Wonderful experience here. Erica is an outstanding manager. She clearly had the expertise to evaluate and solve my car's issue. And, very important to me, she listened carefully and made me smarter about the things that really matter for maintaining a safe and smooth ride. Highly recommend.

Do not waste your time at this location!! I went once paid $159.00 for an oil change only to have to go to the dealership to get it corrected for an additional fee!! They caused additional damage to the point I spent most of my holiday weekend dealing with car issues.. called today and they refused to refund! Crooks!5/31 Still waiting on a phone call from the district manager as they are refusing to abide by the guarantee, even though I went to Jiffy Lube three times and was told to go back to your manufacturer.The fact that you can write a comment, but not pick up the phone is very telling of the business practicesService: Oil change

I've been going to this specific jiffy lube for over a year now for oil changes on 2017 Hyundai accent and I've never had an issue. Went and got brakes done today and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the service. Staff is always kind when I go.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

Came in today, due to putting the wrong oil in my 2011 equinox Chevy. Thankfully the manager and her staff were so understanding, considerate and quick at service. Great customer service! Got my problem solved at conventionally great prices. Highly recommend this location!!

Made me wait for over an hour to replace a part when they told me it would take less than 30 min. They cut a belt off my car so I couldn't leave and missed an appointment. They didn't offer any apology and charged me $500

Driving past this jiffy lube on my way home and boy am I glad I stopped. The manager Zulma was Amazing. She made sure that I was able to get my oil change done allowing me to use my coupon. She went the extra mile to make sure all my fluids were topped off. I am so glad that this is the jiffy lube I stopped at. To make things even better they are bilingual at this location. So if you speak English or Spanish this location is the place for you. Thank you Zulma and the jiffy lube team at this location I truly appreciate you all.Service: Oil change

My husband and I went to this location just for an oil change but thanks to the staff and manager they advise us to do some work that need it to be done, which we did.The lady, who is the manager is super nice and friendly and the staff as well! I needed an emergency oil change today. They said they closed at 6:00 I got there at 3:00. A bunch of people were standing around inside doing nothing. And that guy came out and said they're closing early and they couldn't change my oil. Even though they were all standing around and they're doing nothing about six of them. I would never go to Jiffy Lube unless it wasn't emergency. They are ripoffs. Way overcharge you for oil change and always trying to sell you air filters you don't need. People work there don't know what they're doing. And now when I finally give them a chance they turn me away. For they can go home early and take a break. Never again

Be careful leaving items in your glove compartment unlocked. My AirPods and my music USB was taken fr the glove compartment. Obviously no one is going to take responsibility for it. I didn t think anyone would go in there since I had mention that I only wanted oil change and not to check my filters of any kind. The thing is the usb port was obviously missing. Anyways BE CAREFUL!

I thought it was time for an oil change. I opted to patronize this location. I was totally caught off guard. When Steven P. informed me I had an additional 1000 miles before an oil change was needed. Even though the car's internal monitor indicated it was time. Steven P informed me that inadvertently with my last oil change. The information wasn't inputted into the car's brain box. Refreshing....... They topped my oil off, reset the brain box and advised they'd see me when the 1000 miles were driven. Thanks young men. Five Stars

The customer service at this location is excellent. The manager always makes sure that the work is done properly and efficiently. I travel out of my way to get to this location. Excellent Excellent Excellent!!

I went to this Jiffy for an oil change only because it was close to my work and I needed one before they closed. Turns out it was the BEST decision I could have made.The manager, Zulma, and the mechanic, Travis, were so incredibly friendly and personable. They had me dying laughing while waiting there.After I left and proceeded to drive another 30 minutes towards my home, my engine overheated. I called Jiffy to see if they had any ideas of what it could be since I just left them. I had already called AAA at this point.Without hesitation, Zulma and her partner drove all the way to Addison/California to check on my car, and they figured it out! My car just needed to be burped. They said it was pretty common with Chevy Cruzes. They were able to fix my issue pretty quickly, and I didn't need my AAA tow anymore. HUGE RELIEF. She even told me that if it happens to my car again, to take it over to her shop and she and her partner will look at it right away.It is evident they really care about their customers. I still can't believe she made the trip to help me out. She said that if it were her daughter in this situation, she would want someone to come and help her. She is such a genuinely good person. This world needs more people like Zulma.I am so very grateful I went to this specific Jiffy. This could have been a long, stressful night had I not made the stop. Instead, I was reminded that there really is goodness in this world.And now I have a new favorite Jiffy to go to. :)

I usually steer clear of jiffy lubes. However I recently had to go to one b/c it was the only nearby place open that worked with my schedule. I'm so happy I picked this location. Eric and Bruce provided me exceptional service. I only had an oil change done but the customer service they provided me was outstanding. I will definitely go back here and recommend to others!

Had an oil change here. It caused catastrophic engine failure. $16,000 in damages in a car with under 10,000 miles. The area manager, Kevin Adams said, "if you don't like it, sue us". All the Oak Park locations are owned by the same franchisee, DeGeatano Entrprises. Had the same thing happen to my nephew at the location on Harlem Avenue.Service: Oil change

They don t top up fluids or check tire pressure even if asked to do so as a courtesy, rush the oil change process and drive you out without apologies for the delay. Won t be returning.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Scammers!! $45.00 for a basic oil change is ridiculous when most other places do it for $20. The price unfortunately, was not where the scamming ended. They told me I had a taillight out & asked if I wanted them to fix it for another $10. I declined. I went straight to an auto parts store so I could replace it myself but all my lights were working fine. Then I look at the invoice they gave me & they listed my tire pressure @ 30 when I had just filled them to 50 the day before. That tells me they didn't even look at my vehicle, they just filled out a checklist with #'s that sounded right to them. I'm filing a complaint & calling the store manager today to see if he has an explanation for any of it. I'll be sure to update this review if he corrects the ripoff. I'm not holding my breath though.

Worst service ever. They should have stayed closed. Two bays were tied up, so only one bay for oil changes. Was told I needed brake fluid changed, yet I ust had my brakes done two weeks prior. I got an attitude after saying no. Then was charged almost $80 for an oil change. Never vacuumed, checked tires or cleaned windows. Never again!

Went in for a oil change suggested I needed new wipers which were new. Asked me what type of oil I said full synthetic he asked was I sure and im like yeah thats what the dealer suggests every since I went my traverse doesn't run the same I think they put the wrong oil in. I have to take it to the dealership to be serviced.
