This Jiffy Lube was recommended to me by a co-worker, and I went to have my car oil checked and to see if everything was OK. Steve O. Explained everything to me and even showed me on the computer the details regarding my make and model car and how much oil should be put in my car and I asked Steve is the oil filter housing ok does it need to be replaced and he said no it's fine. I got the oil changed, and they put air in my tires. The tire light was on, so I'm glad they also check your tires, too. Thanks also to the young man who helped me too.

Worst oil change experience I ve ever had. Less than 36 hours after the oil change, all the oil from my car leaked onto my drive way. I went driving today and my car gave me warnings of the oil pressure being low and I needed to turn the car off immediately. I live 5 minutes away from Firestone, so I took it there. After firestones assessment I was told that Jiffy Lube failed to do the oil change right when I was there 2 days ago. I now have to pay for a second oil change, and for my car to get degreased because Jiffy Lube couldn t do their job right the first time (an extra $150 bucks!!) Firestone told me this is a common thing, especially from this specific Jiffy Lube location. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

The guys that work there and take care of the front desk area are ALWAYS very kind and accommodating. It s very nice to go into the facility and know the treatment you will be given. It s just really nice.

Yes. Matt, and the lower bay worker whose name I apologize, don t recall, were excellent! Matt engaged this service as a teaching moment to which I am most appreciative. Pleasant. Smiling. Informative. Respectful. I felt welcome and my 23,year old Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo were very well taken care of by Matt and this Jiffy Lube Staff. Matt was exceptional. Sat, 10/28/23 we took our Infiniti SUV to Jiffy Lube in Orland Park, IL @ 12pm for an oil change & spark plug replacement. We dropped the car off & called several times that day to check the status of our maint. Work & found they needed to order spark plugs & could either pick up our car & drop it off the following day (Sun) or leave it & have the repair the next day.Sun, we called many times to check the status of our car with no clarity. Finally, about 1 hour before closing, they told us it would be ready by closing.When we got there, the mech. was still working on it & had to wait another 50 min. for him to finish. The mech. said the check engine light came on after the repair bc he needed to change the gaskets due to oil leaking into 1 of them & they tried to clear the codes that caused the check engine light to come on, but returned after clearing it. He also said anytime we bring the car in for service they will top off the oil. Once paid, we drove it home about 15 min. away & noticed the car was 100% worse than what it was when brought in (shaking aggressively), the check engine light was flashing, & was misfiring. It wasn t safe to drive in this condition as we later found out from our car manual that this could be catastrophic to the engine.We called on Mon. morning to inform them we were not happy with the status of our vehicle after paying $437.24. We told them about the current condition of our car, the check engine light was flashing & were told the mech. would be in the next morning @ 8am.On Tue.,we went back to Jiffy Lube to have them fix whatever wasn t performed properly. The mech. was 1hr late and jumped into looking at the SUV s issue upon his arrival. After 1.5 hrs of waiting, we went in to talk to the mech.& noticed he was extremely unsure of what he was doing. He was on the computer researching how to perform the work that needed to be done. We had no confidence in this mechanic doing any further work on our car so we took it to Infiniti a few blocks away.We were told that the gaskets in these cars need to be changed when spark plugs are replaced. We had to pay $200 to Infiniti for the computerized diagnostic due to the poor job the Jiffy Lube performed on our car. We decided to take our car to Malley s in Frankfort (our normal mechanic shop) & had the work completed on 11/10/23. Upon completion we were told the following by the mechanic. 1. The gaskets for the spark plugs weren t changed & per protocol, gaskets must be changed with the spark plugs. 2. The oil was tar black, so the oil wasn t changed & gave us the filthy oil filter which we still have. 3. The oil was over-filled (topped off) & spilled into the spark plug gaskets causing the misfire making it unsafe to drive the car.The cost to us due to the damages caused by Jiffy Lube was $1,306.99 & the cost we paid for the work Jiffy Lube did not perform properly was $437.24. The diagnostic cost from Infiniti of Orland is $200. (we sent 3 invoices to corporate). The grand total = $1,944.23.We emailed corporate to voice our displeasure with the service & to give them a chance to rectify before escalation &had the store manager, Bill, reach out who dismissed everything we know as fact listed above. He stated he watched the cameras and saw the work was performed, said we did not bring the car back to them to fix the issue (yet we brought it back that Tue. to have them fix the issue stated above) so it voided the warranty. If he truly had watched the cameras and read everything he would have seen that we are right. Knowing what he was said was untrue, we asked to see the videos but conveniently corporate doesn t allow them to share videos with customers. Bill told us he would refund our $437.24 but, corporate wouldn t allow because too much time passed. We contacted corporate again to discuss, but our email has been ignored.Essentially, they can do/not do whatever they want to your car with no accountability because they hide behind their policy not allowing customers to see videos of their work.Don t go to Jiffy Lube.

I enjoy going to the Orland Park, IL location because the one close to my home does not give me the same quality service. I drive 15 miles to get there and the one close to my home is only 3 miles away.

Would not go again.i had a 02 senor changed for 300+ dollars and then it never got rid of the check engine light made me come back 5 separate times .then they would blame other stuff in the car for the problem and even said i would need a new catalytic converter.when all I did was go another place and they fixed the problem in mins and also meantioned the part jiffy lube put in was not the correct one for my make and model .keep in mind they changed the part 2x And wasted hours of my time.

The driver that pulled my car into the shop hit the bottom of where the touchscreen panel, leaving a piece of the panel noticeably chipped. The damage appears to have been hit with something sharp because it is a chip, not just a scratch, not something a fingernail would do. I did not notice it until I got in the car. I've only had the car for about a week and would have noticed if this occurred anytime before. It is a noticeably broken piece off the panel leaving the chipped part silver while the rest of the panel is black.I spoke to the manager on duty at this time and he said that he denied that anyone from his team did it without even asking them first. He just assumed I was wrong and even lied to me and said he was the one who drove in the car when I had seen it was not him. I told them what they did was not right but that didn't seem to care or even offer a solution. I just bought this car and the careless employees at this Jiffylube have already damaged it. I will not ever come back here again and make sure I let everyone know too!

I spoke to the gm ( general manger) and the first words that came out of his mouth was we don t service cars with outside the store parts wich I understood but then I asked if I can speak with a mechanic for questions and he told me to get lost with the worst attitude guy with tattoos on his arm definitely needs to be working as bus boy at a restaurant with the communication skills he has ( never going there not even for questioning)

They met and exceeded my expectations. I needed an oil change and a new car battery. I did not know they changed batteries. I drive a vehicle where it is dang near impossible to get to the battery without removing the windshield wipers and other small things. They did it in under a half hour where it would have taken me all afternoon to change the battery. Reasonably priced too. With all of that, and the service we got from Mike, they definitely earned my repeat business.

Beware. They will try hard to not honor the estimate you receive through the website for services. Just go elsewhere and avoid these swindlers.

Well pulled up at 5:30 on Monday 1/16/23. Guy comes out and says we actually closed early today. There were employees inside working on a vehicle. Maybe an employees? I came over to Homer Glen after I called to make sure they were open and they promptly took care of me.

All the guys working there were very nice and respectful and they worked quickly. The prices are a little higher than other places but it is 100% worth it. I was in and out in 30 mins. Amazing service at this Jiffy Lube! We pulled in without and appointment for an issue with the bottom of the car and got quick and excellent service. Very impressed with the experience!

I went there for an oil change. They new the car is fleet owned. They said it needs air filters , wipers . They wanted to change everything.At the end, they charged me over $234 and I found out that they didn t charge the filters . They put the old ones back. They disconnected a cable which made the jump . Went back, they reconnected the cable and I proved to them that they did not change any filters. They ended up changing my bill from $234 to $90.00In the process, someone had stolen an expensive bottle of cologne that was given to. I called jiffy lube , filed a claim. The said someone will contact me. No one ever called back. I filed a police report with the Orland park police department for stealing my cologne.Be careful when you go for an oil change.I have both receipts before and after the filters problems that the police department has copied both of them. Be carefulIt s a shame that the owner talks about pricing!!He should address the bigger issues, charging me & Fleet service for filters that his technicians never installed which lead to the price change.Also, the robbery of personal cologne that happened over that store last Saturday!!He is avoiding those discussions!!!

I arrived 30 minutes before closing and still received top service for a simple oil change.I was really surprised they didn't rush and performed absolutely professional checking my lights as a customary service. Let's not forget, being an Illinois resident it was quite cold that day 1/22 inwhich they kept their service doors closed until you were summoned.
