Had a hail storm come through town a few weeks ago and was told by many body shops that because of the hood being aluminum that they would have to replace the hood and paint it ! I have a white pearl truck and was afraid it wouldn t match the original paint ! I was recommended to Precision Dent Removal and was very pleased with the outcome! Rey took care of all insurance aspects and setup for claim ! The whole process went off without incident! Thank you sir for the great professionalism and courtesy when I was going through a rough time ! Thank you I will recommend him to everyone

I had a ding/crease on my drivers door on my 64 Buick Riviera. The sheet metal on these old cars are thick!! Rey was diligent and determined to get the dent out. It wasn t east but he did a phenomenal job getting it out! I was more than satisfied with the outcome. I will definitely go back to him with any paint less dent repair.

Best PDR repair I've seen. Rey pulled a dent out of my quarter panel and there are no signs of ever having dent there before. Great price, awesome work, Quick turnaround. Couldn't ask for any better treatment.

Rey did a fantastic job removing a crease and a couple door dings on my Accord. Dropped the car off and like magic a couple hours later the damage was gone!! Couldn t be happier!!! Highly Recommended!!

Professional, fair, and quality work done!! This place is the real deal. Their online quote system to upload photos to give them (and you) and idea of what you are looking at is unmatched. Ray is what people dream of when they think of customer service! I had a golf ball to the hood of my new car that made my blood boil .this shop took more time and care than anyone could ever expect.

Did an amazing job had a dent large dent on my Toyota Highlander told me the repair was abit tricky to do but regardless Rey didn t turn it down and decided to do the job with a reasonable price it turn out the job turned out great! Would definitely recommend very upfront, nice , and communicative took him less than 2 days to complete the work was very happy with the results!

I needed a dent repaired. Did a internet search and found Precision Dent Removal. This company has a 5 star rating and now I know why. Rey got me in on time and fixed my dent in 30 minutes!! Super nice guy! Clean building and waiting room. Great price and you can t even tell I had a dent. Rey even touched up and polished a scratch I had! Will definitely go back if needed. Will definitely tell others about his quality service.

Rey provided a quick and reasonable estimate based on some photos I sent him of a pretty bad door ding and a smaller dent on my hatchback. He then did a fantastic job removing them and the car looks brand new now. You can't even tell there was anything there. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Rey is the best. I had a noticeable dent in my black SUV. PDR did a fantastic job fixing the dent and surrounding scratches. I will not go anywhere else if I need help again in the future! Highly recommended.

Rey fixed two dents on the tailgate of Ram pickup. One dent was decent size and in a difficult spot. Rey even admitted that it would be a challenge. When I picked up my truck I was in shock that the dents were completely gone. The tailgate looks brand new! Rey does an amazing job! I highly recommend Rey to anybody looking for paintless dent removal. Rey does great work and is a great guy!

Rey did an amazing job removing a large dent in a quarter panel. It was on a crease and I thought no way, but he said not a problem! Looked like new when he was done. When I came to pick it up I showed him a few dings in my wife s hood, he said pull right on in and took care of that right on the spot! I highly recommend Rey and PDR!

I highly recommend Rey and Precision Dent Removal. I brought my almost new car to Rey after someone threw open their car door and hit my passenger door, resulting in a nasty ding and nastier crease. Rey did an excellent job in removing both the ding and crease. You'd never know they were ever there! He also went around the car and removed other small imperfections that I hadn't noticed until he pointed them out to me. I am extremely happy with the work Rey performed. Precision Dent Removal will be my go-to for my future dent removal needs. Thanks, Rey!

My truck had a very noticable dent that also had waves in the metal along with several small dents around it. There was also some minor hail damage in other areas. I reached out to this company and made contact with the owner, Ray. Ray came out to me and provided me with an estimate. Ray's communication was great and he is very knowledgeable and experienced. I dropped my truck off and the job was completed the same day. The results were great and you would never know that my truck was damaged. I highly recommend using this company.

Ray was able to remove a dent in my Tesla X and I could not be any happier! The dent has completely disappeared and my car looks brand new again!It was a large dent and to make matters worse I have a full vinyl car wrap, so I was also worried about keeping that intact. I called other dent repair shops who said their hot glue/cold glue techniques would damage the wrap. However when I spoke with Ray, he was extremely knowledge about different dent removal techniques and told me about his 20+ years of experience. I had no idea dent repair was such an art form, but Ray is definitely the master! As an added reassurance, Ray also let me know he has a special certification for electric vehicles that made me feel even more confident in his skills and background.Overall, Ray was really nice and I m super happy with his work. He was very responsive when messaging back and forth. And his prices were either comparable or better than other places I called. I hope I never need dent repair services again, but if I do, there s no doubt I ll be calling Ray.Without a doubt, Precision Dent Removal is the best paintless dent service in the Chicago area!

Talked to one of the techs last week and sent him some pictures of two vehicles that I need worked on . Haven't heard anything back yet so I'll wait until Monday to call again. I hope they've been too busy to return my call. Hopefully they'll at least get back to me and let me know something. Stay tuned for an update. Update I want to apolgize to the owner of Precision Dent Removal, unfortunately I sent the photos to Jonas J Dentech who is evidently in the same area located where you are . Please except my apology and if I don't hear from the other company by Monday I will definitely call you and send you the same pictures. Again it was my mistake for giving your company a bad rating and hope it doesn't negatively effect you.

Rey was amazing. Fixed 3 dents in my altima while I waited. Applied touch up paint for free. Would highly recommend. Very reasonably priced as well

Brought my truck in to get a dent out on the tailgate. I met Rey for an estimate rather than sending pictures of it. We talked and got to know him before doing the work. Great guy and trusted his work before even doing it. 5 stars easily. I believe you must do your homework before doing things yourself or getting work done. He s easily the top choice. As far as the dent.. what dent ? Amazing job!

This was our first time using a paintless dent removal service and didn't have any recommendations from friend to point us in the right direction. We contacted Rey and met the following morning. He was very attentive and explained the process to us. He did the work in 1/2 a day. There were 13 acorn dents in the hood and 2 door dings and car looks like new again. He is very detail oriented and we cannot be happier with the results and the fair pricing. Definitely recommend and would use him again, but hope we don't have to.

Rey is damn good, he did a real good job on my Lexus 350L 2022 had a dent on my left rear side that looked real hard to fix and Rey had no problem fixing it too bad I could only put five stars I would have put 10 Stars.

I had a wonderful experience with Rey!! I accidentally backed into one of my daughter's car doors and other collision shops were quoting me a ridiculous amount of money. I took the car to Rey and he charged me a small fraction of the amount other shops were (less than my deductible!) and better yet, he fixed the car in half a day. This was in the beginning of the pandemic and he recognized that I was a stressed out nurse and treated me with such kindness. It was the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop and I couldn't be happier with the results.
