We recently had new brakes and rotors installed on our Dodge Charger at Butitta Brothers in Oregon. The mechanics did a great job on the car, and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back the next time our cars need to be fixed.

Nick was helpful and communicated well. We had a bit of a struggle to get some necessary parts, but we were able to work around that and they got us back up and running.

I had my 2008 Silverado in for a fuel pump change. Nick and his crew did a fantastic job. Some of my evap lines and other components had damage due to corrosion. They worked through some adverse conditions keeping me informed through pictures and phone calls throughout the process. They had much more time into the job than planned and Nick still charged me a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend Butitta (GreatWater) in Oregon, IL.

I brought my daughter's car to Butitta Auto for service. Although the car was under warranty (Car Shield), as is often the case with warranty companies, they made every effort to avoid covering or completing the repairs adequately. However, Butitta Auto exceeded my expectations by not only handling the warranty company but also ensuring that the repairs were covered and executed correctly. Thank you all so much for your exceptional service.

I called to get 4 tires replaced and the job was done by 10 a.m. the following day! Not only that, it was cheaper than quoted! WIN! WIN!!! I would definitely recommend Butitta Auto!!!

The prices were reasonable and they got me into the shop same day. I was also told that the repairs would take 45 minutes, well I was in and out in under 35 minutes. Very accommodating, friendly staff and a must visit if you're looking for an oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have never had a mechanic be so straight forward with me before. I have had a lot of car work done here and they ve always come through for me. Ethan is a great manager. He s understanding, reasonable and extremely helpful. If you re in the Oregon area, don t pass over these guys. They re fast and well equipped to handle all of your vehicle repairs. I can t recommend them enough!

They got me in super last minute and got me out of there quick! I was really impressed. Typically I work on my vehicle myself but for the times I cant I'll definitely be using them again. Plus the price was very reasonable. I was expecting to spend way more then I did.

I wouldn t trust this shop to change my gas cap after the experience I had with them. Took my acadia in because I had a tire with a slow leak. I knew I had a slow leak because my fully functional tire sensors were telling me the tire pressure and I saw a 5 lb. Decrease in pressure overnight. Told them I most likely needed the tire plugged. I also asked for a tire rotation as well. Dropped the car off at noon on a Thursday. Told me I needed 3 new valve stems and I agreed to that service as well. Car wasn t done Thursday night. They sent me home in the shop truck. Heard nothing all day Friday. Friday at 5:05 I showed up and was told my door modulator had gone bad and I would need to go to Ken Nelson and have that replaced. I now have non working sensors and a service brake light on and I guess it s my problem now to go pay to have someone figure out what they screwed up. So yeah a tire business that can t handle a tire rotation. Would not recommend. Stay away.Service: Tire rotations

Just wanted to say the Guys at Buttita did an awesome job! They checked up on my car after the work was completed and were very pleasant to deal with. I will not hesitate to use them again! I am close to their location and I am disabled and they returned my car to my workplace. Thanks Fellas! Have taken several cars here. Ethan is always very good at communicating the status on our vehicles repairs and will notify us up front with the cost and he will shop around to find the best price on replacement parts. Very knowledgeable man and very friendly. The rest of his team are very friendly and also do a great job. I will continue to give them my business and reccomend them to others.

I went in for an oil change and they found the problem with my exhaust. A week later I had the exhaust fix, they were honest with me from the beginning and told me it would be an easy repair unless they found otherwise. It did end up costing me more than quoted which is absolutely fine. They stayed all day up until the last minute to get my vehicle fixed same day and back to me asap. Ethan was able to get my old truck in for a water pump and oil change. I was able to drop it off on my way to work and when I got off work they had delivered it. The online pay was easy and convenient. The work was top quality and service was beyond top quality.

I've been taking my car their for many years. The car is usually ready when promised, unless they have to wait for parts. I usually get the car back the same day. Their professional, conscientious and the work is excellent.

Excellent experience. Had a leaky tire and dreading the hole in the sidewall talk. Dealership couldn t fit me in so I called Buttita. Got me in right away, very personable and professional.
