This place is the only place I have my van serviced Matt the rest of the mechanics are respectable, dependable detailed, pleasant to be around. Always take good care of their customers.

My Company is Stop & Go Airport Shuttle. I have bought numerous sprinters from Mercedes Benz in Orland Park IL. One of my Mercedes Sprinter was service 4 times for the same thing for sealing an air condition unit at the top of the vehicle do to rain leaking and other major issues(Def fluid, Locks, Sprinter stopping often etc.) I have a warranty on this vehicle there in Orland Park, IL Mercedes Sprinter. Now returning for the fifth time for the same thing, when it rains water come through the air conditioner unit onto the seats. Mercedes now claims the reason for the leak is due to a scratch on the top of the air condition unit. They said they will not fix the leak and not honor my warranty where they have fix this four times before under the warranty. They are asking me now to pay $4000 out of pocket. I do not recommend any commercial company or person to purchase any vehicle from Mercedes in Orland Park, IL.

What an awesome all-around experience from start to finish. Dennis, Andrew and Wilson did an amazing job. Recommend this dealership 100%. My sales rep, Andrew did a fantastic job informing me on my new cars details inside and out. Andrew was also very helpful and knowledge and answered all my questions. I highly recommend the sales team at at MB of Orland Park!

Visited for service left shortly after a service advisor (I think his name was Jason something) started screaming at a porter and using some very unprofessional language shortly after he dropped some keys off and said something to him following that I sat for 15minutes waiting to be helped and no one even asked me why I was there! If that is how you treat your employees and your customers I do not wish to do business with you and caution others aswell!

Went in for service. Overpriced like any dealership. Mention some issues I had they couldn't answer any questions to solve those problems. Did do the service maintenance. Nothing else to say. Just ok

I wanted to see is I could get in and out of A Sprinter on the drivers side. Get behind the wheel. I managed to get in and out. Darius Krogulski I walked in the dealership and asked him and he said go ahead try one. When I was done I asked for his business card and he was very nice.

Service department have issues with communication with costumers! And no loaner cars available for van owners, even when they have extended warranty! They only great when selling the car and don't care about anything after!

Dropped the car for service with 5 problems and take back with same problem there are not mechanics dont loose your time,mechanics dont know how to check the car,and they try to tell you all good with the car and you dont have any problems
