Basem and his brother are absolutely amazing. They are quick to figure out the issue and always are right on the nose with the cost. They are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure their clients are good, they really do go above and beyond.

B and the crew are awesome! We had a squirrel who had made a home in my sisters A/C unit rendering it inoperable. All we knew is we couldn't use AC and summer is just about here! Not only did I drop in without an appointment, I was literally in an out in about 45 mins (and they re a very busy shop!) Bassem not only diagnosed the problem, ordered a new filter, I even left got it vacuumed out right next door , and then he got the piece in was even able to salvage the fan and got the system working good as new in under 45 mins. I could easily see why they have such stellar reviews, not only was he lightning quick the pricing could not be beat. I was expecting to pay 10x that amount to get the AC system working again and with how many mechanics can price gouge. He definitely has earned repeat customers from this experience and we will absolutely return with any future vehicle issues.Furthermore, the waiting area was nice and comfortable. I definitely trust this shop and I appreciate how they do business. Thank you again we will return!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Air conditioning

B not only got me in for an emergency brake repair on a day s notice but also gave me a GREAT price and was able to finish the job in half the time that other shops would have taken. I use this Business for ALL of my needss! They want the best for you and their prices are very affordable. That is what you look for! They give you great service and will explain everything to you! These guys really CARE ABOUT YOU THE PERSON They are not greedy business owners. Their work speaks for itself and that is why they have non-stop customers! If you don't need something they will gladly tell you. I have gotten all of my friends and family to use them and some of them don't even live close! When you find good caring people who will take care of you it doesn't matter how far they are! Definitely use them once and you will be hooked!

This is truly the best mechanics shop I have ever been too and believe me I ve been to quite a few with my Jeep. They take time to explain any issues, are to the point, and being a young female, they never treat me like I m not knowledgeable which I appreciate because a lot of mechanics shops unfortunately do for us. 10/10 quality service!

Thank you so much for your help. I appreciate how quickly your shop was able to service my vehicle on such short notice. Almost a week and all my sensor lights have appeared to finally be resolved. Especially after several visits in the past to the dealership since I purchased this vehicle. I don't trust everyone's work on my car or others. So I will definitely be back to your shop. I have an appreciation for this establishment. I'm new to Chicago. I have had my car serviced here several times. The staff is courteous and accommodating. I've never had any problems with any of the repairs. They will explain the findings and make suggestions before moving forward. I'm grateful to have found a repair shop that is affordable with staff that is people friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Checkpoint Auto!Just an update of the phenomenal work I received from Checkpoint Auto! I was in dire need of having my alternator repaired. They quoted me an affordable price and they got me in quickly and completed the service with excellence. I am grateful that I have found a mechanic shop that I FEEL comfortable with. Great work and customer service called Saturday to make an appointment for monday dropped my truck off at 9:30 am and it was ready at 1:30 pm the same day. Recharged my A/C and took care of my check engine light. Great people

I've been getting my and my family's cars worked on by them for a few years now. The guys give amazing customer service! They communicate well, explain things in a way that anyone can understand, give you options when available and are the most honest guys I've ever dealt with. I can't recommend them enough. They are excellent!

I am the owner of a very used new car and a single Mom who knows absolutely nothing about them. On the first day we were able I opened the sunroof during an errand for my daughter to enjoy. And, then it didn t close. Would. Not. Close. I began calling shops in Orland Park and one by one I was told they can t help me. Checkpoint was my 4th attempt and Sam picked up and told me it s not their regular work but to go ahead and come on over and if he can, he will fix it I zipped over and was greeted warmly and the car was taken to be serviced immediately. A gentleman came out about 20 minutes in and said they are working on it but still not certain it will close. 10 minutes later he returned and said I was all set and Sam was pulling my car around with my CLOSED sunroof. They could have charged me anything and I would have paid it. They didn t. I am so thankful I found Checkpoint Auto and I will never go to another mechanic again. Thank you, Sam!Service: Body & Trim

I LOVE this mechanic shop!! So honest and very reliable. Their service is wonderful and they genuinely look out for their customers. Being a female, I get so nervous visiting mechanic shops because I ve visited other ones before where I was overcharged. This is not something to worry about when I visit these guys here!! The best service. I actually was talked out of an expensive replacement of a fuel censor ....the mechanic told me it was a loose cap and to wait a couple of days and the warning on the dashboard would go away....talk about honesty

I've been a customer here for years but never really feel like a customer. These guys treat me like family, maybe even better :) they are fair, honest, and go out of their way, literally. Sam came out and gave me a jump and followed me to the shop as to make sure my car was ok. Thank you B and Sam, you both are one of a kind. I highly recommend Check Point, you'll never go anywhere else after your first visit!

The best auto repair shop in Chicagoland area. I've been dealing with them since I moved to Orland Park in 2017, their customer service is great and they know how to work well. I've been dealing with a lot of auto repair shop before, but better than them I didn't see and I hope all repair shop to be like them.
