This review is for the pharmacy not the store. Visited the pharmacy today to pick up 1 perscription. Upon telling the pharmacy tech my name she quickly said "we don't have anything for you maybe it's at another location" I received a notification in my app stating the perscription is ready, which I informed the tech. I told her my name again using the phonetic alphabet and she came back with the same response, she asked for my phone number and then found it and stated she typed it in wrong (even after the phonetic spelling). After giving my insurance card she asked me to pull back around and get in line (behind 2 cars) so the insurance can be inputted ( every time I visit here with the same insurance it's never in the system) after waiting behind the 2 cars the pharmacy tech stated I need to come in because they can't find my spouse's information and so I won't "hold up the line" After parking, getting my toddler out of the car, putting on masks and coming in the store the pharmacy tech stated "we'll be right with you" and continue to serve 2 more vehicles. The pharmacist Maria then from behind the computer off to the side called me over and asked about an address from 4 years ago which I had to call my spouse and verify. Maria then went on to say " there are so many different addresses that's why we couldn't find it" finally after receiving my perscription I went to pay with my phone. My fingerprint was not reading right and the tech proceeded to say "her card is not working" to the pharmacist as she walked hurried to close the windows because at this point it was around closing time. They were in a hurry to go home but disregarded my time. They were unprofessional and rude, I never heard a apology for the wait or for the discrepancy in the computer. Needles to say I will be changing my pharmacy.. to anywhere but here.

By far one of the worst Walgreen pharmacys I have ever been to. I was waiting in the drive thru to pick up my moms medicine. There was only one car in front of me and I had waited 9 minutes before it was my turn. When I got to the window the lady put up the closed sign saying it's after 8 when I looked at the clock it was 8:02. I told her I had been waiting and I was the last car she replied she didn't care and I would have to come back tomorrow. I can never understand why it takes these people so long to service folks and then when it's my turn say you're closed after lollygagging in the medicine cabinet. Be forreal just like self checkout they'll find a way to replace your job just wait on it.

This review is for the pharmacy. They never have your prescription ready. I end up waiting every time I go. They need an entirely new staff including the pharmacist.

I hate my doctor incorrectly sent my prescription to this location. They have the most incompetent, rude, unprofessional, non-communicative employees I have ever encountered. They don't run your insurance. Tend to make decisions based on old, outdated information. Leave you on hold for hours never coming back to the phone and will disconnect the call stating they are now on lunch. They charge higher prices than the cost of the medications. They lie at the drop of the hat. No one appears to want to work at this location. Instead of getting better they continue to progressively get worse and worse. I'm amazed that they are still in business at all.

Just rude!I m in this Walgreens location and saw an employee in uniform, and I asked the direction of the FedEx counter she immediately goes before I could even finish I m not on the clock. I replied, I just had a small question, she replied, even louder I m not on the clock! Just rude for no reason at all !

Poor customer service. 30 minute Long lines the customer in line requested for the manager to come help her employees. There were on 2 cashiers up front. The manager refused to help, she said that her shift was about to end and she was going home. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It was pure chaos!!!! I tried to call customer service and was hung up on. Overall experience was trash! I will not be visiting this location again!Location was in Crestwood, IL.

This pharmacist was very rude, I took my 16 year old son for his booster shot on 2/26/22. Our appointment was for 11:15am, we arrived early 10:45am. We didn t get seen( No one else there for any shots) we didn t get seen until 11:45am. When the white male pharmacist came out he called my son, I went over with him being a minor. He had my son standing, my son asked him if he can have a seat while he give him the shot? He said yeah have a seat! He gave him the injection, he didn t say have a seat for 15 minutes or anything! This location is the worst, I hope they close up very soon. This isn t the first time I have had problems at this location. Rude, very rude. No customer service skills at all!

The Pharmacy is very short staffed when going to get a vaccine ( I had an appointment) . I didn t receive my shot until 35-40 mins after my appt time. At one point I wanted to ask if they needed some help back there. I work in the healthcare field, I felt embarrassed for them. Also during vaccine season (flu and now Covid). They need to have an extra pharmacist. They could be giving out shots while the other pharmacist is completing pharmaceutical tasks. Walgreens as a company needs to do better.

I received an immunization at this location today, it was my first time visiting this Walgreens. I was greeted when I entered the store, had no issues obtaining my vaccine. I lingered around in the store for 15 minutes in case I had issues, which led to shopping. Cashier was friendly as well.

Very ignorant, unprofessional and non-helpful. I received the help from a CVS Pharmacy located downtown within 10 mins, that this location acted like they couldn't handle. They will lie to you about the procedure to register your insurance information and even the manager is unprofessional and rude. This location needs to be shut down or completely revamped from top to bottom. I will be calling corporate to make a formal complaint. Clesrly from the reviews this location has had trash operations for awhile now.

Pharmacy staff is horrible and extremely rude!!! They have no care for customer services and are not helpful at all! They try and make everyone come inside because they are slow, even after calling you to say your order is ready. Had questions for the pharmacist Karen she said everything through her tech. So once I asked to speak with the pharmacist Karen caught and attitude explaining to me she had prescriptions to fill! You are the pharmacist and are suppose to answer questions about the medication not your tech!!!!! I believe this Walgreens pharmacy should be shut down!

This review is for the pharmacies booster process only. OMG!!! Don't bother making an appointment online, or downloading the form. Because you'll fill out a different form and you'll wait at least 30 mins before you're processed.I arrived 15 minutes early as specified online. Don't bother with that either, I was told I was too early, REALLY!! Albeit they were servicing the drive thru, there was no one inside (other than me ) for at least 30 minutes. I tried to make it convenient for myself as well as the pharmacy staff but to no avail. So just show up and wait, because that's what you'll do anyway.

WORST customer service ever! Super rude pharmacists! I didn t choose your job for you so you need to figure out how to actually care for your customers. I mean you are in the healthCARE field. My fianc� had surgery today and came to fill his pain med prescription and they stated the doctors id number wasn t on it just the hospitals. Called the surgeon and he said that s the most absurd thing he s ever heard. They refused to talk to him over the phone and when i had him on speaker the pharmacist belittled him! Wow!!! Do you really hate your life they bad? Have some compassion for someone who just got out of surgery and could ve died this morning. Also- I went to the Walgreens down the street and they filled it with no problem! Please get new staff at this location. Super miserable, incompetent and rude!

Awful young lady named Jackie very rude and unprofessional one of their worst low level cashiers I have encountered. She runs around the store. I go in her line she is very aggressive doesnt smile looks angry slams the register throws your stuff in the bag. Extremely careless and rude and the one manager the fat one with the glasses is no better she is just as awful as her.

I always find what I'm looking for here, good selection, nice clothes, they need to improve their management. Over all still a nice store. But the checker Jeff makes everything alittle better very nice guy.

The pharmacy at the olympia fields they were great. I received my covid-19 vaccine on Tuesday and they were very organized and nice and answered questions. Glad I finally got my vaccine. Thank you.

The first time it happened, I thought it was a fluke, the next time I KNEW it was premeditated, so I asked: "Why is it SUCH a BIG PROBLEM when I ask for my prescriptions to given to me in plastic WALGREENS bag in ADDITION to the small prescription paper bag? .... I was told "you're in the drive thru, you already have a bag"SO WHAT!...I'm STILL a paying customer, and as such it shouldn't matter if I walked in, or used the drive thru pharmacy, PLACE MY ITEMS IN A BAG AND GIVE ME A RECEIPT.....AND DO IT WITH A SMILE!I've dealt with Walgreens for YEARS all over Chicagoland as well as across the country. This is THE ONLY STORE that seems to have this IDIOTIC procedure in place.Often times I'm picking up prescription orders for elderly neighbors and stoke victims who can't make the trip. Just because I'm AT the drive thru, don't assume it's MY prescription pick up, I could be a Mystery Shopper, practice good customer service. Afterall, that is the operative word, CUSTOMER! ...A word to remember. #rudeasses!

They scheduled me for a shot and sent me the wrong information And mixed up which store I was supposed to be at. So why can't they just give me a shot will I'm waiting for my prescription filled? This was the Store at Govemors Hwy in Matteson.

Got my Covid shot Staff. Really helpful.. Pharmacy had some problems ..with a few KARENS ...but things went smoothly...Once a system was established..... Pharmacy area too small...
