I am very disappointed with the service I received on my last visit for service. I've been a loyal customer here for about 10 years but this time, I was totally unsatisfied with the service and cover ups. I bought my car in for driving noises and I was told it was shocks n struts and all the bells and whistles that were part of repair. However, when I picked up my car I STILL have the same problem and I paid almost 3 grand for the shocks n that. I was NOT given any other suggestions on anything else. As a matter of fact,I was told not to replace my tires yet and that I had few months of tread on them. Now that my husband called to complain, we're told that they were the tires and that we were told that but we WERE NOT TOLD. Usually if there are ANY Recommendations they are put in detail on the receipt /work order. I totally see THIS VOLVO dealership in a negative light. I certainly will not buy ANY Cars with them moving forward. I will also avoid this location.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great service, but a-bit expensive. I'm spoiled with dealerships having snacks while waiting; not this one.
