Went in with 2 of my X5M wheels which were both 21 inch one was a 295/35/21 and one was a 325/35/21. Told them to take the tires off so i can weld the wheels so i went to weld the wheels and I appreciate them keeping the tires with them until i got back. When i got back i told then the wheels were freshly welded and to please put Bead Protectors. They were able to mount the 295 however for the 325 they told me the tread was bad and they tried to put the tires on the wheels but everytime they filled it with air it would pop out. So i said okay and accepted my $30 refund which wasnt even in person it popped up in the mail after 2 weeks. Anyways the 295 tire that they were able to install was leaking and i ended up going to Tirezone on around 84th & Harlem and they got my 325 tires on and re did the other one that was leaking. It took tire zone 2 guys to put it on but at Belle tire they were 7 guys watching 1 guy trying to get it on. They need better teamwork and when I asked the manager to show me how they couldnt put it on he refused. Tried to sell me a $600 tire and thats a picture of the 325 tire on

Called Adam super polite and knowledgeable let me know the prices of the 2 tires I needed and gave me a great deal with an alignment afterwards. Wait wasn't long at all compared to some other shops around. Highly recommend

Friendly staff, walked in with no appointment and was done in about one hour, nice large and comfortable sitting area with TV and monitor with queue to show where your car is in the process, no pushy sales to fix other things than what you brought your car in for, so if you get an oil change like I did, you have to request for them to check that list of items like fluid levels and filters, etc. (which is free). The only reason I didn t give 5 stars is that I feel they should have told me that or had signage stating that. I took one car on day one and a 2nd car on day 2.

The Orland Park location on 159th is amazing! Kind and helpful people who work efficiently. I really appreciate their help. If you need tires, a nail removed etc. I HIGHLY recommend Bell Tire !

To start off this review I just want to say how excellent of a job Belle Tire in Orland Park really is. I went to discount tire in Oak Lawn before this, they are awful there. I ordered some tires at this belle tire location in Orland Park online and walked right in the day of my appointment with William greeting me right away. The people working there are very professional. They do not lie about the services. They are very honest. I also got an alignment check which they then showed me sheet with proof of alignment being a little off. I paid $100 for them to fix the alignment. The process took about 2 hours for all 4 tires changed and vehicle alignment being fixed. There were some few minor flaws that I did notice but they were resolved very quickly. When I was placing my appointment at the start I asked if the tires were in stock which they found them pretty quickly. (Micheline Cross Climate 2, 225/65/17) these tires are impossible to find as of right now at any shop but they did there part. So they then placed an appointment that I had for a Tuesday I believe. (I didn't prepay by the way) I looked at the prices online to see how much they would cost. $1020.18 with road hazard insurance. The day comes by and I called to see if I could come in thar day but they said they won't have the tires until next Monday so they told me to order them online so that I can claim a rebate saving me $70 that would end soon. When I looked at the website the order came out to $1,102.42 with road hazard. That's because the tires went up around $15 each. Tax of course also raising the price. I called to tell them but they said there isn't really much they can do but I still ordered the tires because I was in desperate need with winter coming up. All in all after the appointment, I did the rebate and even filled out the survey. After I filled the survey out, the next day I received a call from Adam, the store manager, who really wanted to help me out on this. He asked if I would like to get an oil change to even it out but I declined because my grandpa does my oil changes. He still wanted to help so he asked if there was anyone else who is in need of an oil change, so, next time i go there will be with my girlfriends car getting an oil change free of charge! They seriously care about their customers here! You won't regret coming here if you do! (Also wanted to address I have my wheels plasti dipped black and when my tires were changed, the black in some areas scraped off, so please be aware this may happen) All and all excellent service, Thank you to William and Adam, hope this message gets to you!

Was just in for a tire issue I was having & William helped resolve my problem within minutes. He walked me through the issue, made sure all my questions were answered & was very informative about how to prevent it from happening again. Clean facility & I highly recommend.

Free alignment check. Did not need alignment. 1 tire only needed balance. Did not charge me. Honest tire shop

I stopped into Belle Tire in Orland Park today. The staff was friendly and approachable. Joe was very helpful with ordering my tires and getting me set up with an appt. I was already getting 3 rebates on these tires, but he also discounted the tire protection plan to make sure I was covered for the next 3 years. I really appreciate Joe going the extra mile to make my 1st experience with Belle Tire a very positive and memorable one! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, keep up the great work!

I got 4 tires replaced yesterday plus an alignment. I bought the tires online and setup the appointment online. Everything was efficient, on time, and easy. I thought I got a really good deal on the tires and the staff were super friendly and professional. I traveled from the city to get this done because I was looking for a deal and I would definitely do it again if I had to.

Came in with my dad in the morning after replacing a flat tire and sure enough got incredible service from Joe! He was willing to work with us so we could all compromise and my tire was replaced in good condition and we were in and out. Especially after trying other stores before here we probably wouldn t have gotten a tire if it wasn t for Joe. Will definitely recommend!

They did not want to replace my tires because they were from 2016!!Thats the reason I was getting them replaced in the first place. It was empty at around 2 pm. All the 10 bays were available. They still refused service. Just went to discount tires next door, which they were full by the way. Not only did they replace my tires, but were way cheaper at $22 per tire. Compared to $40 I was going to pay at belletire. Such a shame for a brand new place and such lazy employees. Save your time and money and go see jay at discount tire next door.

Great place. Everybody from Mike that set up the appointment to the guys that changed the tires were awesome. They even fixed my mudflaps on the back that were missing a screw. Service and price was the best I've ever had. Belle Tire is my go to from here on. Thanks guys

Thanks to Adam and his team for making my Jeep feel like a new vehicle. New tires are so comfy. Glad they do other work as well, don't have to make multiple stops. Also thanks to Josh for handling. Have a great Memorial Day Belle Tire.

Had bad brake lights and indicator lights. We were from out of town and had family and luggage with us. They prioritized us and looked at it immediately and we were out the door in 20 minutes. Thank you so much. Such customer service is rarely seen these days. Kudos to the management and the service team.

Wish I was able to put negative Stars!! Bought 2 new tires a couple months ago. They ended up switching my tires out with old tires and claimed they threw away the new tires. I called and they made it right after arguing the point for days after I had proof. When I purchased tires, I also purchased 40, 000 warranty. Make a long story short, my one tire got a nail in it. When I went to replace the one tire, they said I never had a warranty. I then had to buy a new tire. When they put new tire on, the put hubcap over the plug which then deflated my tire. I will be writing headquarters and send in pictures. Never go to this BelleTire. Horrible service... BEWARE

Awful experience. Mike at the front desk has no clue what he s talking about and withheld information to me about my car. When I brought it back to be looked at the mechanic who had worked on my vehicle explained to me that Mike withheld info and doesnt understand how to prioritize for the customer. Roger the manager thinks he s helping me out my cutting me a discount and my steering wheel and tire are still shaking. 3 new parts and $1400 later and completely dissatisfied.

Poor customer service. Adam was swearing at me. If there's a district manager around Adam needs to be gone. They left me stranded when I was 7 hours from home. They weren't busy they had more people standing around than actually working

I went in to get a tire repaired, and I was completely surprised that not only did they repair my tire but also at no charge. This was a wonderful experience. I will return to give more of my business to this business.

I went to Belle thinking they would be better than the dealership. Oh no!! I called for front brakes they told me 6000 dollars.!! I know I have a Mercedes, but the dealership quoted me 1100. That's dealership cost!!! Its cheaper to go to a dealership!!! Are they doing this to individuals that don't know any better???? Scammers!!!!

Went in for quote on tires and the guys up front are really helpful . They told me to come back during their Sunday Sale so that way I could save the most money . Belle is my go to place from here on out . Would highly recommend
