Garrett and nik were the best help when getting my tires done. They were not only fast but very effective. If it were up to me those two would both get raises.

Ed is so polite, I don't remember the other gentleman's name filled up my tires for me. He said it was very low pressure. I called 1 hour later and they said they could fix tire. Brought vehicle in, tire was not in good condition, replaced, price was great. Very happy w service.

My dad blew out his brakes while down in that area. I called up and talked to Ed and they got my dad and his jeep back on the road the same day. They took great care of him and the jeep. Great job gentleman. Thank you!

Had a flat tire dropped it off they called me 1/2 later and good as new. The person I dealt with was great. Will bring my car there for any needed service in the future.

When going into an auto repair shop depending on my needs, most of the time I will brace myself because I could be going for one problem and may be told I need unnecessary work done as well. However, this was not the case at the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Orland Park on 159th street. I arrived about 7:30am and entering the establishment I was greeted by the manager his name is Ed. He was supper friendly. I could not believe it because it was so early in the morning. We discussed my problems, and I also showed him a work order I had received from different auto shop telling me I needed all this work done. Ed had my issues analyzed. Ed told me the work I needed on my car and also told me the work that was not needed. Ed made several suggestions that truly save me money. I was so happy with my experience that morning, to me it was unbelievable. I went home and told everyone. I will always patronize Firestone. Thank you, Ed, for such great customer service. I went to get my alignment which I have purchased a lifetime warranty alignment prior from this visit so they did give me a time which was supposed to be later than when I was there, but the associate told me to come in early so I did so I was sitting in the waiting room noticed a mechanic had took my truck, so I thought my alignment was being taken care of so I seen the mechanic drive off with my truck, OK maybe he s doing a test drive just to see the problem with my truck .Then mechanic returns 45 minutes later with my truck I was like that was a long test drive so he drove it in garage after the long test drive. OK they re going to start on my alignment. So I went to go get something to eat to come back to see my truck was in the parking lot. So I was like OK my truck must be done. So I went inside and ask fire stone associate if my truck was done, he informed me no it wasn t. That they have not started on it I was like why not the mechanicals with my truck 45 minutes on the test drive which I think that was way too long and he drove it inside the garage please everyone be aware of your vehicle and pay attention to the times that they do test drives because honestly I think they are doing personal errands in your vehicles

Went for an oil change, which includes tire rotation (had a coupon for this service) & full inspection of brakes & battery life. A synthetic blend oil change was much more expensive than expected. Bought all four tires at that location recently. Upon leaving, checked the tires and they were not rotated. Makes you wonder what else they didn t check!Service: Oil change

I went there for tire replacement. I must say that the people there are very honest, they won t charge you for unnecessary things. I had four tires replaced and they gave me a great deal and the tires were awesome. This Orland park location is much better then the one in Tinley park on Harlem. Also, don t put an order for anything online and call in and ask for a quote. When you look online, the prices are much higher so it is better to call and ask for the price and maybe they might get you a good deal. ( Hope this helps ) !Service: Tires

Had to get headlights installed on my car. Normally id just put them in but the current car i own, the auto company made it a 2 hr job requiring the FRONT END of my car to be removed. I don't have a garage and it's winter so i had to do what i had to do..... so 260 dollars and 4 hrs later the bulb was in and i swallowed my pride and was off on the road. Except, the other light was out now! They did take the front end of again and corrected the issue, they even put in all new bulbs for everything in the front for free, but that was 2 days without a car pretty much. We all make mistakes, real men man up, like Firestone did. Great place!

I stop in for an estimate to have 4 tires replaced along with an alignment. The Assistant Manager was very helpful, provided me with several options based on my price point. They had the tires in stock and immeadiately started the tire replacement and alignment. Was in and out in just over an hour, great service and experience.

Had my car towed to Firestone. Within a few hours, diagnostics showed I needed a fuel pump. I have a newer car with low miles and Bob, the manager, advised me to check with my dealer because it should be covered under my powertrain warranty. It is refreshing that Firestone has customer service as a top priority. Bob and his team provided exceptional service. I would recommend Firestone in Orland for all service needs!

Don't take your car here! They will milk you for every dime you have. I took my son's car here (Pontiac Grand AM) because it died on him. Was told it needed an alternator and battery as well as rotors on the front and pads. Total price = $1,160.00 but Joel (the manager) encouraged us to apply for their credit card to save 10%. We were able to get the bill down to $900. A week later the car died on us, had it towed back to Firestone and was told the powertrain harness was the issue. Oh really, was it the issue in the beginning? Did I really need a new battery? Anyway, we ended up paying an additional $739 for the second repair.Once these guys get your car and work on it, they've got you!!! They can tell you anything to get additional money out of you. I guess giving me a copy of the diagnostic printout the first time meant nothing. Run fast,....Do not go here!!!

One of my favorites, their service is outstanding. I bring all my cars here, the mechanics are excellent. They never try to push unneeded repairs & they have many discounts, especially if you use their branded credit card. Friendly, authentic people work here. Highly recommended!!

My tire pressure light came on and I was far from home. Pulled into this Firestone here. I was very nervous because usually when anything goes wrong with the car my husband will take it in to get it fixed. When I got into Firestone the staff was so nice to me, they put air in my tires. I'm very grateful for them. Thank you guys so much again for your help.

Avoid this Firestone. If you have an appt they do not check to organize the day appropriately its ultimately first come first serve. Had appt at 11am. Come in say their backed up 2 hours. They did not call to let me know. His excuse is he doesnt check the appts I leave and come back and they ask me to leave my car. I ask him how long before my car is on the rack hes like idk did not even want to ask his employees. He gets frustrated finally takes my car in. Get the alignment done and forget the rotation despite my appt request both. He gets mad again and puts it back on the rack. Dont bother with this place. Management here sucks. Was treated horribly and have no respect for anyone's time.

1st time doing business with Firestone and well wasn t good at all. Went to do my tires all was good then 2 min later as I was driving the tire pressure monitor light came back on (I knew that all they did was clear the codes because I have some knowledge about cars). So went back they gave me a free oil change so that was good from there end so went and did it with a replacement for the messed up tire that they put wrong. Went to pick up my car and there was a part missing on my car so told the store manager and he says that s how we got it when I literally look at my car to the point where I memorized every single bit of it so if something was missing I ll know. They didn t do anything for me and now I have a missing part on my car which I ll have to fix at the bmw dealership. So rather than fixing problems they gave me other problems that I ll have to end up fixing. Never going there ever again and now I trust car dealerships more even though it s likely to be more expensive.
