Sammie was my salesman. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Key thing and the main thing I absolutely loved about Sammie he was not a pushy and aggressive salesman. We came to Lexus 3 times and each time he was patient and helpful. On our final visit when we made our purchase Sammie ensured we had everything and understood how to work the vehicle. He even drove us home to exchange the cars. He was just an Awesome salesperson. Rating on a scale 1 to 10 Sammie would be a 10+. I would definitely recommend friends and family to see Sammie at Lexus of Orland if they are interested in purchasing a Lexus.

I went to Lexus Of Orland Park today to price out some parts for my Lexus and was assisted by Mike whom was rude and very disinterested in assisting me. I explain to Mike that I wanted to confirm pricing and parts for my car . Mike came back with a list and the only thing that he wanted to make clear to me was that one of the parts that I was inquiring about was $1751.95 which he repeated 3 times and it seemed as though he did so either because he felt that I would not be able to afford the part or to intimidate me from asking further questions. I pointed out to Mike that the name that was on order was not my name and his reply was that I had to put something there he never made eye contact with me or even bothered to ask me for my name. I have owned multiple Lexus vehicles and I have serviced them at this location but he didn t even bother to ask and proceeded to be short and vague when answering questions that I asked. I believe Mike treated me this way because he either didn t feel comfortable dealing with people of my ethnicity or because I was wearing workout clothing because it was my day off . Either way it is unacceptable to treat people with such disrespect. I live close to this dealership however , I will be driving further to a dealership or dealer group that has values and don t have a culture of mistreating its customers based off how the look or their personal feelings about certain ethnicity. Furthermore he took the time to carve out the part numbers on the invoice which seemed to me to be very shady business practice. When I asked why this was done he said it s company policy . This is very deceptive and very questionable especially a when he couldn t even enter my name correctly or even bother to correct it when I brought it to his attention.

Sammie was amazing helping us pick out our 2024 Lexus RX500. He explained everything on the car and made sure we made it through finance in record time. I have never owned a Lexus but after how smooth and easy it was I may be back in the future.

Service is always great, but since my hood wasn't completely latched after my oil change, I lifted it up to close it again. This is when I found 3 screws missing to secure this part back in place(see photos) I'm not sure why this piece was removed but I see that it's right next to the oil dip stick. Just wondering why the technician didn't care to secure this part back on the engine? John was great, but the young lady that greeted me upon arrival and the older gentleman both called me Mr. Coleman but John chose to call me by my first name?

Joe (manager in service department) went out of his way multiple times to help with my car issue. He is a very kind person and I am thankful for his help. Thanks Joe! I should also note when I bought my car last summer I had a fabulous salesperson Aiman! He was amazing and so helpful in getting me the car I wanted. Shout out to Joe in service and Aiman in sales!

The service was good, but I feel that I was sold a lemon. I have a 2023 Lexus RX 350 in which I have had for less than 4 months. I have had to have it serviced twice (2 days in a row) for electrical software issues which can t even be fully resolved until they get the updated software which is due to come in at the end of the year. So why are you selling these cars with outdated software at sky high prices???????

Dave was so instrumental in making this experience as easy as possible! Most of our conversations and transactions were over the phone and online. Dave explained everything regarding the services needed in detail and continued to assist me with the payment setup until completion!

I did have an unpleasant experience there with the manager Junior, he was a real piece of work!However the sales rep Moe, and the manager Chris, were great. If you have any issues go see them they will take care of it. Other than my experience with the manager Junior, the establishment great, worked with me and kept their word. I d come back here.

I've been getting my car serviced there for almost 2 years. I was told I could come in and have someone replace my license plate. When I got there I was asked if I had an appointment for service I told them no. I just wanted my license plate switched out. Well because I wasn't getting any paid service I was told they would charge me $80 per bolt to remove and replace. Totalling $160 for 2 bolts to be taken out and put back in. Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I went to another dealership and they removed it within. 3 minutes and replaced with no problem nor charge

I come here because this place is a convenient location. Dealers will always be dealers as far as service prices, etc. However, the staff here is not friendly. They dont speak to you, they dont smile. They walk pass you like you dont even exist. They have the nerve to want a 5 star rating. I beg the difference. The one star is for the lack of QUALITY customer service. The service dept. that works on my vehicle, i have no complaints. This is 99.9 % predominantly a Caucasian

Had a wonderful experience here, went for an oil change and tire rotation. Efren was friendly and helpful all the way through.Prices were very reasonable too, would highly recommend this location if you have a Lexus.

Marek was kind, helpful and respectful of my time. He has been responsive about every question and concern since I have been in contact with him. The service dept. supervisor, Joe, gave great info. on the vehicle I wanted to purchase and other choices available at the dealership. I would recommend anyone in the market for a Lexus vehicle come to Lexus of Orland. Top notch staff.

Lexus Service Department is horrible. Had a :7:15 am, appointment they didn t let door up until 7:35am, as if Customers have nothing to do. I expected more, they also send coupons that you can t use for your vehicle. Where is the professionalism?

We saw this 2 year old car that looked really nice on line but you know how it it with used cars they look nice on picture s but in reality they re damaged however Magon emailed me and said it was in great condition like new so we went to check it out without high expectations even though the drive is an hour away. To our surprise Mag was right the car was in like new condition just needed a detailed cleaning which we thought we would get after a smooth closing deal as well as couple of accessories which we were promised by the seller, when we came for the second time to pick up the car it was washed only outside of it but they didn t have front and back rugs that were promised to us so they told us that they will mail them to us and since it was an inconvenience they will give me a Lexus coffee mug to go with my car. Well a week went by and didn t get it so we drove up for the 3 time and called ahead to make sure they had them ready, we finally did get weather proof rugs but was promised to have a cup mailed to us. Days go by and nothing no mug no answer to my text and my mugs don t fit in so I was looking forward to having a Lexus mug with our first Lexus car .Just keep in mind to make sure you get what s promised to you before you pay otherwise it s a little disappointing to be asking for what was promised.

Went in for warranty work for My LS500 and they took really good car of my baby! Turn around time wasn't too bad also! Overall pretty happy with everything.. loaner.. commutation.. and professionalism! Tony was my service rep! Good kind gentleman!

Best Lexus dealership in Chicagoland, period!!!I've been ordering a lot parts online for my car from this dealership. Always reasonable prices. Excellent customer service!Tim Kosiba Parts Department Manager is very professional and always extremely helpful.I drive 60 miles from my home to get there, but definitely worth it! I highly recommend this dealership!

My experience was very satisfying. My appointment was at 10am and I was on time and I was seen promptly. I needed an oil change but also had an issue that was addressed. My vehicle was checked out and additional issues were brought to my attention. Overall, I am quite satisfied at how my vehicle behaves now. Thankful for the amenities and free wifi.

John was helpful and did a great job. But I had a bad experience from the shuttle to and from my home. Also last time I brought my car in it wasn t washed and I was really disappointed because they usually do it. I don t know why they didn t do it at that time.

The Lexus of Orland staff from check-in to check-out was excellent. The service rep, Anthony, explained the work needed and gave me a time frame for how long the service work would take which was accurate. Highly recommend Lexus Of Orland.

Dave is always awesome 5 stars for the customer services. However, my tires were rotated and filled with air. I m sure if they actually put air in the tires each tires had four different amounts (not balanced at all) I found that odd.

Scammers!! My car was inspected by a trusted body shop but they were not able to do the work. Because of the type of work required, we had no other choice but to take our car to Orland Lexus. I told them what the problem was and they quoted me $1800. Once I brought the car in they attempted to charged me $7k for the same repair they told me would cost $1800. I declined the service but was still out of over $400 for them looking at it. Beware!!!!! I DO NOT recommend this place.

Was on time for my appointment. Was an 85k checkup which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. 2 hours later with absolutely no communication about what was going on, they wanted $700 for new brakes, which I might have considered if I hadnt been fuming by that point, they gave me car back without so much as a "Sorry for the delay", cursory wash/vacuum or clean windshield.Will never go back.

I wish I would have taken the time to read the 144 one star reviews before I brought my car here! If you happen to be exceptionally wealthy and are into wasting money and your Lexus is out of warranty then this dealer is for you. Brought in my out of warranty Lexus for an electrical issue, already diagnosed. I explained the situation to the service writer and was told that their diagnostics would still need to be done, but that price would then be deducted from repair cost. I was ok with that. After having my car for several days, I was told that my diagnosis was probably correct but they would need to charge additional diagnostics to be certain, in excess of $1000 and then the repair hourly rate to fix starts after that. This new diagnostic fee would not be subtracted from the repair, meaning repair would be in excess of $2000.Picked up my car, took to a private mechanic. $180 and 24 hours later car was repaired.Shame on Orland Park Lexus

Best car buying experience ever. Our salesman Mo was the best. Made everything easy for us. He had great knowledge of the product and a very engaging personality. We will send our friends to Orland Lexus and specifically to see Mo when they get there.
