We were stranded on an exit ramp on I74 with a blown tire on our camper while waiting for over 3 hours for AAA to show up. Since it was getting late with rain moving in, we desperately looked for another alternative. We luckily were able to connect with Nathan of Orion Tire and Repair even though it was after hours. He was there within 15 minutes and quickly changed the tire. Equally important he was friendly and helpful - even though we had pulled him away from his dinner table! When we found out that the other tire was damaged by the blowout, I again called him and ordered two new tires to be picked up on our way back from camping. When we arrived at Orion, the tires were already mounted and waiting for us. They were on our camper within 20 minutes. All of this was at a very fair price and done with a smile and genuine concern for our well being. Although we live about 75 miles from Orion, I will go out of my way to do business with them again. Thanks, Nathan!

Had a slash in the side wall of my rear tire in the middle of an 800+ mile roundtrip road trip. Called Orion Tire & Repair about 30 min before our arrival and they were able to get a new tire put on same day. 20 minutes later we were back on the road with a new tire. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Stopped in with semi at 4:30pm on Wednesday to get a repair on outside drive. Was told wouldn't have time . And sent me down the road to loves. The same place I was trying to avoid to go. I won't go back and will not suggest this place to my fellow owner operators in the qaud city area. Never tell a working man you don't have time

Ordered tire four tires during Labor Day special. Tires that were put on my car were a different brand than requested. Two tires wore out within 6 months. Brought to the attention of owner and he charged us for 2 new tires (total of 6 tires purchased) A few months months later the other two tires started to wear prematurely. Contacted owner. This time he replaced and also gave gaurentee to replace the other two tires that were recently replaced. Said to come in AFTER 5,000 and gave us a signed receipt of proof. We told owner the vehicle isn t driven much and may be awhile and wanted to replace tires then. He stated to wait. After 5,000 miles we attempted to contact business multiple times and phone line would not connect. Finally got through to owner, he admitted to having issues with phone line, and now is refusing to replace tires he said he would with his signed signature. This guy is a scam with terrible tires and service. If you are a woman he will take advantage of lack of automotive knowledge. Insurance agents have stated to us he scams his customers. Do not recommend.

well when nobody else had the the tire brand I was looking for or even the sizeorion tire had the size I need and I called them at 300 pm and told them I have 3 other tire that needed to be mounted and balanced on new rims they said sure we can do it.they closed at five told me to be there at 330.they got it done by 445pmthis small company makes the bigger companies look bad like Firestone who said they need 2 hours to do it
