Beware!! Do not take your car here! No automotive knowledge. Do not trust these theives! This is how they put in engine filter!!! How many car have they sent out of there shop like this? Beware!!

Best experience ever!! The amazing staff at Orland Midas worked with the warranty company I signed with and replaced my trans and control arm on my Nissan Sentra. They did an AMAZING job, as soon as I drove off the lot I noticed a COMPLETE difference. Joe & Kevin were very informative and kept me up to date with the process. Thank you so much!! -Bobbi

Staff is definitely welcoming, and diagnosed the issue rather quickly. Its understandable that shops needs to make profit and a living for that matter, but 300% mark up on parts, yeah I don't think so. Unfortunately, this proves the Muffler shop "stereo type" to remain true. Attached is the quote received, i was quoted on walker part numbers 54902 for $317 which is sold by other reputable companies for $128 and also was quoted for walker part number 55658 for $197.99 sold by other reputable companies for $103.99. Dishonestly at its finest. Its a shame that those who dont know any better give in to this nonsense. Please support a locally owned business and not places like this. A picture paints a thousand words.

Did an online appointment for oil change and check engine light. No issues when I went in. Loved the atmosphere as I was waiting. Very homey and comfortable not your typical business environment. Joe explained everything they found and needed to be done. Answered my questions and just a very down to earth nice guy. Will continue doing business with them.This is the Orland Park, IL location.

Everything is expensive now. That s just life post pandemic. But if I have to spend the money then I want to be treated well. I was. Everyone I encountered was laid back and courteous. I love how the inside feels like a shop from the 70 s. Hot wheels cars and pictures of racing over the years. I also got a real kick out of the men made out of exhaust parts out front. Not to be missed. (See photo). Also, the way they communicate and send pictures during the process reassured me that things were moving along. They got a lot done in just a few days even though I told them it was our spare car and there was no rush. Thanks guys!!

Joe at Midas will take care of you. They will never con you into doing work that isn't necessary. You will always get a fair price. Finally, when you qualify for a Midas Card, any purchase over $200 is 6 months same as cash! My wife and I have traded at this Midas for close to 30 years. Trust them . . .

I was quote by another shop over $1600 to replace the motor mounts on my Mini Cooper. I then went to Midas in Orland Park, and gave me a quote. Midas saved me a TON of money. Midas in Orland tells you exactly what you need and they are honest about what has to be done. They are straightforward, do quality work and treat their customers with respect.When I need any maintenance done to my car, I am bringing it to Midas of Orland Park.

Very professional and thorough experience, I will always come back, they give you a detailed inspection, listing everything they found whether good or bad. So your not coming back in a month addressing another issue, the inspection notifies you of everything.Always glad to come here!

We have a older model car a 2008 Hyundai Sonata. Periodically being an older car we run into problems. Previously we ve taken it to other places that were dishonest and often the car came back worse than before. Thank God we found Midas of Orland Park, 14310 S LaGrange, Orland Park. They are the most honest, professional and knowledgeable mechanics we have ever encountered. Since taking it there, any repairs necessary have been done in an efficient manner. They live up to the reputation of honesty. If you have an older model, car and need work. Please go to the Orlnd Park location you will never be disappointed, not to mention cost-effective.

Got my airconditioner charged here. They gave a fair price and noted other things that could be done. I love their waiting area which was clean and comfortable. They spoke to me politely, gave estimates, and only did the work I asked. I really like the location, easy parking and access to shopping while you wait.

The team worked on two of our cars. One needed extensive work on breaking system. They worked on the vehicle to got it just right. We are very happy with the service and professionalism of this team. They were fast, honest, friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this team.

After struggling with a steering issue for a couple of years that the local Orland Park Cadillac dealer said was "normal" after they did warranty strut work, I decided to try the local Midas shop after a small mishap required a fresh wheel alignment. Well, after five miles of driving my wife's car, it now appears to be fixed. The car finally tracks well without a struggle to steer. I usually do my own maintenance work as I work on aircraft. While seated in the waiting area, I noticed the interactions between the counter staff and four other customers. Some cars obviously needed more work than anticipated. The laid it out to them in an understandable fashion from a safety standpoint with absolutely no tough sell approach to fix it then and now. That was impressive. 2y ago-My wiper blades stopped working on a snowy day which caused me a lot of stress driving. Midas got me in right away, had a very quick and professional drop off, fixed the problem, charged me on the lower end of the range I was quoted, and I got my car back within hours of it breaking. Other shops said they couldn't even see me until days later... Excellent experience!!Updated- I dropped my car off close to close with no appointment and a vague description of what I thought was wrong. They had my car diagnosed and ready by mid day the following day and running smoothly. They gave me pricing options and gave feedback on what was most important to do now. They also gave me proposed timelines for when other repairs might be needed based on what they were seeing so I could financially prepare which I really appreciated. These guys are the best! I can't say enough good things about them.I went to them for a brake inspection after the dealer told me I needed both front and rear pads & rotors, replacement of one caliper, and brake fluid exchange @ $1,400. Midas confirmed that I only needed rear pads & rotors, and fixed it while I waited, for $450. This shop provides a 2 yr 24k mile warranty, which is double the regular Midas warranty. They have this cool shop software that lets the mechanic message you with pictures of what they inspected and found for your car with descriptions while he's looking at it, so you can look at it on your phone before he comes to discuss it with you instead of going out in the shop.While I was waiting, I overheard a interesting conversation they had with another customer who had a slight coolant leak from her water pump. The manager had first called a local Chrysler dealer to get parts prices, but also to confirm that a coolant leak / water pump is considered part of the drive train. He then told the customer the good news, that instead of paying them $400 to replace the water pump, she should schedule the repair with the dealer under the drive train warranty. I commented to her that that was nice of them, and she said that was why she comes there, because they're so honest.Service: Brakes

Joe and his team did an outstanding job on replacing the exhaust system on my truck. Even though it required a bit of custom work, he quoted me a price that was half of what I had been quoted elsewhere, for the same system. He had the work done within a few hours, at the quoted price. The whole process was fast and easy. Thank you Joe & everyone at Orland Park Midas. I took my car to Midas to have my exhaust repaired. They did a great job on our other car this past fall. Shortly after dropping my car off I was sent an estimate, plus they made me aware of some other issues with my car that could pose safety issues. I was grateful for the feed back, and I already knew that my car needed additional work. They were able to finish everything in one day. My car is 12 years old and has never run so smooth and "like" brand new in so long. I'm enjoying my car more than ever thanks to Midas's great team. I have been a customer at this Midas for over 15 years and they have always provided honest repairs and top notch service. For this visit, I needed a full-synthetic oil change and I needed my oil pressure sensor replaced based on the error code my engine had. It was correctly diagnosed and repaired within the day! I love this shop! We have been having all of our cars worked on at this Midas for over 25 years! Even our warranty work on our new vehicles is completed here. They are honest and tell you if it's an immediate repair or if you can schedule it down the line. Our cars have always been ready when we were told to expect them.
