I was sold a defective product eligible for exchange only. Was faced by a manager named Pam with a request for a replacement product. Her attitude was as if I was an annoyance to her while making my request for the exchange. Initially, Pam agreed to make the exchange. Reacting to her behavior I explained that it was a matter of principle that if a product doesn't work a customer should have the right for exchange. Suddenly, Pam snatched my exchange off the counter and said, "Enjoy, have a good night." She left my defective product on the counter and disappeared into the back of the store. I'm still trying to figure out where I went wrong... maybe going into the store in the first place?

They've had parts I've had trouble finding in stock but every time I come here the elderly man up front acts like everything is such a chore, laundry lists of excuses about the system. Most recently went to pick up a part that said "in stock" but wasnt so I had to drive to the homer Glen location. Just a hassle in situations that shouldnt be.

Just needed a headlight. No books to find the right headlight, no help for 5 minutes & I was only one there, first guy I talked to said wait... then stood there looking dumbfounded. ... I get a headlight, get home & it ends up they gave me the wrong one. Now they won't take back the opened headlight.So much for trusting their computer & wasting $10.
