A little late to the review, but I purchased my 2021 Dodge Challenger through Infiniti of Orland and they were amazing. From the moment I originally talked to JP and then worked with Steven, it was nothing but great customer service and had answer all of my questions with no hesitation or problem. The manager and financial manager did an excellent job and I would recommend getting a car from them. From one salesman to another, they did a phenomenal job. Ask for JP or Steven when you want a new car.

Thank you so very much for the kind service I received from Victoria Kendra. From the moment we first spoke on the phone she assured me it was going to be quick and painless. She did not disappoint. Her bubbly personality put me at ease throughout the duration of the purchase of my car. I truly felt that she was making decisions on my behalf and was more of an advocate for me and the car and less than a salesperson trying to throw me a lot of sales pitch and jargon. This is something of rare occurrence when purchasing a car. The rest of the staff were attentive as well from the general manager to the manger. Definitely if you are looking for purchasing an Infiniti go to Infiniti of Orland Park cause it is the way to go.

Natalia was a wonderful customer agent! Very friendly, and personable. Extremely competent, always keeping me informed where I was in the process of negotiating ad securing a deal, and thne closing it. I felt very comfortable with her, always feeling like she was really working for me.

Excellent experience! Victoria was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to any questions I had. She was also responded very quickly to all questions/concerns. Would highly recommend! This dealership is the best one I have dealt with in recent years! My car arrived promptly even though I live very far from IL

I recently visited Infinity of Orland Park to have the regular maintenance check on new 2023 QX 60 Autograph. Mike was my technician. Mike is always very informative. He keeps me updated. The staff is friendly and the waiting areas is very clean. I find the staff very accommodating

First, I messaged Zeigler to see if a specific Nissan was available & Alyssa contacted me to let me know it was still available.....I was overjoyed!!!! When we got to the dealership & met Alyssa, she greeted us with a beautiful smile. She was very professional, helpful & she had a great personality!! Then she went to work to help me get the Nissan i wanted. I got it !!!! Thank you Alyssa for making my dream come true! You are awesome

was shopping for a new car and saw an infinity QX60: on tv. Went to Orlando park to look. Ashley came out to insist us. She Was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable Of the QX60.She showed us all the things. The car was equipped to do inside and out . She was polite,kind. I would highly recommend Ashley if you are looking for a new car.

One star only because I can't leave zero stars. Horrible business to try and purchase a car from. Went to look at a used QX80 at the end of March. The saleswoman, while friendly and prompt to reply to text messages, didn't do any talking of numbers to us when it came down to try to negotiate. She took down personal information and went directly to the finance manager. I asked for an itemized out-the-door price for the vehicle and they refused to give it to me. Furthermore, they decided to try and give the LOWEST possible amount for a trade-in when it wasn't anywhere near rated that on KBB. Then, the finance manager came to explain that they wouldn't even begin to negotiate on either the trade or the price of the vehicle being looked at and thus no deal could be made. Buying a car is certainly a process and there are times when numbers don't make sense for one party or the other but to not even want to engage in that process is another story. The arrogance from finance that I felt walking into that dealer is second to none; it sure didn't seem like that dealer was interested in selling a car and I most certainly will not return.

My family and I have been purchasing vehicles for years at this dealership before Ziegler took over. This is my first time ever having issues with this dealership and the staff there. I have contact Tony Paramo numerous of times in regarding to my vehicle warranty. I even spoke with him before Christmas and he said he will get back with me. Ask me have I spoken back with Tony? NO I then ask the receptionist can she transfer me to another Sales Manager no one answers for me. She then took my number down to leave a message to speak with the finance manager JJ ask me have I heard from him? With that being said I m driving an unsafe vehicle that they sold me. My dash board blanks out as I m driving my screen does this occasionally. Mind you I have only had the car for 1 year. I have kids and this is unsafe to drive a vehicle like this. I have called corporate and spoke with consumer affairs and it just hasn t gotten me anywhere.

Speaking honestly - I hate buying a car. But we had the pleasure of working with Moe and he made the process so much better than it usually is . Moe had remarkable customer service and I felt like he actually cared about our needs . I was prepared for a dragged out and frustrating process because that s always been my experiences at most car dealerships . You won t get that with Moe! Thank you Moe ! We appreciate you !!!

I went in to pay off a lease ending account and was drawn to a new model of the QX80. My sales rep Victoria was great. The guy who had me signing all the final paperwork almost blew the deal. He was not happy that I did not opt to get windshield damage protection and other add-ins. I could tell he was offended that I didn t help him get a bonus. I almost walked away from the deal, leaving Victoria s hard work all for nothing. I m in sales, I could sense the tone change and attitude.

Suli was great, excellent customer service offered us water and coffee consistently. Went over every single feature on the car to make sure we were comfortable with it. Also a very funny guy. 11/10 recommend this dealer

I came in to buy a Toyota Camry and I had an amazing experience purchasing my car through Alyssa. She was so sweet and educated me through the whole process. Buying a car is usually dreadful, but Alyssa and the manager Moe made it the best buying experience I ve ever had! I would definitely recommend this place and Alyssa to all of my friends and family.

I am recently widowed and needed a different vehicle from one I have. Fate got me to Victoria Kendra at Ziegler dealership in Orland Park. She appropriately steered me in the right direction to a used 2020 Rogue. I Love it. She was knowledgeable, sincere, accurate, kind, efficient, and patient. Sorry guys she may be the best car salesperson I have ever had in all the vehicles I and I/and my husband have ever dealt with. He loved buying cars so that s saying a lot. Accompanying on date of purchase was my son in law who drives high end car. He said when I am ready for my next car I will be seeing Victoria. I will be referring people to her. Ziegler you have a gem there, treat her well.

I had the BEST experience I ve ever had at a car dealership. Alyssa helped me with buying my brand new Infiniti and I am SO grateful for her. She was so kind, sweet, and helpful! Alyssa is the gal to go to when you come here. She really knows how to make customers feel confident and safe to ask any questions. Infiniti of Orland Park is where I always take my vehicle to be serviced. I love the way I am greeted when I first arrive and I am updated either in person or by a text to let me know what s going on with my vehicle. It is such a pleasant experience. The facility is always clean and comfortable. There is self-service of coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and water. I would definitely recommend a friend or colleague to Infiniti Of Orland Park.

As a woman in her 60s, I've bought many cars in my life but until now have never had a positive experience at a car dealership. Glad to say I now have! I was in the market for a used Prius with low mileage, and did a lot of research before I walked in the door. I traveled more than an hour from my home to this dealership because they were advertising a used Prius with all the features I wanted for $1,000 less than other nearby dealerships that had Prius's with fewer features, and $4,000 less than a similar model at a dealership that was closest to my home. Victoria Kendra, her colleague Dan and the sales manager Robbie were all very helpful and respectful. I did not feel pressured into buying the extended warranties that all dealerships try to sell you (they made the pitch--but very low-key), and the car had everything as described. I had it independently inspected by my mechanic right after I bought it, and he confirmed that the car is in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car.

If I could give a bellow 1 star I would they might get a quarter at most!!The dealership has poor customer experience and care. My daughter was interested in buying a used SUC from them. Went and test drove it and asked about the price online to which they stated that they would not come down on the price. Which is fine but when they offered her an extremely low offer on a trade in so she said no I sell it on her own. She sold it two days and got twice what they were offering. She requested a copy of the bill of sale for her financing and when she went to pick the SUV they told her someone else was interested in and offered more money they would sell it to her if she would match the price. Then they lowered the price online but would not honor that to her. When they see someone interested in buying a car they raise the prices!! Very very unbearable. I wouldn t recommend buying a tricycle from this dealership!!

The service department is trash.You wait extremely too long to get a simple oil change and tire rotation which might take 2 or three hours. If you call this company Don't let anybody transfer you 2 someone else because the phone will ring 4 forever Ann. No one will come back to the phone to see if anybody took care of you or even answered the phone.Very aggravating and not professional.Seems like the reception area, has more younger people working it, that are very None shilant

I never write reviews but I just want people out there who are in the market to purchase a vehicle to NEVER come here. Do not deal with Moe or Tony. If you go to look at a car at this location and one of them approach you please run away. They are horrible, but they are super friendly when you purchasing the car. Bought a 2018 charger from this location and come to find out that they rolled the mileage back on the odometer and lied about the car fax of the vehicle. Also took it in for so many service appointments to get things fixed but they could never fix the issue saying that they don t have anyone who works on dodge cars. Paid for the parts and everything and they still would just give me the run around. It wasn t until I asked for my refund on the parts that was purchased for them to say that they would fix it for free. That doesn t even make any sense. They even gave me an issue about the refund. Never ever go there
