Great customer service. Independently owned with affordable rates that won t drain your pockets thin. This is definitely my go to local shop for all my car needs! They fixed my Jeep s control arms both upper & lower , new brakes , new water pump , & struts, with dealership quality with out the high rates.

While they were able to get me in fairly soon and diagnose the issue for less than the dealer, I have to say be cautious if you're not very familiar with cars. I had an issue, they correctly diagnosed it as faulty ignition coil, and I agreed to have all of my coils replaced along with my spark plugs.However, when they called me to pick up my vehicle, they told me that they tested the coils and only one was bad, so they just replaced the one and in doing so saved me roughly 8% of the entire cost- which would be fine if ignition coils didn't typically have a life span of 100k miles. My car was at 114k.When I told them that I was aware of this and didn't want to be coming back and paying the same amount twice in a matter of months, can we please do all 4 as we had discussed, I was told they actually sent back the other 3 coils so I would have to come back the following day to get the rest replaced.Overall they did a good job and were polite, but the last part was surprising and dismaying. A trustworthy mechanic would have recommended doing all 4 regardless knowing that it was only a matter of time before the other 3 gave out.If they had been straightforward, I would have came back in the future but I can't say that's something I'd feel comfortable doing after my experience. If I didn't look it up and talk to a mechanic friend, I would have been right back here in a matter of months for the other coils and without a drivable car for however many days it would have taken to get in and worked on. There's no way they weren't aware of this.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

This place is the greatest place to get your Land Rover fixed of all time. I m not just saying this. My 2016 Land Rover discovery sport was making a sound, near the engine, and I took it to 2 Land Rover dealerships, and was told, that I needed to replace my engine, and that it would cost 15k to replace. They never got any codes for engine failure, they just heard a noise. I brought my car to SLK, and they found out that it was the alternator, and replaced it, and my car is driving like brand new. SLK was very professional, answered my calls, and even showed me the damaged old alternator, and where the sound was coming from. This place is top tier, and they know what they re doing! Great job!

They were really professional and helpful in diagonsing an oil leak on my parent's Jetta. I definitely recommend these guys. Would give 10 stars if possible.

I was referred to this place by another mechanic and I am so glad that they did. They have great customer service, much better prices than the dealer and great work as well. We were driving out of town on a trip and ran over a pipe on I-57 which messed up the bottom front of our VW Jetta. The dealership was booked out a week, but SLK took us right away and immediately assessed the damage, fixed us up and got us on our way. Carlos was an absolute saint and even helped us with how to check our oil.Can t recommend them enough for any and all car related issues.

Kelly really went above and beyond in helping me get my Volvo up and running properly. He acted as a liaison between my extended warranty company and made honest recommendations when it came to what I needed to repair. Even after the repair, Kelly and his team were open to take a look at the car again with any issues or concerns that I had. I really appreciate what he did for me and would recommend SLK Auto for any type of automotive service.

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2007 Mercedes Benz with 35, 000 miles and needed to have the vehicle inspected. I was referred to SLK by a friend. He stated the work and price at SLK was reasonable for the service. I made an appointment and upon arrival received the greeting from Don and the check our from Kelly. They inspected the vehicle and found nothing was needed to be done not even an oil change. Basically stating that the vehicle was in good condition. They took the vehicle for the inspection and test drive and stated there was no charge for the inspection they performed. Only to say they looked forward to servicing me in the future when I needed an oil change. I appreciate the service that both gentlemen provided and I look forward to working with them as we go forward.

SLK immediately diagnosed my problem and corrected it at a very fair and really reasonable price. They kept me apprised every step of the way while diagnosing, providing a quote and completing the repair. Although it is not near my home, I will return to Slk Auto House for all maintenance and repairs in future.

If you need routine work like a oil change or tire rotation, slk is the place for you, when it complex work on your car,Kelly and his"youtube mechanics" are incompetent and will lie.Go to a authorized dealer instead.

I came in with a major car issue.. Basically my damn engine went out in a nut shell .. I called Don, told Don where I was stranded. He sent the tow company the use, AMBASSADOR car carriers Inc.. Guys Mike the tow guys was awesome. I was sweating hurricane size sweat balls no BS.. Mike put my dad s car on the flat bed, calmed my nerves tremendously. I got to SLK hoping for the best but despite my prayers the engine is shot. Don still was a huge help and an awesome guy.. THANK YOU SLK AUTOHAUS, LLC

Okay there's so much that I like to say in this review I may forget to say some things, because this was wrong in so many ways I took my truck to these guys to have a preventive maintenance overall work done to it just in case to check all the fluids change if needed differential trans case transmission oil change coolant and to check if I needed anything else also I had a amber light on for the suspension. Well, the amber light suspension was taken care I expected the price for it but the second time I brought it back I needed the fluids and everything changed to make sure that my vehicle was up to factory prevention maintenance well this guy the owner never changed none of the fluids nor the filter on the transmission which was made into the actual Pan the filter it was , told me that he changed it actually he was very upset because one of his employees spilled some of the expensive fluid, well I'm thinking that everything was NOT okay so I took the vehicle to a local lube shop to make sure that everything was taken care of because I had so many skid plates it was questionable if he did the work for the price, well as the tech, from the lube shop he told me that the wrenches had never touched the rear differential the front differential or had not even change the transmission filter. So I returned to SLK Autohaus LLC and question the work that he did he swelled up at me and told me that I was a liar and he did the work I told him that the rear differential was rusty and no wrench has ever been on it telling him that it did not have any scuffles of anything of changing the fluid he told me that he pull the rear differential axle out to drain and fill my axle I thought that was kind of over the top but as children I do not entertain lies I just listen so I was upset I felt like there's needed to be given back to me at least portion of my money I had no proof that he changed the oil because I had just recently purchased this vehicle and wanted it to be in good condition like any body who buys a vehicle well he gave me back $200 which confirm the LIE he told me. But when I received my car I notice there were a lot of miles on my car my tank was full when I left the vehicle with him that means he use my vehicle to run errands he told me that it was he needed to set my suspension and I've talked to mechanics who do this type of work and said there was no need to to use a whole tank of fuel to set my suspension just to go a certain speed and it would be to factory spec but yet there's a full tank missing so he gave me $60. Again Foul Play. I don't know what's going on up here and what type of person this guy is to other people but I took my vehicle to this guy to have him to look after me as to take care of my vehicle this guy didn't care. I had Aframe problems also and the vehicle would jump out of control every time it hit a bump if he was a decent mechanic like everybody else said in this review board he would have knew I had problems he didn't care he didn't care about my car nor did he care about me he lied to cover it up and he feel as if he can lie to get out of whatever situation he did this guy is not a professional he's a liar he's a professional liar he wants to take your money the most easiest way he can I confronted him politely and he doesn't care his employees have lied for him even when I ask them did they do the work on the car they lied one was also lying to coach the other employee do not and I repeat do not take your car here unless you are a pretty lady and they like you I wasted a lot of money here and it's sad because if this is the future of taking your car to outside European car mechanics then we will be taking out Vehicles back to the dealers DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SLK AUTOHAUS LLC FOR NOTHING THESE ARE PROFESSIONAL CROOKS THEY DON'T CARE THEY JUST WANT TO LIE TO YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY I CHALLENGE ANYONE TO MY REVIEW I HAVE PROOF THESE ARE LIARS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
