This has to be the darkest Walmart I have ever stepped foot into.The lights definitely need to be updated, employees who spend more time on their phones than actually working, dirty aisles and bare shelves. There doesn t seem to be an urgency to clean the shelves of busted products spilled all over the shelves or to even stock the shelves. Do better Walmart, this store is a terrible embarrassment.

They are always well stocked. Whenever I come here I find the clean too. The market section has reasonably priced fresh produce. The auto parts section has a variety of items ranging from mere car refreshers to other complex car parts.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.They have no value for people's time. I pushed the button for assistance, a person announced it over the intercom, asked a worker, still nothing 1 hour later.I go to Customer service asked for a Manager... pointless excuses about not having keys. She then said that she was sending someone over, 10 minutes later still no one.What should have taken 10 minutes is now over an hour. Still waiting, if I didn't need what I came for, I would have left.Then they wonder why they have to deal with disgruntled customers This is the worst experience here ever. They have workers just standing around on their cell phones doing nothing... But, no one can assist!!!! Not even the manager can help, just ridiculous Manager name is ChavonWent back 10 minutes later to let the manager know no one still... she said oh he went, and I watched him go. I am literally standing here, and no one ever came.If someone showed up, would I need to go back to customer service to let them know that no one ever came...

I had looked forward to visiting Walmart and when we got to Chicago, that was the first store I visited. The store is very big and filled with varieties of items. I like the layout but it took us a while to locate where the luggages are kept. I bought a luggage to replace the one we brought from the UK and it s good quality.

My last order had missing items and changes that were not to my advantage. I ended up having to spend additional money to get half of the items that were unavailable on my original order after showing the items were available. I didn't notice the missing items from my order until a few days later when I was ready to use them. The missing items showed to have been shopped for so I didn't notice. I ended up taking it as a loss.

Went to meat dept and man with ring in his nose was totally unprofessional did not clean the weight Tray off just start it slicing the meat without cleaning the tray. Then did not wait to see what kind of me we wanted just started slicing. We stopped him and told him we wanted a different kind of meat. He grabbed the meat and started slicing without asking how thick we wanted it cut. Something was wrong with this man he did not listen to us at all. This man needs to be reviewed or evaluated.

Curbside pick up is a joke! Waited 3hrs 45 min for them to bring my groceries to my car and I was notified by the app my groceries were ready for pick up.

Elantroy Teamlead and Alana are the absolute worst managers I have encountered in my 52 years of life. My online order was saying that it had been picked up. Alana was clueless and Elantroy was especially sassy as he twitched his eyes and looked and his watch and told me sarcastically I could get my money back or get the item, it doesn't matter to him. If u have a camera please review the footage, unbelievable.

Customer service is bad.Customer service through the phone is bad.In store etiquette is bad.Mirroring a person movement and everything a person grabs is shopping stalkers. Chicago Heights and Olympia fields is known for showing hate if they don't want a person in their stores and buildings.

I place an online pick up order at 7am. The items were scheduled for pick-up between 4pm-5pm. I received an email stating that the order was ready for pickup. I arrived at the store at 5:25pm. I checked in from the app as well as called the store to notify them. I waited until 7:25pm and decided to cancel the order because I had been sitting in my car with it running for 2hrs waiting on an order that supposedly was ready for pick up. I will never shop at this location again.

Always out of items, staff is always rude and managers are never helpful. Online shopping is convenient until the shopper doesn't follow directions or misses items from your list or gives you poor quality fruit and you have to go back to the store anyway.

I like Walmart, but not this Walmart. I've shopped here for 2 years and never left a review so this review will sum up my 2 years of shopping here. The staff will do everything they can to NOT help you. There are a few that are eager to but only like 3, that I've encountered on a variety of shifts. They will purposely avoid eye contact, pretend not to hear you, or say they are busy find someone else. It takes over 40 minutes everytime I need to get formula. There will be people stocking shelves that say they'll call for the person with the key and then have u wait over 40 min. I often bring my sister with me and she will run to the electronics section desk to grab someone every 15 minutes, and that person too will say oh they'll be here soon but then soon ends up being over 40 minutes. Last people u want to make wait are the ones with fussy kids. Literally there will be a line of people at the formula case waiting on someone. Diaper variety a lot of times is out of stock. Meat is often leaking. Frozen section is super disorganized. I can't find morning star vegan nugs or Hagan Daz green tea ice cream. Their ice cream mocha selection sucks, no green tea, one of the basic flavors. For those who don't eat pork if your looking for a pizza with meat, they only have BBQ chicken, sorry no variety for us. They also don't carry beef italian sausage, sucks for us who don't eat pork. Baby clothing section is way way way too cramped, can't get your cart through, and always looks like a tornado passed through, but actually they have a good variety here, I'd like to see more footed pajamas though. Electronics section lacking, only apple phone cases, no lightning to hdmi cords, lacking brand variety for headphones, mostly skull candy in various colors and the like. The Christmas section is in bits all over the place and there are no christmas goodie bags. I ended up going to the birthday bag section to find expensive goodie bags, but pro tip here is to go to the birthday plates and hat section for even cheaper goodie bags in a good quantity and they come with lil twisty ties. They're always out of simply apple juice. They don't have basic 20 gallon fish tanks, they only have one that is a set and kit with a water filter and all that. Walmart you can do better. Hopefully the manager or whoever is reading this and takes this feedback in a constructive criticism kind of way to work to improve their location.

I always have a Great Time at Walmart especially grocery shopping. For quick snacks I love 6 and 8 piece wing meals. The chicken salad is a favorite of my son he gets this everytime he goes there.

As much as I don't like to shop in Walmart, I did find two cute and simple summer dresses, with pockets(the covet perk this summer). Self checkout was a breeze. There was actually someone there working to assist when there was an error. Even tho I didn't find ginger beer (as I type, I'm thinking I should've looked in the alcohol beverages aisle), they had everything else I needed. Always at the fair walmart prices. I did want those $19 dresses to be $15. The Smart water was also comparable to my delicious Essentia water that they only had in single bottles. It wasn't the dreadful night after all while shopping there

The dirtiest walmart I have ever been to. None of the employees work, unless sitting around talking to one another counts. There are never any carts for customers to use. The managers yell at employees and verbally harass them in front of the customers... but, of course it's not the employees slacking that they are yelling at and cursing out. Complete disgrace of a store. This picture is during busy hours, and it was a customer who grouped the carts together. What a joke.

I really wish they had more actual people checking you out. The self checkouts are okay for 20 item's but cart fulls are ridiculous and the reason lines are so long and frustrations run high. Then you want to check my work at the door. The same thing and 11/03/2023 few self check outs open. People with carts full in the few open lanes. We need to make them do better and work hard for our dollar life we do.

Always clean and well stocked. Sometimes it's difficult to find an associate for assistance. Greeters are always pleasant and customer service usually has multiple people to handle the crowd.

What kind of store turns you away from using self checkouts if your not a Walmart plus member... not sure what that is or why it matters cause I am a customer. Employee told me I have to use other checkouts after I scanned my stuff... excuse me I dropped what I was buying and walked the hell out.... I'll take my business elsewhere Thanks

If I could give 0 stars I would. Over 2 hours I waited to NOT get my groceries that I ordered. They don't answer the phones. The staff that did come out refused to answer our questions and ignored us. Don't even know how this location is still opened.

I ordered online, and they brought it out to my car. They are prompt, organized, professional, and kind. Need I say more?
