My husband and I have always had great experiences with Love's, but tonight they went ABOVE AND BEYOND! My husband's truck broke down, and we got stranded. Vonnie, Brittney and Megan were not about to let that happen! They called and checked availability for a hotel around the corner, and Megan personally drove us there!! Thank you guys again, and this just goes to show that Love's is truly the best!

The restroom was clean. It was before 9pm and there was no hot food available and a disgusting variety of cold sandwiches. Stinky tuna and expired salads anyone? If someone buys 3 bottled drinks, dont be ridiculous and ask if they need a bag... Of course anyone buying multiple drinks will need a bag. I ended up going in to the Hardee's for food and wasn't the least bit impressed with that either. I probably wont be back, there are much better truck stops around.

This is the second time we have had to stop here the first time we were waiting at the truck checkout desk and the girls were at the main desk laughing and saying wonder how long we were going to stand there and wait and said out loud how we needed to walk to the main desk if we wanted help, which if they were smart they could only help us at the truck desk due to the services we needed. This time we went in bought a appliance out of the professional driver section and asked if it didn t work and had the receipt could we exchange it and the lady said I guess that s how it works you will have to find out. This location needs to take manners from the other loves companies. The employees at this location are rude as can be!!! The mechanic shop guys are so friendly and helpful when we were getting our truck fixed mabey they need to teach the girls inside how to treat people with respect

Employees are very friendly and welcoming to this Love s location. Alex and Justin were very helpful and informative about our truck and trailer issues

Its so funny just how bad they did on this locations build. Deadbolt with no bolt, soap shelf thing thats upside down and everything falls off, shower handle with worn off stickers, moldy tiles. I mean, its a decent place, just so funny how poorly they built it.Its got to be only a year old, and the shower rooms are cold so you ll take longer and hotter showers.

My truck wouldn t start. Went and asked for help, JAKE the tech came out jumped started my truck. Even helped me pack my stuff back to my storage compartment. I m just amazed. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you Jake.

Showers are terrible faucet leak switch for the 2nd shower head does not work at all shower rooms are cold the water is so chlorinated at this point I want to go down the road and get another shower (I'm not sensitive to chlorine) clear calk everywhere whoever "rebuilt" this branch needs to do it over.

I rarely write reviews but I feel like my experience here definitely deserves noting. I m a truck driver and I spent a couple days here. First of all the places kept clean, the bathrooms are clean and the showers are clean. The customer service here is amazing. You re greeted with a warm smile and a welcome as soon as you walk to the door. The staff here are genuinely nice. And I want to give personal thanks to Vonnie and Jessica For being great staff representatives of Loves travel stop.

Whatever this location is currently doing during hiring, keep it up. Every single employee in both the Love s and the Arby s were enthusiastic, friendly, and fun. Coffee was fresh and the entire store was super clean. Definitely adding this to my regular stops.

I got here at 11:45 am for a simple trailer inspection. It is now 5:15 pm and I just now got my trailer into the shop and once again they said the mechanic is on a road service call. Just like he was when I got here this morning...I gave them a 2 star only because they are friendly if it wasn't for that it'd be one star all day long. Do yourself a favor and use a different shop this one is as bad as the best Walmart shop.

I didn't wait for a shower. I got into the shop in about an hour. I was there for a tire patch (screw). The pumps weren't busy too. Easy to access parking. Hardee's for dinner... Thank God because I was starving. Great choice for a stop around 6pm is all I can say. But not a lot of parking at that time of day.

Always great people working. have not had to wait for a shower yet. They clean as showers open. The lady at the diesel desk was super nice even with a truck driver yelling at her for a receipt that she could not find In the computer. He kept telling her he only put $200 in his truck,and when she looked up his truck number is was $500 he tried saying somone else used his card and wanted the money back. They went out and she was right the whole time but never lost her cool.

Repair shop are liar's the manager is absolutely disrespectful. They have no place to wait other than plastic chairs. I have a dog have been here for 7 hrs and counting. They will not let me back into my truck or will not let me pull it out. Grab the dog and go somewhere else is there attitude. This is illegal and insane treatment.

I have very bad experience in this love's. Just 5 minutes before midnight they throw me out from parking lot. Young lady screaming that she is manager and this is her parking lot and one of the night worker just bump to my cabin without any excuse. I was not block anyone it was not regular parking spot but they don't have any.They were very rude for me as a truck driver. I am working 14 hours a day and they making money because drivers stop for fuel and all other things. I am not gonna stop any more over here.

Visited this location only a few times till I realized that there s a good group of people doing a great job running this Loves. I admit I locked myself out of my truck and didn t get the ladies name but she got me help in 30 minutes. Not often do we see people helping others out of a jam without judgment. Thanks to you all.

We always stop at loves. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. They also have plenty of road snacks and we enjoy browsing through their trinkets, we've even found some nice Christmas gifts in the past.

We had to get our Truck Fixed Air Died & Sleeper Airbag Leaking so we were here 6 hrs in the Shop. The Guys in the Shop were GreaT . They Get a 5 Star. Went and took a Shower ..The Trash Can was very gross & Employee Knocked on the Door Twice I guess trying to Rush us. Why when they had 4 empty showers ..IDK but Great Water Pressure & Nice HOT Water .

Oh my gosh, I just love Love's travel stop. Do you see what I did there?Pretty good option for hot food, all of the chips and snacks you might want. Adjacent to a Hardee's if you need a full on meal. Coffee is reasonably priced and gas is usually the cheapest in town.

Stopped here with 8 hours left on my drive due to a punctured tire. The tire shop only works on semis, but Jordan and Mike saved my butt. They put a tire repair kit into the tire on my Jeep and aired up all my tires. They went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. The only cost to me was to buy the tire repair kit at the store. My kids, my dogs and I are very grateful for their kindness and help!!!

Great location!Super friendly people working throughout the entire building! Medium sized location, but lots of parking. Very clean and well stocked, Hardee's and roller grill for food.

Extremely poor pump fueling experience. Spent 15 minutes at least trying to get the machine to take my credit card. I finally got the entire thing setup. Then it decided to reboot the whole system. So I sat there watching thing this go through filters, setting. The whole dam thing. Only to sit there longer. Mean while this is 10pm at night. Trying to fill up too me almost 30 minutes. Wasted sooooo much drive time. Won't be stopping back at this place any time soon.

This Love's Travel Stop did not disappoint. I always know I can count on Love's being a clean and nice gas station. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The store itself was clean. The guy who checked me out was nice and friendly. This location had many great snack and drink choices. It also had plenty of shopping items for the traveler who needs time out of the car and just wants to look around. Hardee's is in the same building and the food was wonderful!!
