I brought my vehicle in for an uber inspection. The technician informed that I needed new rear brake pads and therefore he could not pass my inspection. However, my vehicle hasn't been displaying any symptoms of failing brakes. So, I took my vehicle to another Jiffy Lube and they found my brakes were fine and passed the inspection. I will never visit this location again because it looks like the technician was trying to beat me out of some extra money.

Quick, clean, and professional! Was in and out with an oil change and new break fluid in under 30 mins. One of the best Jiffy Lube locations I ve been to.

When I went to this location everyone greeted me kindly and I was helped by the Manager Kewon. There was a piece on my car that no one else could get off except him and he walked me through the whole process of him doing it. He was very professional and helpful i come to this location all the time and i ll definitely keep returning. He definitely loves what he does.

I drove into Jiffy Lube and spoke with manage Keshaw about getting air in my tire, and brake on the car back brakes. The manger explained to me a the wear and tear of the rooter and why the break light was staying on. I had a previous appointment, when there and came back to Jiffy Lube and had back brakes done and was given a discount. Thank for doing a great job on back brakes.

Everyone at this location (Harlem in oak park) are so so friendly. They re not pushy at all with suggestions and get you in and out in such a short time.

Fast, efficient, friendly service. Staff spent extra time resetting my oil change light. Resetting the oil change light during oil changes should be added to the service.

The workers was polite but when I got in my car I noticed the dirty air filter they took out of my car was on the passenger seat, leaving my seat dirty and dusty. Next I had to screw in back my bolts that was inside of my glove department that the filter came out of. I noticed a few items left on my seat that came out of my glove department on my seat as well. I had a bottle of olive oil that was in my glove department that they took out and I guess had it placed it on the floor, when I got back in my car I noticed the bottle of olive oil was emptied out on my floor having me to throw away my passenger floor mat because it was all soaked in oil. SMH.

Poor service,bad attitude and not helpful at all. I have been here many times but the manager has a weird attitude all the time. Definitely not coming back. You guys loose me as a customer

Yes, I asked them if they reset the "Change Oil Message" in my car and they said, "Yes". However, when I turned on the car today, it's still there. And, I don't know how to change it for a Jeep Cherokee. Geez.

I came for a recent oil change. Technicians were respectful and kind. Have not been to Jiffy Lube in a while. Not really clear on who was the technician servicing my car. A lot of techs had hands on it. Once I narrowed down Paul to be my technician. He brought me to the computer and then just told me what he has as far as oil, and it was just 1 option. He then quickly showed me the air filter and told me that he would still wait on the replacement because it still looked good. He did not even give me the option to replace..... Which I would of because of the type of person I am. I also asked him to look at the check engine light. He then told me it was the head gasket! There was no explanation of why, just matter of fact. I then had further questions because I assume it is a major repair, and no option or anything was really presented to me for repair, and then asked if it was a repair that they could perform. Paul's lack of confidence in the Mechanic that works at the shop did not give me peace of mind.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

These guys are amazing! They work fast, efficiently and are very professional : checking to make sure everything is looking good with your car! They even fixed my glove compartment (which the Hyundai dealership broke). Thank you, Adam and Kewan!

Careful of the upsell.I went in for a quick oil change before a long road trip. They tried to upsell me three times:Tire rotation, engine and cabin air filters, and tail light.Tire rotation- just had done, easy decline for me.Filters- one of the guys showed them to me and quoted them out and I also declined ($$$). What irritated me was the lie with the engine filter. He told me that when the glue line turns yellow that was the indicator to change the filter. Well, as you ll see in the attached photo, the new filter also has a yellow glue line right out of the box. So no, that s not an indicator; it s a scam upsell for the unknowing. These filters for my suv cost less than $25 each and took me less than 5 mins to change. Oh, and they guy who put the cabin filter back put it in wrong so had I not changed it out the next day, my cabin air wouldn t have been properly filtered.Tail light- it wasn t out after I asked to look at it.Oil change prices were competitive with other places in the area and the staff here was incredibly friendly and personable, just beware of the extras they try to sell. Check the website for coupons before going.

The gentlemen here were so professional and so very fast. They checked everything in my car and let me know what was needed. The young man who let me know my options was so very welcoming and helpful. They even opened the car doors for me and my son. I will avoid this location at all costs. After receiving an oil change. I had to return two days later because my engine light came on. I was told it was a sensor and they would charge me $290 for a 10 minute job and $35 part. In addition, they never replaced a hose that went to my engine! I m really starting to see why ppl warn everyone to stay away from jiffy lube and this was my last straw! Due to their negligence it could ve cost me a fortune!

Worst Jiffy lube I been to. Was in the lobby for an hr 15 before I just decided to ask for my keys and leave. They attended to 2-3 people that came in after me even tho it was maybe a small issue with there car there was no communication in what was happening or checking up. How can you have 4 people looking into 1 car when you have an empty slot in your garage

Been going to this place for years, seen a lot of new faces. And honestly I m more than devastated with the service they did on my car. Come in for a high mileage o/c they ran a test and other things popped got up sell for extra didn t mind killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Been there for an 1hr now coming to the end my heat not working. They asked me you been having problems with the heat right? I response absolutely not my heat been working properly. Now my car overheating a cold air coming out, I m done with this place this never happened before. Took it to a new shop they fixed everything. I m most definitely not f n with this place again.
