They were only place willing to put my new ATV tires on my rims. Price was reasonable, I did have to return because one wasn't seated all the way( I should have checked before leaving), but they fixed it in 5 minutes when I brought it back. I use them for all my vehicles and I recommend them

I stopped in today with a flat tire These guys were the BEST! They got my car in fairly quickly, we re completely professional and knowledgeable . They were able to repair my tire and did it in a snap! When it s time to replace my tires, I ll definitely return!

Had tires delivered here from Tire Rack. Everything went well, and without issue. You will need to make an appointment to have them installed. They had my car ready before the estimated time, which was great. The staff is friendly and courteous. Would definitely come back and have them install tires.

Noticed a nail in a tire, so made an appointment online for the next morning. It s busy, but they re organized with check-in and have good tech so you can follow along with where you re at in the process. The did try and sell me a new set of tires since it s getting near that time, but they didn t push and repaired the tire for free. Free WiFi, so bring your work with you. In and out in an hour and I will be returning when it s time to replace all four tires.

Jay was awesome! I was worried about a faulty tire sensor, especially since I travel on the highway a lot. He let me know that it was only the TPMS batteries were getting low, which is why the TPMS warning light was coming on. I left very happy knowing that's all it was, and that I could get them replaced soon. I would definitely recommend this location!

I just moved in the area and I requested my snow tires to be sent up here from another location. There were bumps in the process, and I appreciate how they handled it. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and speed of getting new tires at discount tire. They stuck to my appointment time and got my tires installed in a speedy manner. They were very busy and I appreciated the patience they had with me.

Such great service. 24 hours from getting my flat to getting tires replaced. Jacob helped me and he was so patient, not just with me but all the customers. He took his time to answer customers questions, do research, and not rush anyone. I typically would go to Costco for tires, but they ve got a new lifelong customer now. Thanks!

Very great service. I got helped by tony and Ivan they both were very friendly and they said they could mount my tires no problem when their competitor belle tire said they wouldn t do it.

This place is amazing for tires. Not only are the tires priced well. The service from the workers exceeded my expectations. Very clean and again the service is great waited only 1 hour with appointment to replace all 4 tires. This is the second vehicle I have serviced here will continue my business with you guys thank you all!

I have two year old tires with even wear. There is a screw in the tire two inches from the sidewall. They claim my tire is dangerously low and cant be repaired. There is at least a qaurter inch if not 3/8ths of an inch off tread. They are trying to tell me the tire is bad by measuring the decorative pattern on the outside of the tire. Very dishonest but 3 different people told the same story. I have four trucks and one car. Never again.

I was informed my tires would be there after taking the day off for a reservation. The manager didn't honor his word at all! Also, they tried to sell me Continental tires the only in stocks and over $1,000! I was then told they would overnight my tires but on Labor Day no show and it's been 6 weeks never received 1 phone call from them. They never ordered my tires. They also were speaking in Spanish in front if me saying they were so sick of Black people! I understand Spanish so that was it for me. I have been going there for years never will I go back. Lastly, there was no hand soap or hand sanitizer yet had a worker cleaning the restrooms! I informed him me and another customer and he stated they were waiting on a shipment of both! WTH ??!!

Stopped in for an air check. They were very knowledgeable and recommended a visit to check on one of my tires that was very low on air. Got right in with no wait.

Had an appointment for 12:00 today for 600.00 in tires got there on time and the guy who took my appointment said I was late!! I was on time . This place really sucks and needs a manager. I'll never go back there.

Stopped in on 07/15 and Tony the manager met me in the parking lot with a very nice greeting. He helped me get my wheel issues fixed and I was very happy with the price . His team got me in and out in 30 minutes when I was quoted an hour. I love this location and I highly recommend you come here for your tire needs .

After 2 other tire shops disappointed me I came to discount tire as I was a customer in Las Vegas. It was a little more money but they are competent with tires. They had my tires in stock and mounted and balanced them with about a 3 hour wait.By the way I found out that Walmart won't install tires that are not the stock size. I found out that ordering tires from Firestone isn't a sure thing!Thank you, Discount tire!

Was actually blown away with the customer service i received. I was blind sided by how immaculate customer service was. I went for a hike in the area when that ugly tire pressure light appeared on the dash. When i put tire shops in my gps discount tires was the closest. I walked in expecting ordinary service but left getting so much more. Businesses need to all take a page from their book. They were courteous as well as efficient. Everyone worked extremely well together. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I pass 50 tire shops to get here, indeed so.

I just recently took my vehicle here to have a new set of tires put on. I was wondering why my vehicle was riding so rough especially after just getting brand new tires. I ended up discovering they did not properly secure my tires to my vehicle. I had all 20 lug nuts before I dropped it off and they returned it to me with only 15 lug nuts. Each tire is missing a lug nut and my front driver side was missing 2 lug nuts, and they decided to replace 1 of the missing lug nuts with just 1 plain nut bolt. I am completely baffled at how they thought it was perfectly fine to contact me to pick up my vehicle and drive it off their lot with my tires not securely attached to my vehicle. They just placed my life in danger. I will never be going here ever again because they clearly did not value me as a customer nor did they value my life.

I recently went in to buy 2 new 16" tires. I bought the tires, but I had to pick them up at a different location that had them in stock. When I got to the other location, I decided to upgrade and purchase four 18" wheels (that they had to order) and tires, which meant I wouldn't need the 16" tires anymore and i would get a credit and use the credit towards the new tires according to the salesman. Without my knowledge, they put the 16" tires on my car anyway. I didn't realize they had put them on until I came back a week later to pick up the new wheels. When I asked if they would still credit the money I paid for the 16" tires, they claimed the manager would have to approve it even though they had already told me a week prior that they would credit me. The whole thing was shady! I felt like they were expecting me to pay for both the 16" and the 18" tires. I ended up just keeping the 16" tires and canceling the 18" wheels. I dont like sneaky business practices. They missed out on a $2000+ sale because they were being slick.

I give Discount Tires 5stars because of Jay. Thank you for your compassion. I spoke of my family emergency which caused me to make a long travel from AR, sadly, in a vehicle not really fit to travel in. Yet, that doesn't matter when your loved one needs you, right? Well, it certainly helps when others you don't know actually care. I AM same. He had great energy and reminded me of the amazing men in my life/family. I felt his compassion for this Ma. His mother would be very proud, I can tell he is a good man and that is deserving of high respect these days. Stay true, free and secure. There is no division, there is always enough, you are enough and i thank you very much. You are appreciated, I will pay it forward. Blessed be from the Natural State of Mind Farm.Always make your intention good and you will be blessed. Do the opposite and you will live a life of pain. So be it.

Fantastic customer service. I got home from work last night and my valve stem was leaking. I was able to bring it into Discount Tire first thing in the morning and get it fixed no problem. Ivan was very nice and helpful he even got me a great deal on a new spare tire that I desperately needed. Discount tire in Orland Park is hands down the best place to go for all your tire needs.

I thought I was gonna need an appointment but I walked in and Manny was able to help me right away and get new wheels in tires installed in under two hours. Those dudes in the shop were hustling too.
