Great place, awesome prices, easy application process.I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass a few months ago. It was by far my best dealership experience. They were not pushy and provided great service. They also followed up with me multiple times after I had bought the car to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

I have purchased two Ford Explorers from Webb Ford. My second Explorer has been a nightmare. I currently have a 2020 Explorer coming to the end of it lease for in December. In the past year I have had 2 transmissions installed,sensors, and radio issues. The vehicle only has 33k miles on it. None of these issues were anyone s fault other than Ford corporate. Over the past couple of weeks, my wife and I were trying to purchase a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited to replace the Explorer. Had a very fair deal with Webb Hyndai in Merrilville. My wife wanted to look at a different color at there sister store in Highland. I was offered 28k for a value of my Explorer at your Merrilville store . Unfortunately after visiting the Highland store the value was depleted to 24k, due to the mechanical issues. Then when I contacted your Merrilville store the adjusted price was put into effect. I have called Ford corporate multiple times to express my displeasure with there product. I am now stuck with a vehicle that has had mechanical issues that were not my fault and the depreciated value is passed onto my wife and I. Will not be doing business with Webb any longer.

Great Dealership and Service! First time customer, on July 3rd, 2019 bought a Mercedes cla 250. As soon as I walked in the door was made to feel at home and very comfortable. Sales people were great. I came in with financing, but they were able to get me a better interest rate. They literally saved me almost 3,000. I've bought cars from many dealerships, many supposedly high end, and this was by far the most pleasant buying experience I have encountered. I was in and out in a few hours. They have lots of beautiful cars on their lot and everyone is really nice and make you feel very comfortable. Everything was explained in detail with great transparency. They have a customer in me for life. I am never buying elsewhere and I am referring everyone I know. If you are looking for a vehicle, you should definitely give them a call.

I just purchased my dream car from Sam and Nate!! Not only was their service over the top but they did not run my credit over and over!!! They were very informative and I appreciate their professionalism. I highly recommend this location for great service and great deals on vehicles!!!

Marcus was extremely helpful and just absolutely amazing. I was buying my first car so I was already nervous and he came out and met my mom and I in the parking lot and just made everything about my first experience enjoyable. He was great in explaining what things mean and helping me along in the whole process. I m so glad that I chose to go to Webb Auto Outlet and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car! Thank you Marcus for making my first car purchase a memorable one, and for a good reason!

What a great auto outlet that is easy to get to and convenient to maneuver around. They had a beautiful variety of vehicles that suited our small, but growing family's needs. Our associate, Sam was very friendly and easy to talk to. He answered each of our questions and made shopping for our family vehicle simple. We had to bring our toddler with us to shop for our new vehicle and Sam was even nice and patient with her, even with how "busy" and "spirited" she was. We are grateful for his help and kindness. We did not feel rushed, nor deserted by Sam and the company; but rather we felt that we were treated fairly and like we were worthwhile guests of this store. Thank you for this wonderful auto shopping experience; especially the exceptional customer service! And we certainly like our new car! Thanks again.

This dealership is great. Sam, Corey, and Luis were all awesome and helpful. I was able to walk out with my new (used) car within 30 minutes of walking through the door. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody looking to get a great deal on a used car!

Great service, Sam made the buying process very easy and he worked to get the best rate on my loan. He was prompt to fix any issue I had with the car to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Great experience I will recommend to anyone.

Bought a Buick Verano recently - a great deal as it as a manager's special, this car is in good condition, and there was a solid bumper-to-bumper warranty on offer as well. Their follow up to your initial call is also good.Sam was really helpful and gave me good advice with respect to financials - he's very level headed, and while there is a salesman aspect - if you ask him the right questions (...think long term planning and cost savings) he's really able to give you sound advice and is knowledgeable.There was personalized service, this is a good spot with some nice cars. It may not offer all the services you may get in a place like Drive Time - but they still work pretty well and I got a good deal. I do recommend checking them out.

Great people working here. Came in a few weeks ago and Corey walked me through some things and showed me a few cars. Came back in today and Scott helped me drive off the lot in a great vehicle. Most painless purchase ever and all the staff involved we're great.

Great service! The salesmen are very friendly and work with you to help you find a car you really enjoy. Bought a maxima off them just yesterday and it was a simple and easy process. Love my purchase and the experience was great. Truly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!! Used or new cars, get it from Webb auto outlet in Palos Hills! You won't regret it

I just bought a used vehicle from this dealer and it was an amazing experience. Nate Jr. was my salesperson and he was so nice and fun to work with - the service was impeccable. Nate Sr., the general manager, was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process to get me the best rate. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a used and quality vehicle.

I came there looked at a car and Sam followed up with me and called me and was open to answer questions about the car I was interested in ,because he took me seriously I came in one day with out calling and purchased the car . He made the buying experience fast easy and comfortable ...thanks Sam and thanks to the staff at Webb outlet I will do business with them . He told me if I have concerns with the car to just stop in and he and the staff around him will do the best they can . That raised my comport level even more I'm happy to get the 2007 Lexus that I had my eye on and he made that happen ..

Great experience, Scott was very helpful. He had listed one of their used trade ins on Facebook and it was priced pretty low. I messaged him and said my daughter was looking for her first car and wanted to come see it. We came a couple days later and bought it.

Jeff and Sam were great to work with!1/25/19 update: they included the fees for the plates as part of the transaction. We purchased the car in mid November. It is now a full two months later and still no plates. I call every week for an update (because they never proactively call me to let me know the status). Every week they tell me it will be there by the end of the week. This has happened for 8 weeks! Unbelievable.

The whole sales team was great. I test drove multiple vehicles and we ran multiple options. Sam and his colleagues did a great job getting us a great suv for a great price. Everyone looking for a used car or suv should visit Webb Auto Outlet! There was zero pressure from them to buy anything. They truly try to make the whole process smooth and easy. Thanks guys!!

Webb Auto Outlet is a wonderful dealership with excellent customer service. The prices here are unbeatable. Frank helped me find a beautiful car and was more than hospitable. He truly is an outstanding salesman and you can really tell he cares about his customers. This is the only dealership I would recommend. If you arent buying from Webb Auto you're wrong.

I just got a used Acura from Webb yesterday along with great service. They explained the cars specs and helped out on financing. I came in with an old junk car, but they even gave me more than face value! All around friendly, and not the typical car dealership. Very customer oriented.

My experience at Webb Auto Outlet was memorable in more ways than one. I recently purchased my first car, a red Hyundai Elantra, and am so pleased with the car! Sam, the salesman who helped me find the right car, was so helpful and so knowledgeable about all of the cars I test drove, but especially about the one I purchased. I would recommend to anyone in the area to purchase a car through this dealership! And to ask for Sam!

Sam Bazzar was very helpful in finding the right car for me. Everyone was wonderful and personable. When I went back to drop off some paperwork, they told me they talked to the finance company and got my rate lowered! I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs a car.
