I have brought my car here a couple of times for various auto services and don't have anything bad to say. They are honest, charge fairly and do what they say they are going to do!

We had a great experience at this shop and highly recommend this business. Staff members were honest and transparent and gave us the best deal they could. They also produced high quality work and went above and beyond to take care of their customers. This is a place you can trust! Tom has always given prompt and courteous service. He doesn't overcharge (believe me, I called around when my starter went out and not only did he have the best price, he also fixed it right away!) making this a trustworthy business. He's fixed my car about 4 times now and I won't go anywhere else.. Highly recommended!

They used to be fantastic. I thought I found a new place to service my car. They fixed my VW and it drove great until I sold it. Then I tried to go to them again and they were not as friendly as I remembered. I brought in a car with a significant oil leak and they just topped it off and sent me on my way. Then I came back and they coldly said to make an appointment when I used to walk in and drop it off. Then I tried to call today after a year of not going to them and they don t even pick up the phone. It s a shame what s become of this place.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

The name of the business has changed but Tom is still the owner. He and his mechanics are straight as an arrow and this is a place I trust every time I go there.

Love this place. I live in chicago ridge and drive all the way out to them to have my car serviced. Very friendly staff and fair prices. Work is done very quickly and to satisfaction. Tom is very good with breaking down and explaining everything that needs to be done to your vehicle.

I just had a TERRIBLE experience at Orland Best! My appointment was at 9am! I arrived on time and the mechanic immediately diagnosed my vehicle. I need a mass air flow sensor. At 11:30am I asked for an update. By the way, I am 8months pregnant and I have to eat regular meals! The mechanic stated that they need to order a part. However, the part can only be ordered by the manager. He went on to say that the manager should have arrived by now and that hopefully he will arrive soon! The manager walked in at 12n! I said "Hello, how are you?" he responded with "Did he tell you what's wrong with your car?" I said "Yes, I've been here since 9am" Never once did he apologize for the wait or inconvenience. He went on to try and order the part. He later stated the part would not arrive until 2p and that the work would not be completed until approximately 3pm! He also stated the total would be $285 +$40 for labor. While waiting I found the part for ONLY $155 on Auto Zone. First he stated, his brand was from the dealer and it's called Hitachi. When I explained that AutoZone has the same part he argued that they did not. Finally, he admitted that it was the same part, but that it was not in stock and it would take 2 days to deliver. I asked why he would charge me almost double for this part and he had no response. He kept pressuring me to hurry up and make a decision. I told him I needed to call my husband. My husband asked to speak to him and he refused! I stated how I had a 1pm and 3pm appointment and how I was completely dissatisfied with his service. His response was, it didn't matter what time he arrived to work, because the part still wouldn't have arrived until 2pm. The WORST customer service EVER! They don't keep their appointment times! They will overcharge you for the service and they lack remorse, sympathy and customer service skills.

They don t answer the phone. Took my car in for an oil change that wasn t having any issues prior. They had me waiting two hours with no updates about my car. After they supposedly did an oil change my car has been smoking under the hood and the check engine oil light popped on less than a month after said oil change. I left a voicemail but still no response now I m not even able to leave a voice message.Update: Come to find it was all due to an old oil cap. Which they replaced for free then they added the oil back in there for me and looked at my car right away. I m impressed and will return.

VERY Honest business ethic! Outstanding service!!! I took my sons car (Volkswagen Beetle) to 3 different auto repair shops . Each shop attempted to take advantage of the fact that I needed to pass Emissions within a month. They inflated their repair costs by some $700- $1200 . Orland Best Service saved me over $800 in repair costs!!!

My vehicle experienced some overheating issues last week and I had my radiator replaced by another repair facility in another state. During another long journey, my vehicle began to overheat again and I dropped it off at this facility over the weekend. I was again out of the state for 4-5 days while my vehicle was left here and the issues were diagnosed. This repair facility advised of what they had found and the minor repairs performed in order to resolve my issue. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the employee informed me that there was no charge. I couldn't believe it. I had left my vehicle with this repairer for multiple days and they did spend time attempting to resolve my issue, but given the nature of the minor repairs, did not charge me. In honesty, the issues have popped up again after a long journey but at no fault of this location. Regardless of the outcome of this issue which is still being addressed, I felt the need to express how much I appreciate an honest and trustworthy repairer. I would recommend this location to anyone.

If you are looking for a good mechanic around Orland Park this is the one I would recommend to everyone. They present high knowledge and skill level when it comes to car issues. You will get honest diagnosis of the problem and description what needs to be done to get it fixed.Second thing that is very important when dealing with a mechanic shop is they won't try to rip you off. You will get your car problem fixed without spending unnecessary money or frustration. I have come back to this place couple of times and was always satisfied with their service. From my research their prices are also lower then their competitors. I was even surprised when I went to get something fixed and since it was a small thing I didn't even have to pay anything.

By far, this auto shop is one of the most upfront and honest service I've received since owning my 2011 Mitsubishi Galant. I went to Orland Best Service Auto Shop in March 2016 with over five problems and concerns (break lights out, tire traction light on, oil change, blown fuse, electrical issues, etc. Tom, the auto mechanic who assisted me gave me great customer service. He ran a full diagnostic test and test drove my car to make sure there weren't any other problems. He made sure I didn't leave the shop until every problem was corrected. Plus he didn't charge me outrageous service prices. Now, I recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers!

Completed dual front shock replacement on 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD using OEM-comparable KYB shocks due to one leaking front shock. Cost was 30% less than what dealership quoted. Quality of work is impeccable. Car rides smooth with better braking and handling. Has been over 1 month since replacement and no problems; a lot of city/highway mileage driven without any issues since installation.Owner showed me the leaking shock, and also his guys completed the work very fast. Showed me the old vs new part. I watched them working from outside the garage and was satisfied with their quality during repair. Owner is easy to talk to and have a conversation with, further increasing level of trust.Shop works on high end luxury cars, such as Porche, Audi, and more. Thus I can trust them to perform OEM quality work without compromising the original integrity of the car using 3rd party parts. Save a significant amount of money for major repairs by going to these guys.

Took my Volkswagen in for emissions work and the employees here are friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure you understand what's wrong with your vehicle and their prices are very competitive. Great service!

Always, i mean always, I have been not only very pleased with the work performed but also with how fairly I was charged. Honest and fair and never a feeling of being ripped off. This will be repair number seven on my Odessy with 268,000 miles!

I recently had major car problems where my car would not start (turned out to be fuel pump and relay problems). These guys went above and beyond and found other problems that I was having with my car, and because the car was already prepped in the shop they let me know and charged me a cheaper price than any other shop would have.

Very professional and no haggling on price. Tom tells you whats wrong, he tells you how much, then fixes the issue. I am going to continue to bring all 4 cars here for service

They fixed my 2004 Beetle for under $100. The VW dealership told me $2,500 and I paid them $100 to tell me that. We will be back.
