Pleasant experience. Didn't try and pressure us when we declined some of the extras. Fair value on our trade-in. Good follow up. Didn't waste our time. Our salesperson, Dan, was very knowledgeable, especially considering we were buying a used Jeep which is not their brand. Highly recommend.

Service is always quick and easy at this location. It doesn t matter which service advisor you get, they keep you informed and straight to the point with your vehicle. Their amenities in the waiting room make it comfortable to stay. All staff are friendly and easy to talk to here. Would highly recommend this location to anyone that needs service done to their car.

Latoya was awesome. From check-in, taking the time to understand why I was coming in for service, the status of my repairs along the way to check out was exceptional. I wish you guys could take care of all our vehicles. We also take our BMW to your service center down the road, also always a great experience with that service dept. We also really loved the buying experience with Andrew at the BMW site last Fall. We will never buy any where else than your Orland Park dealerships. Bravo!

Highly recommend working with Victoria! She was wonderful. I had shopped other dealers on-line and in person, and Infiniti Orland Park surpassed them all. Great customer service and appreciation and I received a great deal on a new car. Go see her for your next vehicle purchase!

I came in for an oil change. They changed the oil, rotated the tires, completed routine maintenance inspection, and washed the car. They offered me a Lyft to and from the mall so my wait was entertaining and went by quickly. The staff was friendly. The waiting room was clean and inviting.

I wish I could give an excellent review, but I've yet to have excellent service. My car is older, but it is still covered under a warranty. At the first sign of a major problem in December 2021, took my vehicle to ne serviced. It was stated I needed a new transmission. Repairs "done" warranty company paid $6,371. Ok..fast forward to 2023 in July, I start experiencing jerking (transmission issues again).Took car for servicing in late July 2023. Issues described: Alternator and starter, battery, wiring, lights, electrical, transfer case assembly. A/C compressor and TRANSMISSION services were "completed" Total $7,317 paid.Less than one month later, car totally shut off on me, in a busy downtown intersection, where I waited 3 hours for a tow back to the facility. Informed them that car cut off and air still not working before it cut off. Mike from service, who I've been working with since the beginning of my issues, stated it was the mass air flow sensor, total $746.94.Okay....everything s/b fine now, right....no, wrong!!! Around mid November, car shuts off AGAINNNN! THIS TIME, I was informed it was the alternator. BTW, air still wasn't fixed...they said it was due to the alternator being replaced...Total...$1,755.26 paidOkay...all sb well now, right? No, wrongggg....I went on vacation right after I got my car out of the shop. I returned 5 days later, car was jerking a little, I thought maybe because it was cold outside...BTW, I broke my shoulder while on vacation...I had my car parked, once I got home...one day, about a month and a half later, I'm feeling better and wanted to ride to the store. Once getting in the car, it started jerking and leaking fluids...Guess what...I towed it back to the service center. I got word that it's the TRANSMISSION...LIKE WTH? LIKE AS IN THE ONE THAT WAS "REPLACED"? The warranty company has approved the claim, but not everything is covered. I shouldn't have to pay diddly squat out of pocket. There's no way on the world all of these things occurred back to back and they were supposedly fixed. This is really apparent with the fix from November because I probably drove like 50 miles, if that before it broke down just recently. If a diagnosis was performed, an issue with a failing transmission should definitely been apparent. Mike has been short with me in regards to the repairs. I'm keeping record and will report to the BBB, state bureau of automotive repair AND A CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWYER if my issue is not resolved. This is ridiculous. I plan on copying this review to several sites.

I would have chosen 5 stars had it not been for the first few seconds of the encounter I experienced yesterday when I brought my car in for its scheduled service. However, Elliott T. saved the day and provided very excellent customer service in addition to making me feel comfortable about the overall experience. He provided myself and children with a complimentary Lyft so I could take them out to eat without having them become super restless in the waiting area and I really appreciated his assistance. From the moment I ve purchased my vehicle with this dealer I ve always received impeccable care which is why I was a little shocked upon my arrival yesterday but Elliott made up for it. Thank you!

The liaison helping me with my repair was beyond helpful, she communicated with me every step of the way I never had to reach out to her, She called me before I had a question. Thank you so much for making this process easy.

Disappointed by listing of items requiring immediate attention that are outside of manufacturers recommendations1) ATF needed replacement due to "Time and Milage". Per manufacturer, ATF replacement to be based on inspection of fluid and deterioration data. No mention of time and milage and no data provided.2) Coolant needed replacement due to "Time and Milage". Per manufacturer recommendations, replacement at 75,000 miles. Vehicle currently at 61,000 miles.

So far my experiences with the dealership have been fairly good, there were two issues that took a few visits to correct but otherwise my experience has been pleasant.

On December 11, 2023. I brought my car in for service. The problem I was having my 2017 qx80 Infiniti truck would not start on 11/20/2023, I called a tow truck company to give me a jump. It ran for about fine until 11/29/2023 and had to jump if off again. It was ok until 12/11/2023. Anyway, when I arrived, I was met by a very professional guy named Ken, he was courteous, concerned and patient regarding my story about my truck. He assure me that he would relay my concerns to the mechanics and they would do their best to find out what seems to be the problem. A few hours later, Ken approached me to tell me that the mechanics could not find anything wrong, he said they checked the battery (which was purchased in 2/2023) they checked my Alternator and my ingnition switch and could not find any problems. Well, of course, I was baffled. However, he gave very good suggestions on what I should do as far as driving the truck more (longer distance and to start it up when its cold even if I am not driving it. I am retired and basically, my truck may sit for a week or so without driving anywhere. Ken also changed my fob battery hoping this may help as well. He stated should I have any more problems with the truck not starting to bring it back in so that they may investigate further. We as consumers are so quick to complain when service isn"t good, until we forget to commend those employees who are truly doing and outstanding job. I give KUDOS to Ken who was very kind, courteous, knowlegeable and patient with me. Even though, there appears to be nothing wrong with my truck, I still left feeling great from the experience and character shown by Ken. Good Job Ken, keep up the good work.

Elliot was very informative. That was the highlight of my visit. He sent me the video of my vehicle while it was being serviced showing what he inspected and what he recommends to be done. I appreciated that.

I pre-scheduled a service appointment for my vehicle and when I arrived the service tech was very quick to check me in and show me to the waiting area. After a short time, he was back with the information necessary for my vechicle, and after I signed off on it, I was able to enjoy the complementary Starbucks coffee, which was awesome. Over all my visit was very short. My car is in excellent shape and they were very efficient. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for my next service visit.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
