Ordered a 2020 Giulia last year and picked it up in February. Truly amazing customer service, could not have asked for a better car-buying experience. Working with Bill was more like chatting with a fellow car enthusiast than the high-pressure experience you might have elsewhere. Very accommodating all around.

I took my car here for an antifreeze leak. Eduardo was very kind and explaining everything and what needed to get repaired and so on! I took my car on Friday didn t get it back until Thursday because of parts fine! But now my car is smoking from the engine and I still have the antifreeze leak! I trusted them with my Alfa and see nothing was done and now my car is not in the conditions I took it the first time. I m so upset because this is my daily car and it was in the shop for 6 days for then to give me my car back and not fixing the concern I took it in for!!! I will be calling first thing tomorrow because this is not acceptable!!!

Do not use their service. My Alfa Quadrifolgio was serviced there before I bought it. They used air tools to put the drain plug on because they are lazy and don't want to use a torque wrench. Alfa clearly states that the torque on the bolt should be 15 ft-lbs, an air tool goes way higher. The plug is stripped and won't come off. There is also a cooling line that runs in brackets behind the air intake. They didn't bother putting that back either. It could be pinched and the car can over heat. Thanks for ruining my car.

Incredible sales staff, Bill and Josh understand what you want and go the extra mile to deliver. Just purchased our second Alfa Romeo Gulia 2020 TI Sport Carbon. Bill took the time to understand what we wanted with our next vehicle, did the research to locate one, and worked with Josh to put together a great deal for us. The car was delivered as promised, paperwork took 10 minutes. All options and features presented and demonstrated at delivery. The car was immaculate when delivered, really took the time to properly clean it. If your in the market for one, this is the only place to go.

Great team and great selection of vehicles. My associate Bill was amazing and patient throughout my entire process. I was made to feel like family versus a customer. This is my first time buying a foreign vehicle and choosing an Alfa Rom�o along with this dealership was such a great choice. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent experience here thanks to Bill, Dan, and Chip. They worked together to make sure that I was fully taken care of. Beautiful facility. Dan provided a seamless service experience. Everything went exactly as he advised. They were very accommodating and addressed all of my concerns patiently and professionally. Delivered exactly as promised. Also would like to thank bill for his excellent sales follow through. It is clear that he is focused on building long term relationships and treats his customers fairly. Thank you!

I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for an Alfa Romeo!I called up and the phone was answered right away by Josh, not 3 different people that transfer you around. I told him what I wanted to spend monthly and he said he would do what he can and call me back.Not 10 minutes later I got a call back from him for exactly the price I wanted to spend.24 hours later I have brand new stelvio, with even more options then I thought I could get for my budget. Very happy with the quick service and ease of purchase!

To use thier MDP diagnostic for 5 seconds they wanted to charge 200 dollars........ Alfa of Glenview did it for free and where super cool, there is no other alfa dealership u should go to. Take your business to ALFA OF GLENVIEW TELL JOHN MARSHALL SENT YA :)

The dealership is fine the salesmen are not honest. Lie right to your face and sometimes they forget that they are in the business to sell cars not to look at them sitting on there lot which is exactly what there cars do. Some how they think Rizza is the only game in town...NOPE go elsewhere else you'll be so much happier.

Had a competitor Alfa Romeo dealer cancel my appt on day before appt was scheduled so called Joe Rizza and they made an appt for same date of other competitor's original appt and took care of me! Awesome job and thank you!!

The guys were friendly and professional but my car was returned to me unwashed and without being vacuumed after being serviced. For a luxury brand this is unacceptable.
