Seamus was amazing. Great deal, great car. Everything was exactly how he said, had a great price, friendly, quick responses. I made a 6 hr drive to get this vehicle and when I arrived, Seamus had everything prepared so I could get back on the road as soon as possible. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and I owe that to Seamus and his excellent work.

I leased my car here in November at it was painless. They beat another Volvo dealership by $175 per month without needing to negotiate.I had my first service 1/19/23 for a door issue. Marc Kubil, the service manager, was just great: he's honest, nice and looks out for your best interest, not trying to squeeze every penny out of you like other places. He brings the "local auto shop" feel to a dealership service center

The staff displayed rudeness and a complete lack of respect for customers. They failed to listen to my requests and even resorted to yelling during phone calls. Basic courtesy and human decency were nonexistent. I strongly advise avoiding this dealership if you value good customer service.Side note- did not ask them to move at all on the price of the vehicle. Just asking for respect as a customer from Rodney and William.

Awesome dealership both for purchase (got 0% APR back when that was a thing) and maintenance. The crew here have always been very friendly and professional. Ask for Robert and Jamir they are both awesome. I drive from the city to get my XC 40 serviced here and never had a problem. Highly recommend.

Extremely happy with my experience at Volvo Oak Park from start to finish it was the best car buying experience i've had. Rich & Casey were the best. They both have a ton of knowledge on all the makes of vehicles and were friendly, professional, and kind. Never felt any pressure and very transparent throughout the transaction. Bought a used bmw. Didn't negotiate the price because it was competitive, and now I know why it was. Their used car preparation isn't good. Here are defects I found so far: missing car jack support - unsure how they inspected the car, tire inside wall damage - had to replace the tire, and bent rims - need to replace all four rims they must have balanced it to be ok for low speed.In the first test drive, I noticed that the car was pulling to the right. They said there is nothing wrong, and I walked out, and then they told me one of the front tire is an old one, promised to install a new one, asked me to come back in a few hours. When I came back, they switched left and right tires. I refused to sign any docs, and told them to call me when the vehicle is ready.After a few days, I got a call and visited again to pick up. One bmw air cap was gone. Alex could not find it in the service department and told me it costs $10 in Amazon. Ok I would just buy it because it was late and I signed the docs. Trusting their words about the tire, I picked up the car in a rainy day. I should have not. Arriving home, I found that the same old tire was still there. They said they installed the new tire in the rear! I thought I would just pay for it and save my time to visit them again. It's a used car, right?Brought the car to local costco tire to balance tires, and they discovered no jack support so they could not lift the car. That's why the dealer did not replace the front tire! I wonder how they switched the front two tires. What a surprise but it costs small $$ so I decided to install it myself and visited costco again. They found that balancing of all 4 wheels are off and checked wheels and tires. The old tire inside wall was ripped! It was a run flat tire so it was not noticed. Had to spend $$$. They also found all 4 rims are bent. It will cost me $$$$.Management contacted me on Monday and suggest me to help me out. Will update about it later on.

Marc Kubil did an incredible job helping me with a slightly hazardous issue in my vehicle. They were able to use my warranty to cover it and did it within a few hours. Incredible customer service, I plan on coming back again.

My husband and I recently purchased a used certified vehicle from this dealership. Overall, the experience with the sales representative and the driving experience was great. During the financing portion of the sale, the financing representative presented us with an initial offer with the full warranty. It took us a while to see a secondary offer with a lower warranty. Only then did we realize that he had not only adjusted the initial car sticker price between the two offers but they were also both higher than the initial price we had agreed upon with the sales representative. When we voiced that we wanted to sign an offer with the agreed upon sticker price and no warranty, the rep printed the new offer, immediately shredded the other two offers and had an instant shift in demeanor. The exchange felt both dishonest and unethical and I would not return to this dealership in the future.Be very careful if you are buying an extended warranty and understand before walking in what your monthly payment should be based on how much you are financing. I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership again based on what we experienced in the financing portion of this sale.

Great experience buying a CPO Volvo from Autobarn Volvo in Oak Park. My car sales dream team is Dennis the GM, to Rodney my salesman and Lorena in credit to close the deal. They took care to make sure I had all my questions answered, and I left with a huge smile on my face. 10 out of 10.

I brought in my 2020 Volvo XC 40 for the scheduled 40,000 Mile Maintenance. Upon Arrival I signed Paperwork and was given a Loaner Vehicle. I picked up my SUV in the Afternoon. My Service Advisor Jamir Garcia was outstanding! Knowledgeable, courteous and informative. He explained everything that was performed in Detail! And my Vehicle was also washed!!! The Service Manager, Marc Kubil was also available for questions if necessary. Check In and Waiting Areas were very clean and comfortable!!!!!I am very glad that I purchased my Vehicle from Volvo of Oak Park and receive outstanding Service when when needed!!!

I brought my vehicle for regular service plus a few other items I was concerned about. In talking with Marc Kubil, he listened, wrote down my concerns and said he would have the techs look into but felt some issues might not be as I thought. I am not an automotive expert, so I placed my trust in his judgement and suggestions. Marc kept me abreast of what was found and the actions needed to correct to which I gave my OK. His interest in listening, suggesting and providing me with timely updates toward the work progress eased my anxiety. Marc showed a genuine interest in me, and his demeanor made for a very good communicator.

I am so very thankful for the extremely outstanding job Marc Kubil did in helping me with an existing and persistent problem on my Volvo. He went above and beyond in providing service and knowledge to resolve the problem. As a Volvo customer, we are very lucky to have someone like Marc working with us. As an employer, Volvo should so very, very much be aware of and appreciate the manner in which he treats customers and provides exemplary service. When it comes time to buy a new car, I will probably get a Volvo just because of the way I was treated by Marc.

This was our 4th Volvo and 6th car from Autobarn, 5 from the Oak Park location. Working through the sale with Alex was easy, informative, and thorough. He checked in on us as our old lease was expiring, kept in touch through the holidays, and was very flexible with his time and availability. Not that we needed much time; the whole sale was super quick once we were ready. I wish I remembered the name of the finance manager, but we were in and out of his office so quickly that we only traded brief introductions, signed a bunch of papers and were done in a flash. Alex was great about letting us come back twice to get a couple things we left in the old car and setting up an appointment for the new car to get one quick adjustment.

An awesome experience working with a talented and skilled team. Our transaction was handled with one of the smoothest experiences I've had in a dealership. Jay Conley has been with the dealership for over 10 years and it shows. He is professional, not pushy and definitely cares about matching you with a product that works for your (our) needs. I really wish he was our sales guy for everything that we buy!Zia Hannah was the finance manager and while newer to the dealership, very friendly, clear, and not at all pushy. He wanted to make sure we understood the options available to us and then worked hard to make sure that we were getting a fair deal. There is no pressure to buy and he took all the time we needed to explain the options.We also had a chance to meet Robert Fellows in the service area, Jay and Zia felt it was important that we knew their counterpart so we would be taken care of when we brought the car in for maintenance or service.I can't stress enough that if you're in the market for a Volvo, it would be worth driving across town to work with this team.

Great experience buying a new XC60 here. Rodney was very accommodating, and we were able to get a bunch of the paperwork done via email in advance. In and out in under 2 hours on the day, including a trade-in and test drive. Highly recommend Autobarn, and highly recommend Rodney!

Autobarn repaired my brake booster back in September. I experienced issues with the brakes again in November of which it felt like the issue could be tied back to the repaired booster. Jamir and the service team responded to my inquiry, evaluated the vehicle, and made good by replacing the booster in a span of 24 hours. Especially impressive given it was the day before Thanksgiving. Thanks for the first-class experience!
