I always love to go to this place just right now. It sucks because the customer service. It s not helpful. I ask him. I want a good oil for my car because really I want the best oil and I ask him who the most people are buying the answer who is very rude. I don t know then ask me screaming on me from the customer which any I don t see any words I got one by chance I left I was so mad because I have a good day and I was smiling when I walk in when I left I was so impressed only I could say whatever who want to be customer service should be nice because I m a cashier and I know how Treat my customer. Thank you.

I just called up there and I just asked him a yes or no question. He answered politely and said no but right after no I m sorry he hung up the phone in my face how about if I wasn t finished asking for what I needed or he could of been like is there anything else you need, like he didn t even say bye or nothing just straight no I m sorry and a click. Hung up!! That sir is the true finest of customer service

Great service. Went somewhere else and they told me I needed to replace the entire rear tail light assembly for $100. At O'Reilly , they helped me find the $4 bulb I actually needed. Thank you!

I wish I got the workers name he was pretty young. Was extremely helpful in finding what i needed. Great service compared to an auto zone i went to few miles away and got limited service and assistance on what I needed.

I wouldn't waste my time here. Not much of a selection for auto parts and cleaning supplies for cars. I wouldn't be surprised if this store goes out of business. Staff doesn't know much and aren't helpful at all. I get that non-professional vibe just talking to them each time I go there that it makes me cringe as if I'm living in the ghetto but this is Orland Park. They don't seem to clean their store either-very dirty. Go across the street at Advanced Auto Parts in Orland Park. There is more of a selection there and the staff there is definitely more friendly and professional.

These guys are seriously amazing!! I ve come in with simple questions and never felt like I was talked down to. Almost every single staff member I ve encountered is very knowledgeable about vehicles and their parts. I ve had them change my battery and head lights without issue. Extremely trustworthy and honest staff at this location!!

Fair prices & helpful staff. Brought car into get free code scan. They went over results with me and gave me likely fixes with estimated pricing. They even gave me suggestions for repair places.

O Reilly has bailed me out on at least four occasions. I sometimes work on my own cars and run into problems that requires parts that are not readily available. O Reilly can get these parts, if they already don t have them in stock, on the same day if you place and order early. This helps tremendously when the car is in pieces and you need the car running quickly. Good job O Reilly.

Jorge, Scott, Matthew were all excellent employees. Very professional and offered the most amazing customer service. My mother and I went to advanced auto parts across the street on 159th because we didnt want to deal with traffic. Needless to say we always will cross, it was the worst customer service, was not greeted or offered helped. While at O'Reilly Auto Parts all the gentleman working offered to help with everything and anything. I will always come here and recommend to all my family and friends. Great price, clean facility and customer service was out of this world. Needless to say we left happy customer!
