The best mechanic in the area. Completely fair prices, always honest and straightforward, gets you in and out. Family owned small business, hard to come by a business like this anymore. Can't recommend enough.

Great service, competitive pricing, boutique options. Nice, local family owned business. This tire shop has been around for years! We brought a Ford F450 super duty with dual rear tires. They were able to change all 6 tires, with a load in the back. The price was incredible too!

Been going here for years and they've always been honest, been quick with service, and the quality of work is always top notch. And as far as the other review, I'm pretty sure 99% of mechanics use impact wrenches, including NASCAR mechanics, so how is your car too good for an impact wrench? Seems kinda silly. These guys are as good as it gets.

Great pricing and friendly service. Gonna go back and get my winter battery in a month or so.Did exactly that, was treated very well.Fast forward a few years and I just got my oil changed, this business is still top notch and am going to be bringing all my vehicles here for maintenance.Thanks Empire

Zero stars if I could. Reserved a truck several weeks ahead of time through this distributor; two days before I go to pick it up the call and say they don t have it and I ll need to get a truck from somewhere else. I call back right away and get sent strait to voicemail because there closed. Spent several hours the next day calling between the different representatives (always trying to send you to somebody else). After all of that I still got no resolution.These folks should loose any license or franchising certification. Absolutely horrible.

I have been going to Empire Tire for years. Brian has THE best prices around. Would not hesitate to recommend Empire Tire to anyone. Have sent many family members and all say the same thing. I had a vibration issue with my motor home. They balanced the front tires and had me in and out there in 20 minutes and problem was solved. They were super friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. Thanks guys!

Great experience with how everything turned out. Great prices and great customer service...good honest people! They were able to change out my tires along with my struts in a timely fashion. I highly recommend checking them out. I found out they are more than just tires and batteries. Any car troubles I have....I will be taking them to Empire.

I did some suspension work on my car and needed a 4-wheel alignment. A dealership for whom I had previously worked did business with Empire Tire regularly, so I gave them a call. Pat at Empire was able to get me in within 48 hours and when I showed up for my appointment, they got to work on my car immediately. Pat and Brian's crew did a great job and I was out of there in less than an hour. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism and highly recommend Empire Tire in Orland Park. Keep up the good work, gentlemen.

Empire Tire & Battery Co is local to the community of Orland Park,IL. My family lives nearby and we had utilized services such as car repair & truck rental. The services rendered have been completed quite sufficiently in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and helpful in answering questions and with pricing. Empire Tire & Battery is located on Wolf Rd. North of 167th St on the East side of the St. The facility is set apart from other businesses so you may drive right past it. There is a sign to direct you in to the office/garage. I recommend Empire Tire & Battery for good car service/repair and truck rentals.

There are fairly more competent and better customer service mechanics out there in my opinion. Let's just put it this way, there isn't any reason why my tires constantly lose pressure as much as they do, or the one time when I took my car in for one issue, and it came out with the AC busted causing me to have to buy a new climate cluster. I've got multiple stories like that from them. Since I don't pay for my repairs, my father does, he apparently doesn't mind wasting money on what seems to me to be an incompetence issue on their part. I'd stay away if I could, and only use them as a last ditch effort. They don't call when they're done with your car all the times and the owner is curt and dismissive.

Always treated the landscaping company I work for with promptness and an understanding that we also have a business to run, even if our equipment has weird sizes. Super nice folks, and great quality products. Check it out!

Good honest place to have your car serviced. Had a tire going flat and they cleaned the rim and changed the valve stem at a good price. Also very quick service and friendly staff. Would recommend

Thought we might need new brakes on our Jeep but Brian said we have approximately 10,000 more miles on them. They oiled the calipers and rotated the tires at no charge!! We have been buying tires at Empire for many years and will continue to do so and recommend them every chance we get.

These guys are polite and shop is OK. They are not very knowledgeable though. For one, while dealing with tires I prefer (most also) to never change tire rotation direction on high mileage tires. Guy dealing with my car did. Also they use impact wrench to fasten lugs - big no no in my book. After arriving home I loosened lugs and re-tightened to specification with torque wrench. Won't see me again anytime soon. Sorry.

This business is honest and professional. I was told by Firestone that I needed a new tire ($148.) but Brian from Empire patched my tire in less than 30 minutes ($28.)They also fixed an annoying clicking noise that I had been worried about for the past month for only $20.I will be going to Empire in Orland Park for new tires, oil changes, and brakes from now on.
