Unfortunately while I was out of town on business, my car fell prey to the recent TikTok trend that has resulted in countless Hyundai and Kia vehicles being vandalized/stolen. Several local repair shops wouldn't even return my call or take my vehicle because of this national spike in Hyundai/Kia repairs.However, when I contacted John and his team over at Perfection Auto, I knew I'd made a solid choice: John gave it to me straight and let me know that because of the national spike in Hyundai/Kia thefts/damages, it was very hard to get parts. John told me things could go either way - a lengthy or a short wait. Turns out he was able to get everything needed for the repairs within just under a week.John's one of those rare auto repair experts who gives it to you straight and fair and he follows through. No hustle in the bad sense, but all hustle in the good sense. John got me back into my car and on the road with expert, friendly, honest service - all rarities nowadays. Thanks, John and the whole Perfection Auto team!

John and Bob are honest, and know what they are doing. They look out for the consumer and never cut corners. It is stressful trusting someone with repairs to your car. I can t say enough wonderful things about the gentlemen at Perfection! I stumbled upon their business by looking at the reviews and they are all 100% accurate about the amazing service you receive here. After only living in the area for less than a month, my vehicle was attempted to be stolen due to a viral tik tok challenge where kids are using USB cords to steal Kias. You never expect the violating feeling of being a victim of such a pointless crime- but the guys at Perfection truly helped me during my time of need. I had to have the steering column and ignition completely replaced as well as a rear window. They got my car back to me so much quicker than expected and I truly felt that I got my car back in BETTER condition than even before the incident. I truly hope the gentlemen at Perfection know how much their caring service meant to me during such a hard time. Thank you!!! Note: I waited a few weeks to write this review to make sure everything held up in my car without any issues or having to take her back in. My car has been running fantastic ever since. :)

John and Bob helped me with a very stringent third party warranty provider on a newly purchased used vehicle. They went above and beyond in all matters - John was even on the phone with me and the third party warranty provider on his way to the airport for a vacation! Who does that? Really outstanding experience getting a rear gate replaced on a new SUV. We got three estimates and chose John at Perfection Auto because his was the most complete and transparent. He really made an effort throughout to explain what our options were and what the associated costs/risks would be. No surprises, they finished the repairs early and just below the original estimate. Great place.

I have used Perfection Auto Body on two occasions for two different suv's. I had positive experiences both times. They worked on my car immediately, and the quality of their work was very good. They worked well with the towing company and insurance. I recommend them.I did not like the tight alleyway when departing but the employee guided me out and it was fine.

I had some bumper damage on my luxury SUV. Took it to Perfection Auto Body and they did an awesome job for a reasonable price!!! The owner is so nice and personable and he actually takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend them for any auto body needs! :-)

This place is the absolute best. Everyone I worked with made the process of getting my car fixed so easy and it came back looking 1000% better than I could have ever imagined! By the grace of God my car ran out of fuel in front of Perfection Auto Body! Both owner and his wife are a lovely pair.. Thanks to John my car was pushed to safety Timing was impeccable en route to pick up a customer of theirs from Enterprise, he d stopped at the 1st fuel station so I could fill my gas can. I am forever grateful, as I d left my phone at home . You couldn t make this up!! <I m sure someone has>. His wife, Karen, let me use her cell phone to call my brother as one gallon wasn t enough!! Thank you Perfection Auto Body! I d offered compensation, even after he d provided some valuable tips he would NOT accept . Come to find out, my brother s dear friend is getting her car repaired at PAB Small world!!

Glenn always presents an assortment of solutions. (i.e) " we could have that new order and replaced in no time for around $500-$600" That's a little high at the moment. Any other possibilities? " Well We just got this old truck in. Let's see if we can't make that work for around $300?" Seriously, my family never receives anything less than the best service available!
