice and very professional at the front desk. I highly recommend XM auto. I was a first time customer who needed help with my Hemi s MDS system.

Can not say enough about the owner Chris! Great mechanic. Always friendly and helpful. I am a daughter of a mechanic. Reminds me a lot of my Dad. Very fair man. Highly recommended.

An excellent place for getting things done correctly! As one who used to do everything myself, I found it difficult to find a good place to get work done correctly, but at XM Auto I have found a mechanic who does it right. He truly cares, and has the expertise to get the job done well.
