This company was recommended to me by my claims representative at Progressive Insurance. The mechanics there fixed the damage to the front end of my car and made it look brand new! The service was done in a very timely manner and the mechanics were true and honest about the price of the repairs. A group of real standup guys and I appreciate that!

Excellent customer service, they keep you informed throughout the whole process , either with text messages and/or emails. They do great work, I can't even tell my car was ever damaged. My Infiniti vehicle, which is my pride and joy, was involved in an accident. I had concerns about whether or not it would be fixed properly as well as how long the overall process would take. Thank goodness my insurance company referred me to Service Kings. They are outstanding overall. After dropping off my vehicle, they kept in touch with me every step of the way. They even had it ready before they promised which is a testament to how good they are at what they do. Isidro V was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to go over the finished job and made sure I understood the warranty that comes with their work. Overall, I give this place a 10 out of 10.

Truly horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment through their service team and I confirmed that they worked with the insurance company. Spent all day organizing and paying for a rental car, switched over parking permits, and went through the entire check-in process. Then I received a call that they're refusing to work with the insurance company and to come get my car. The manager doesn't even apologize for the mix-up and instead tells me how it's a waste of his time.

Brought our Lincoln in to have the front hood repainted after receiving an online estimate for $566. After holding the car for 2 days, I was surprised to receive a call asking for $1,500 because the work was more serious than they believed. The process of evaluating damage using an online tool apparently doesn't work and was a terrific waste of time.

Do NOT give this place your business. I got my car repaired here, and it was a horrible experience. I was quoted that the repair would be completed 11/10 and my car would be ready at 4:00. They texted me on 11/10, 2 HOURS before I was supposed to pick it up, to say that my car wouldn't be ready until 11/18. Then, when my partner called to talk about this with a service manager, they were told one wasn't available, so they spoke with someone else. The person to whom they spoke proceeded to lie to them and didn't admit their mistake until my partner called them out. Two days ago (12/26) I noticed that there's a problem with the repair that they did (I needed my steering column fixed, including the windshield wiper switch. I used to have 3 wiper speeds, and now I only have one, the slowest one, which is NOT SAFE and also unacceptable. They didn't do what I and my insurance paid them to do). I called yesterday (12/27) and left a voicemail, didn't hear back from them and left another voicemail today (12/28). I called again today and was finally able to speak with someone. I requested to speak with the service manager. I was on hold for almost 6 minutes and never got to speak with the manager. If you want to get quality work done from a respectable, reputable business, this is not the one. Take your business elsewhere.

Service king did a great job of repairing my vehicle due to an auto front end damage. They kept me well informed from beginning to the end of the repairs. They emailed with pictures of vehicle during the process as well as phone call me with updates. My repairs was completed 5 days earlier than expected. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable when I asked questions. Great shop to have your car serviced.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I m so impressed with the quality and service that Service King did to my SUV. It took them about two weeks to repair the damage of my vehicle and in that two weeks, they would text me twice a week to give me update without me calling them for it. My vehicle looks brand new when I picked up. The staff are friendly, courteous and prompt when answering my queries. Overall I m very satisfied with them and will highly recommend this place .Service: Body & Trim

Brought my Subaru in for an estimate over 2 weeks ago. Never received my esitmate. Called multiple times to check on the status and was told that the estimator would get back to me. Never received a call back. Sad, due to all the good reviews, but this was my experience. Taking my business to Gerber.

I was rear ended and set up a claim with insurance to use Service King. They took my information and set up an appointment for three weeks out, asking me what type of car, model etc. The day before my appointment they called back to tell me that don t service that model, after sitting on the information for three weeks. Totally unprofessional and their help in resolving the issue was to offer to contact other auto body shops.

Welp , I am a month in a half in and I have no vehicle. I have no status update. I was scheduled to receive my car in 10/21/2022, that date has came and went. I am pretty sure that I will have to wait for the coming of JESUS himself before I get my car. In the text message after I dropped off my vehicle it says "Thank You, You made the right choice". Welp, I DID NOT MAKE the correct decision. I am still without a vehicle or status of completion. I have done my homework in trying to expedite a part that they can't get. I should get a discount. Eric seems to be all alone and is unable to do the job of everyone else. My husband has called and was sent to the manager, who couldn't do a NOTHING. The bill repair constantly goes up while I have no vehicle. Did I mention? I still have no status of the vehicle. I could have picked another collision place but they were full . In hindsight, I should have waited and maybe I would have a vehicle. The vehicle is in between inoperable to it is drivable, depending on who you talk too. I will be reaching out to BBB. Because the customer service has been TRASH. Leave your vehicle here at your own risk......I may get it in the year of 2023.

End Result was Wonderful! Everything leading up to was a little rocky in the beginning. They made it right after a few phone calls. All turned out well im the end. Only complaint is they didn't put my license plate back on. Now I have to figure that out because there are no holes for the plate on the front grill.Service: Body & Trim

A driver in an SUV backed into my car while it was in a line of unmoving cars in a crowded parking lot. Although the damage was not serious, there were some scratches and a dent on the left side between the door and the rear wheel. Fortunately, the driver was very honest. He provided his information and filed a claim with his insurance company. That company works with Service. King, so I took my car there for the repairs.I brought the car in for an estimate and then got the repairs scheduled on a day of.my choice, which was a Monday. I was hoping that the repairs would be done by the weekend and was very pleased that the car was ready on Thursday. As I live nearby, I walked over and got the car. The left side looks great again. I was treated with courtesy and friendliness, too.Had I needed it, Service King could have provided me with a rental car. That was good to know, although in this case it wasn't necessary.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The entire staff was very friendly and made this whole process as easy as possible. I was constantly updated on what was going on. I got my car back way quicker than I thought I would. They did great work, you can t even tell it was ever damaged. Overall great quality and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Thanks everyone at Service King in Oak Park!!!

Unfortunately had to take a car here twice, once for repairs and then a second time for a warranty repair as a result of their sloppy work. During the first visit we would encounter a rude employee who made it very obvious that we were annoying her with wanting updates on the repairs after not receiving a call for almost a week. Finally got the car back and immediately noticed that the car doors were scratched after being painted.Took the car back recently for the warranty repair of repainting the doors. That went smooth but then we found that the keyless entry is failing after the doors were removed. Extremely frustrating that this shop seemingly cannot do things well.

WARNING: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.I set up an estimate on 11/12. I went in, a worker took pictures of the damage. And was told they would email me the estimate. Well 11 days later and I never received an email with the estimate. I called back a few times and they keep giving me excuses saying we'll get the estimate right over to you. I even asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not available. I requested a call back from the manager but he never reached out to me. Do they not want the business? These people are terrible. I'm so glad I decided not to let them fix my truck. They can't even handle giving me a quote I wouldn't trust them with my truck! They suck!

The repair experience at service king of Oak Park really exceeded my expectations. I was prepared for callbacks and minor imperfections which is normal considering the complexity and the scope of the repairs being made, but no, after i took delivery of my 2017 Audi q7 after a major crash, and driving it for 2 days to make sure everything was all right , It Felt as if i purchased a brand new car. Even the noises that the Audi dealership dismissed as a regular wear and treat suddenly disappeared after the body work done on my doors, bumper, front and headlight.All the crew involved was fully professional and knowledgeable: Abel, Stanford and Juan.Thank you guys, i am impressed and happy owner of a brand new (again) car.

Needed my car repaired after someone scraped it in the grocery store parking lot. I took it to Service King in Oak Park and a gentleman named Stanford Berry took care of me from the beginning to end. He arranged for my rental car drop-off and pick-up, and sent me texts on the progress of my repair. When I picked up my vehicle it was cleaner than when I originally dropped it off. Hopefully, I don't need to have my vehicle repaired again, but if I do I would return because of the good work and great service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to get my truck repaired a couple weeks ago, I was in a fender bender. Everyone was so friendly, the shop felt welcoming and they made the check-in process really easy and covid friendly. Once they started working on my truck there were some underlying issues with my truck, from the accident. Alejandra was really informative, and open to explaining what was going on. I took my vehicle to the oak park location to get my vehicle fixed, they send it to their rolling meadows location I don't know why.I've been calling since December to follow up on parts they promise they were going to fix and they keep giving me the runaround EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE DONT GO HERE GO TO ANOTHER COLLISION WORKSHOP TO GET YOU CAR FIX, read the reviews from other customers they take the work and then they bite more than they can chew and we the customers get the bad end of this.

I was involved in an accident where the person who hit my vehicle had fled the scene, and I got his information and his insurance said this was one of the shops to go to repair my 2020 Toyota Highlander.I went there on Friday, May 14th to pick up my car, only to be told my car was not ready because they had 3 Toyota Highlanders at the shop, and mixed my vehicle for someone else s . Even when I called Wednesday to get an estimate on what day it ll be ready, then I called Thursday to get a better idea what time so I can get off work. I was told 1pm by Friday. Then I called Friday morning to triple check it ll be ready by 1PM.Because the workers did not double check which vehicle was mine, I ended up missing a day of work, paying for Uber s, and paying for a babysitter for my kids.On top of all that, I was never given an apology, so I had to argue with the people at the front desks. Jennifer was the one I spoke to multiple times, and she was the one who told me the only option is for ME to pay for a rental car for their mistake. They told the general manager Abel, about the situation and I was offered a gift card for $100 for the inconvenience, an interior cleaning for my vehicle, and that they would buff my entire car. This sounded dumb because I purchased this brand new vehicle not even 6 months prior so why would I need buffing when the exterior is in excellent condition. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.When I went to drop off my car for the buffing and interior cleaning, one of the ladies said the manager told me to give you this . This was disappointing because the general manager didn t even have the guts to show his face to apologize about this whole inconvenience, and every time I tried to talk to him he was busy . The worker seemed to be insincere about the situation. The interior of my vehicle was definitely NOT cleaned, and I am questioning whether they even buffed my vehicle because it seems like they just did an exterior car wash. They did however pay for my Uber to drop my vehicle off so they could buff and clean the interior of my vehicle which they definitely did NOT do. All in all, I missed more than a day of work, which costs definitely more than $100, and they lied about what they would accommodate me with.This location is completely unprofessional and it was a severely disappointing situation. I definitely would not recommend anybody I know to go here for any type of auto needs.Service: Body & Trim

good attention to receive your car. But once they have the job, the goal is to finish it. and in a faster way. using Chinese parts. So they are not perfectly installed, keeping the assembly line, it is not perfect as when you buy your Car. To deliver it to you is not the same careful attention as when they received the car. they are not retailers. If they change a head lights, nor do they change the burned out lights. they leave you the ones you brought. , I did not like the work they did, the truth was a lot of money that the insurance company

Service King was one of my options my insurance provided when my car was struck in a hit and run accident back on April 13th. And it took until May 6th to have any sort of communication of what were the next steps for my vehicle. Service King was very unprofessional in their lack of communication to me as well as to my insurance company. Every phone conversation in regards to the status of my car was initiated by me, the customer. Not once did Service King follow up with me. And whenever I called I was told that my insurance was to blame and come to find out that was not true. No one from Service King apologized for the delay or explained to me why it took so long to just get an estimate done. 3 weeks to communicate to my insurance that the car was a total loss. And at no point was I updated about this process. NowI am in a situation that my insurance has reached its limit for paying for a rental car, and I have to either pay the cost of the rental car or have no mode of transportation for work and other essential needs. Had there been some sort of communication done in the three weeks that Service King had my vehicle maybe I could have this issue resolved, but because of their negligence I have been inconvenienced. I would not recommend Service King for their lack of communication, timeliness and professionalism.

FIVE STARS. Unfortunately I've had two occasions to use these folks, once as a non-insurance claim, once through the insurance. Each time I came away thrilled with the experience; except obviously the being involved in an accident part leading into it.Most recently Juan Rodriguez was my service advisor, could not have been more professional, thorough, engaging. I absolutely recommend Service King Oak Park!
