Our experience with sales with Alex M. Was one of the nicest and most thorough car buying experiences we ve had. His knowledge of each vehicle and features was impressive. He asked us questions first to make sure he was finding the right vehicle for us, rather than pushing a car on us that we really didn t want. He took time with us and explained each step of the purchase and financing process and made sure we understood before proceeding. I hope he s around for our next VW purchase. Thanks Alex!

Randy was such a fantastic sales person. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable. Randy knew every feature on the Volkswagen Atlas. The car has every extra imaginable. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Natalia was extremely knowledgeable about all VW car models and features, as well as patient and understanding with all questions I had. She understood that for me, purchasing a vehicle was something I did not want to rush into, and she was supportive and professional day after day when I returned to the dealership to ensure I was making the right decision.Her follow-up and concern for my happiness after purchasing was genuine, checking in with texts and emails. Purchased my 2024 VW Atlas Cross Sport at this location. Tim H. was great to work with, I told him what I wanted and he delivered! All around a great experience, most often you feel like you are being duped when looking to purchase a new car. My experience with Volkswagen of Orland was great! Josiah Perry helped me and he is AWESOME! He was patient and he knew about the truck that I was interested in purchasing. This is my second purchase from this auto group and I will return. MJ, the General Manager, was also very helpful. I had a brief moment of buyers remorse-which was all me, and he reassured me and made sure I was certain and comfortable with my purchase. The entire experience was good and the team care about their customers.

I bought a car from them, and upon receipt, I called them to ask them: Can I receive the car on Saturday? They said yes, and I came by taxi to receive my car. They did not respond to me, and the manager said: You cannot receive your car on Saturday. I told him: I called yesterday, and they told me: yes, you can receive it on Saturday. I tried very calmly and kindly to explain my issue to him. I came in a taxi and he cursed and cursed with obscene words. Their behavior is very, very bad. I do not expect that they deserve to sell new cars. They do not represent Volkswagen, and I do not recommend them. 0 STAR

Moe Atef was so helpful and got us a great deal. We were set on a specific monthly payment. He worked hard to get us a low interest rate to get us that monthly payment. He's a very nice guy with a great attitude. I would definitely recommend working him.

This was a great car buying experience. We were in an unexpected position to buy a new car and the salesman Randy was very knowledgeable about the cars, the market, and our unique situation. He guided us to the perfect car for us and made process smooth, even bought us lunch when things went just a little long while finalizing the deal. We ll definitely be back to buy our next car here.

Never buy from this dealership, they sold me a dangerous vehicle, and hid the problems and defects from me father of two who supports his family. The car has fallen apart from the first day. Bad shocks struts which I almost crashed on the way leaving dealership. Radiator blew, brakes locked up while I was driving my son and almost crashed. I'm not a mechanic, I wanted a reliable working car, and they sold me a death trap. An blame me. I thought dealerships sold safe vehicles. Sorry I thought dealerships inspect cars before they sell them. Now I'm out 3500$ and having trouble getting to work. Thanks Volkswagen Orland park, for screwing over the hard working American.

Randy was our sales person & we highly recommend! He was very friendly, very honest, & more than fair. We d already been to several other dealerships, but we left bc the sales people gave us bad vibes & we didn t think they were honest. We ended up walking out of this place with a car in under 2hrs including the time to test drive.

The moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff at Volkswagen went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire car-buying process.My salesperson was Alex, be was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and helped me find the perfect car within my budget. Alex didn't push me into purchasing anything and made sure I was fully informed about each vehicle's features and history which I was very pleased with. The finance team was also very nice. They made the financing process easy to understand and were transparent about all the terms and options available to me. They worked to find the best possible rates and ensured that I felt confident with my financing choices and plates and registration. Any questions or concerns I've had, they've addressed promptly and with great care.Overall, my experience at Volkswagen O.P. was nothing short of exceptional. Randy at Volkswagen of Orland Park was more than happy to assist us with purchasing a new car from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. Also, Mo the Finance Manager was super helpful with warranty options and helped us reduce our loan interest rate by applying a warranty. Never felt pressured And listened to what I was looking for and help me purchase the vehicle I was Interested in. Never have I ever had A smoother Transaction Like this one. My experience at this dealership was beyond disappointing. The sales team, particularly Mohammed Ali (Moe Ali) and the general manager MJ (Amjad), used manipulative tactics and ran my credit in a different way than I consented to, resulting in unnecessary complications. Despite my explicit instructions, they ignored my requests and pushed for higher APRs to secure rebates from a specific lender. Additionally, they pressured me to make a lower down payment to increase APR and my monthly payments , which i refused , they will try to convince you that its a normal practice and they are doing this everyday with every customer! DONT FALL IN THIS TRAP,Furthermore, they charged me extra fees and failed to provide adequate items with the vehicle. When confronted, Moe Ali he dismissed my concerns and later labeled me a liar during a tele.conversation. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable indicating a severe lack of management accountability , It shocks me that such actions is performed on a daily basis and it seams to me that the management doesn t care and they are OKay with that, If I had known, I would never have considered doing business with Volkswagen and especially the orland park location. (Zero star)

My partner and I purchased at 2023 id4. While the negotiations process went longer than I expected, we ultimately had a meeting of the minds and worked a great. Abe (salesman) and Drew (sales manager) are good guys. If you re in Orland, stop by, say hi, and give them your business. You won t be disappointed.

Came into orland park for an Atlas. We tried to avoid buying a bigger car for as long as possible but with recent events we were in an emergency and needed it asap. Abe was a huge help getting us the right package staying right where we wanted to be with our payment. Did not try and pressure us and was overall a pleasure to work with. Would definitely come back for a future car and recommend working with him.
