The team at Kunes provided an all-around great car buying experience. Don took his time to answer all of my questions and even sent extra photos when asked because I couldn't make it in right away to view the car I was interested in purchasing. I felt heard and respected throughout the process and would recommend anyone interested in starting the car buying process to check out the team at Kunes. I've had my new-to-me used car for a few weeks now and am as happy now as when I drove off the lot! Thank you again, Kunes team, for a great experience!

Hands down best car buying experience I ve ever had. Salesman Mike Carter did an absolute amazing job, amazing customer service. I drove 4 hours to buy my truck and ended up getting a flat on the way, and Mike sent Emily to help us with out spare. The service you get from this dealership is unmatched absolute best place to buy a car. I would recommend them to anybody!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Mike and Kayla where the ones that I delt with and they were not professional. They screwed up on a vehicle that I was looking at and said they would make it right with me but they wanted to change me 5000 markup on a vehicle that was not comparable with the one I originally went to see. I had set up a time to go look at it because it was over a 2 hour drive. When I spoke to her on the phone she said they would let me know if it was sold, which I didn't find out until I got there that it was in fact sold the night before. To make the cherry on top Kayla had text me the morning of the appointment saying she was looking forward to seeing me. Not once did she mention that the vehicle was sold. Please stay way from this dealership!!!

They wanted me to get the extended warranty, and I told him the only way I would do it is if they gave me the paintless dent repair, which they told me covered hail damage. So now I have hail damage, and they will not cover it, I'm just wondering what else you're gonna tell me, is not covered? Under the extended warranty. They tell me the only thing covered under the paintless dent repair would be if I got hit by a shopping cart.

Very unprofessional! We called on a vehicle to check availability. They said they did so we setup a time to go look because it was a 2 hr drive away. The morning of our appointment we received a text message confirming our appointment. We drive all the way there to be told the vehicle was SOLD the night before. Poor professional service. Tried to sell us a different vehicle at over $5,000 mark up. Only offered to pay for our gas. Strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Poor service. Poor communication. Had our truck in the shop from August 2023 to January 2024. It came home to us after we denied having it fixed by them since it was nothing but games from the start. Took 3 months for them to contact the warranty. Went in circles with everyone. No one wanted to provide written information on everything they did for a diagnosis testing. Tried to quote us $12,000 to fix it and 2 weeks later it was going to be $17,000. Truck is now in worse shape than it was and got sent back to us with absolutely no oil in it, when it had an oil change done less than 2 weeks before it was sent in. Hope they get it together or they will be hearing from the BBB. Terrible service. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

I bought a 21 RAM 2500 turbo diesel. The truck was built with 20in tires. The spare tire is an 18 in tire. I bought this truck to pull our rv that we live in 6 months a year. The owners manual says that you should never tow a trailer with mixed size tires. I was informed by the service department that a 20 in spare would not fit into the spare tire space. And the recalls never again

My Volkswagen ID4 wasn't getting the mileage I planned for & was going to run out of power alongside the road. Searching for the nearest plug, Kunis Chrysler appeared so I called to see if they could help. A very nice woman in the service dept invited me to use the charger there, free of charge. She also recommended places to eat in town while we waited. Kunes offered a warm port during uncertain times. Thank you!

Customer service was absolutely awesome. They took care of everything WHILE I WAS AT WORK and had my vehicle waiting for pickup! The most smooth car buy I've been through. I had a very good experience today at Kunes! Mike Carter took care of me right away. He was very inviting and friendly. He wasn't the pushy car salesman that people get some days. He took care of everything for me, and found me a car I was unsure about, at first, but I'm sure I will love! I highly recommend the dealership!!

Beware of Kunes's service department. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an oil change and a tire rotation. They picked up my car in the morning and had it the entire day. It was returned with the paperwork in the car as usual. No inspection sheet like they usually do, just the bill. My tires had not been rotated although it s listed on the invoice. The oil change sticker on the window showed a next oil change odometer reading based on their last computer entry and not on my actual mileage making me question if the oil was even changed or they just printed up a sticker and called it good. When I called to question the tire rotation their response was why do you think your tires weren t rotated? When I explained how I knew she responded with well you weren t charged for it . (Even though the service was listed on the invoice making it look like it was done.) No effort to make it right. No apology . Just a thank you very much So $67 later I paid another local business for a tire rotation and an oil change to be sure it was done right. Mark your tires. Mark your filter to be sure the work was done or better yet go somewhere else. I will never be back.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dustin and Joe. What we brought to the table was tricky; we needed to trade in 3 vehicles for 2. Lucky for us, we had the "magic man" Joe, who's great with numbers - & very friendly Dustin find us the best options for our needs/wants. 3 days worth of phone calls and negotiating for us. We've never had any dealership take that kind of time & effort for us. We drove off the lot very happy. Husband traded in a 2019 Harley Davidson & 2013 Ford Edge. I traded in my 2013 Chevy Camaro. Left with a 2017 Ford F-150 & I bought a 2017 Dodge Challenger R/T. When the time comes to trade again, we will definitely choose Oregon Kunes!

I went to Kunes to find a vehicle that would better suit me and my family. I left there extremely happy with my new 2021 Jeep Compass. Adam Dokken was sweet and very helpful from the moment I walked through the door! Everyone there was so polite and thoughtful to make sure my wait was an enjoyable one. I would recommend Kunes to anyone wanting a new vehicle! Make sure to ask for Adam, you will not be disappointed!!

Went to Kunes Country today trying to get a new truck. Mike carter helped me out and the mangers and finance team truly pulled a miracle on this one, took my trade in and helped me get a 2017 Ford F-150 I didn t have the best credit but they helped me get it and now I m happy with a beautiful truck. The finance deptment was a joy to work with however the salesman portion was confusing. I was looking at a specific new car and they kept pushing a used car on me saying that I had clicked on it from their website ( nope never looked at used) .. I had applied for the fresh start program was told that I was going to be able to get into a new car with payments affordable and then before I even got to the dealership I had been contacted stating they got me into a 2017 vehicle after some work. Also they called me accidentally about a couple that were buying. I called a few times and was assured something completely different. I was giving only one choice of a vehicle and because of my situation had to buy it . I am still not very happy with it as I don't like buying used but I had no choice. I feel that there is no fresh start program. I had stated I could 750 down but at the end had to borrow more money to put 1000 down. I am now getting many different loan application denials... when I did the credit app for the fresh start program it didn't sound like I would go through multiple agency's. I think that they need to be more up front and on the same page. Also it feels like they have "sales associates" that are not real and that you only deal with a real person not till you get to the dealership. It's not a bad dealership, just became full if your in situations like I was ... I was stuck and just wished that It was more transparent. In the end they did the job requested and got me into a car. I do thank the finance girl who went through everything and explained.. she put me at ease with the purchase.

I pulled up and was greeted at the door by Mike Carter. I wanted to trade my car in and he found me a nice suv, by the time I took it for a test drive the paper work was already in progress for me to get the car lords know I hate to wait it only took about 3 hour for me to find a car and progress the paper work, if your looking for a use or new car with low miles Kunes in Oregon is the place to go!!!!

Mike Carter was very helpful and polite. He took care of everything over the phone with me since I had a 3 hour drive just to get here. It really sped up the process and made it a lot easier. Highly recommend working with him.

In general usually great, this time had to reschedule for no show.All inspections were not completed and invoice was not brought to door so we can pay on the spot. Item mentioned for fixing was notated on invoice but was not called while vehicle was in possession to see if it would be something we would have needed done and approved at the same time
