Excellent parts service. I highly recommend parts department. Matt told me today that they are busy with skid loaders and tractor loaders for feeding livestock. They will be busy till late in the winter. I gathered that they were in business for 100 yrs and now it's time to take it easy.

7/15/2022We called in about a 9500 combine. When we asked for details on the combine. The salesman wondered what state we re calling from n said well I don t have time to sell a combine out of state there just isn t enough hrs in a day.It s like oh wow n you guys have been in business for 100 yrs it s kinda hard to believe if that s how your salesmen treat customers.Definitely would give a NEGATIVE 5 star if that was an option.Very unhelpful n unprofessional

Very good people to deal with, a service department to meet any repair needs. Plus they have a used equipment auction twice a year that near by farmers bring. Check their website for more information. They also have more then one location.

First let me start off by saying that this is the first review I had ever posted that is how frustrated I am and how terrible my experience was with Riechmann Bros. in Okawville.I called the Okawville location on Friday morning to ask if they still had the rotary cutter I saw advertised online which they did. I ask if they were firm on the price and was told the the online price was what they needed to get for it. I said ok and that I would be in tomorrow to look at it. He said that was fine.I notice on Friday afternoon that the online price had gone up by $200. That seemed a little shady to me, but I decided to still go in and give them the benefit of the doubt.Saturday morning, I grabbed my trailer, loaded up the family and drive 30min to go buy the rotary cutter. When I arrived I was told that they have moved the mower to their Centralia location. Why would they do that if they knew I was coming??? He tells me that it is a hot item. I told him that it had been posted online for almost a month to which he told me that it just got hot. I did not even get an apology for waste of my time to come. Needless to say I will never be doing business with Riechmann Bros. at any of their locations now.
