Handling my first accident at my age was daunting. As soon as I chose them to service my car through my insurance website I received a call to set up the appointment and what to expect. The service was great, I received texts throughout the process which was helpful. Their collaboration with Enterprise made it easy and convenient at drop off and pick up. My car was done ahead of schedule and looks amazing. Defiantly a place to choose if you have to deal with insurance claims.

I giving the start of my service a 1. Pictures were needed and it has been 2 days and still no pictures of my jeep needed to move the claim forward. Front desk lady has zero customer service skills. I've been given zero updates. I will rate again after my service. I wish I gone to Tinley location.

We used Service King Collision Orland Park after a car accident that caused significant damage to our vehicle. They were able to work with our insurance to fix everything. The car looks perfect as good as new! Mechanics are currently VERY backed up all over the area, and Service King was able to take our car in & fix it before the other guys would even see it for an estimate. We were updated consistently throughout the entire process. Great work, great service, and great workers! If I could give zero stars I DEFINITELY would. DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop!!!!!!! The workers here are incompetent to say the least. My Pacifica sat in this shop for over a month waiting for a part that was nationally backordered . Eric the shop manager had zero urgency about anything and his response to the fact that my car was stuck there was maybe you can use someone else s car ! Are you frickin kidding me?!? With the help of my insurance agent and my husband to light a fire up Eric s butt he finally found someone to repair this part instead of replacing it so my car could be put back together instead of waiting for a part that was never coming. I m so frustrated and will never EVER come back to a Crash champions in my life. Save yourself & don t even try this place!!

Great customer service! They are very professional, the repairs were done early and the car looks perfect! The team kept me informed during the entire process and I'd like to thank AJ & Joe - they went above and beyond when my car battery died a week after pick up (turns out it had nothing to do with the repair). Joe came to my home to jump the vehicle so I could drive it to an auto parts store to replace the battery. Highly recommend!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently had my car repaired by Service King and they were absolutely amazing! Great communication regarding the status of the repairs and very persistent with getting in touch with the insurance company to ensure nothing had to come out of my pocket. Service King did their job 1000%. I went there a few times because I ve had a few issues (rear end accident) and each time they ve given me the same respect and kindness. I appreciate them reassuring everything will be done, and handling the rentals for me. I am very happy with their service and I appreciate their patience. Not once did they show any sort of annoyance and even told me if there s any more issues to come back. David, Joe, and Fabian were all great and kind to me the whole time. I had an exceptionally good experience dealing with Service King = Orland Park. This organization is top notch. I have been already telling people, that this is the place to go when you need work done on your car.As you know the deer hit was quite an experience on the 4th of July. I was not hurt but there was extensive damage to the front of my 2020 Rouge.Service King has a pleasant and knowledgeable team, they were there for me from day one. I was regularly informed of the progress being done on my 2020 Rogue. I was updated by phone or by text on a weekly basis and sometimes more. I think that is outstanding customer service.I found Service King is a highly organized and incredibly detailed business in all aspects of what I experienced. I went here on a referral and I am glad I did.I do need to mention a couple of outstanding people that helped me get my Rogue repaired.First contact I had on the phone was Fabian, very pleasant, he explained the details of the work order/contract that I needed to sign off to give permission on getting my car repaired at the Orland Park location.I had put my keys over the weekend in the drop box that is conveniently located in the front of the building, so that work would start on my Rouge. When I had called Service King, Matt had assured me that repairs will be underway. And Tracy kept me up to date on what was going on with repairs, weekly and sometimes more. I think, for me it was a less stressful experience, because Tracy called to inform me on what is going on. This is a good system to have in place because it radiates great customer service. I mostly dealt with Tracy and Matt and I found them to be upbeat, positive and truly knowledgeable in their profession. They were outstanding and answered any question I had.I felt confident that I was in good hands at Service King!I cannot say enough how seamless everything went. Tracy explained the warranty so that if there ever was a problem with their workmanship, they would back their work 100% so I do not have to worry about anything, just call them.I highly recommend Service King Orland Park!August 2020Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Tracey from customer service/office was wonderful! Very nice, friendly And very helpful! She did a great job of communicating what was going on with my car thru texts and phone calls! She gave great customer service! A true asset to Service King! The mechanic did a great job on restoring my vehicle to perfect condition! They even took the time to clean the interior for me! Car looked great when I picked it up! My car was ready sooner than they estimated which was great! I would highly recommend the Orland Park Service King for automotive repairs!Service: Body & Trim

Service King in Orland Park has gone beyond every time I have had service from them. About a month ago I had extensive work done by them. They were timely they kept me informed throughout the whole process. When I went to retrieve my vehicle they treated me as a valued customer reviewed my repairs with me, assisted me to transfer items from my rental car to my repaired vehicle and arranged for enterprise to pick up my rental car from them. Their building was maintained beautifully and the service gentlemen were in uniform and were very professional. Now fast forward about a month and I discovered that my fender was popped out by someone who tapped my bumper. I sent them pictures and ask them if it was something that could be handled simply. It turned out it took about five minutes for them to pop the piece back in place. I asked them for their charges and they said that they valued me as a customer and there was no charge involved. I have never been serviced in my 64 years by a company that has taken such pride and care in the work they do. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service. Easy to schedule and reschedule if needed. They were in constant contact with me during the repair process. Work was done earlier than expected. Extremely friendly and professional staff. The cleanest and most organized body shop I ever saw. Make getting the rental car easy to pick up and return. Our car was recently struck on the passenger side by another vehicle that was backing out of a driveway. We chose Service King in Orland Park based on the high Google Review ratings, convenience of location, timing of availability for repairs, and good coordination with the rental car facility (Enterprise in Orland Park). Joe (Manager) and Dave were absolutely great people with whom to work.The staff did a great job on the details of the initial estimate for repairs, provided excellent-quality photos of the damage and repairs needed, updated the photos and estimate based on what additional items were discovered as the vehicle was taken apart for repairs, and kept us informed via email, text, and phone calls throughout the entirety of the process.While vehicular body repair is not something one wants to deal with, they made an undesirable situation as comfortable as it can be, the work was excellent, they finished slightly ahead of schedule, and they set a fine example of how customer service should be done. This was my first experience with an auto body repair. I was referred to the Orland Park Service King shop by my Honda dealer, where I was greeted by an extremely courteous and informative manager. He quickly examined my car and gave me a detailed explanation of the damage incurred and work to be done. The repair work done by Chris was very fast and my bumper and fender are now perfect. Service King in Orland Park recently replaced the rear bumper on my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu. They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. The insurance company estimated 20 days to fix it, Service King guaranteed the car to be fixed in 7 days, and the part came in sooner than expected so it was completed in only two days. The work was outstanding. Additionally, the car was cleaned inside and out. Service King in Orland Park recently repaired my 2021 Honda Passport. They were kind and helpful through the claims process with my insurance company. It took less than two weeks from estimate to delivery of my repaired vehicle which looked like nothing happened. This shop has exceptional people who care about their customers and do quality work.

Very bad overall experience. Tucson needed rear collision repair. Got it back 6 weeks later (shoulda been < 4), which costs us ~$250 in car rental. They didn't offer any compensation. Got it back with a super filthy engine bay. Looks like the hood was replaced. Still waiting for their pre-work photos of front end to dispute our different hood claim. We've noticed that the hood kinda unlatches sometimes. Save yourself headaches, go elsewhere.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This company was fantastic to work with! They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They called me everyday with an update on my car s progress. They even arranged for my rental car to be picked up and dropped off through them which save me a lot of extra time and hassle!! I will definitely use them again for future body work on my car!! Called to have a minor repair done on my vehicle. The salesman on the phone was great and was able to squeeze me in before the Christmas Holiday. The staff are very polite and the work was great. I originally had a confirmed appointment at the Alsip location. When I arrived, they told me that my appointment was for the previous week, that I didn't show up, and that they could not get me in. I was confused because if my appointment was for the previous week and I didn't show up, I should have received a call or text. I was upset because I planned a vacation around this and had the rental car company coming to meet me. After talking with the manager for a while, he said that he could get me in at the Orland location. I said that would work. I left with the rental car agent to pick up my rental car.While I was waiting, I received a text notification stating that I did not show up for my appointment at Alsip. That prompted me to look at previous texts from Sevice King. When I did, I found the one that confirmed my appointment at the Alsip location for that morning. I then went back to the Alsip location and showed the lady at the front desk (who originally told me I didn't show up for my appointment the week prior). I just wanted to prove I wasn't crazy and that I actually did have an appointment for that morning. She wasn't sure why I wasn't in the system. I then left that location. As time went by, I received updates from the Orland location. They were awesome! They kept me up-to-date with everything that was going on with my car. When it was time, I picked up my car. It looked beautiful. They cleaned it inside and out, fixed all the necessary parts, and overall went above and beyond. Dave took care of me amazingly! Thank you to him and everyone at this location! I will continue to go to and recommend Service King to my friends and family, especially the Orland Park location. Thanks again for taking care of my car and me! :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I sort of already had a bad vibe walking into this facility, it already seemed like the big corporate vibe that strives to screw their customers over, which is what I ve been dealing with and why I m here at a body shop. I bought a certified pre owned vehicle from a dealership that did a botched paint/repair job on my car that was in an accident by the previous owner. Not only did this service king give me a higher estimate than others, but they REFUSED to give me a warranty for the time I own the vehicle on my paint job because it was already painted by someone else. I had to reiterate and ask so you re not going to warranty your own work? He argued because it was already painted by someone else, but he went on to say they will have to sand all the paint down. That doesn t make any sense and if I went with them I would be getting screwed over yet again. I got a quote elsewhere that was cheaper, was confident in what the underlying problem is, and still guaranteed me the warranty for the time I own the vehicle. The gentleman I spoke with wasn t sure where the underlying problem is and couldn t give me a warranty. I came to service king not just for a second quote, but second opinion using their expertise in what the issue is. Obviously they were lacking in several areas. Please, if you re in a predicament like me and already dealing with stress of damage on your vehicle, do yourself a favor, save on stress and anger, and go elsewhere.EDIT: Since service king replied to my review that they well deserved. I decided to send an email to the email address they left in their reply. I wanted to hear an explanation of why they told me what they did to have a better understanding of their backwards logic policy (that they decide to guarantee warranty for the time you own the vehicle, except for me and my car) They never reached back out to me. Clearly shows how much they care!!! It s bad business if they can t back up their work. Avoid at ALL cost!

I was involved in a car accident and had a big list of body shops to choose from. I am so happy we chose Service King. They explained the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. They even washed my car and cleaned it from the inside. The type of customer service they provided is not common anymore. It was refreshing to know Service King in Orland has old fashioned friendly customer service.
