Great people who care. Dave and Jeff helped me get into a great car lowest miles and good price. They treated me with respect and empathy. Everyone I spoke to Nathan and Manager Mr Boyle made that extra step to make purchasing a great experience.

I got the car of my dreams from Oak Lawn VW. The 2024 VW Golf R manual transmission is really hard to find. Oak Lawn had one on the floor and were straight forward on the price. Other dealerships that had cars inbound wouldn't provide pricing or played games with holding cars until they were not held. Jeremiah Jones was honest with me and followed through on promises. They were looking for a serious buyer and I was looking for a dealership that wasn't going to make false promises. The dealer wouldn't unlock or drive the car at all knowing the type of person that would want this car. Was Jerry and Oak Lawn tough negotiators? Sure. This was an opportunity I knew I had to grab. VW of Oak Lawn worked in good faith and didn't try to sell the car out from under me even though I needed a few days to make the 4 hour drive. Jerry was very friendly and his sales manager Tim followed up with their promises knowing I couldn't come back again. They managed to get all of the prep and requests from me done even though their service dept was slammed. When buying a car you need to know what to expect or what options you have through the dealership or on your own. VW of Oak Lawn was straight and professional and I knew what to expect. You'll be very happy if you get Jerry as your sales person!

I worked with David P over the weekend and he helped me get into a vehicle that I fell in love with. Him and Nate did their absolute best to make sure I was happy and stayed within my budget. They did not settle until I got what I needed. I had both of my young children with me and they were so great to them and made sure they were comfortable the entire time. I will absolutely be back, and will be reaching out to David P when it s time for my next vehicle.

I had the best "car-buying" experience with DQ and Nate that I've ever had! These guys made sure I was well taken care during the whole process. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!Jeff was amazing in helping with a couple of the "bells and whistles" I had trouble locating. Great job fellas!

I walked in the dealership and was greeted by a young man named Jerry, he took care of me from start to finish. Jerry asked questions, he s considerate and also knowledgeable. Any question my husband or myself had he answered with no problem.It was one where I was gonna leave because I didn t have what he asked for or better yet what the dealership was asking for. He asked me to stay and stated that he wanted my business and let s see what we can do.He went over and talked to his manager Nate a few times. Nate even came and introduced himself to my husband and I, he was very nice and helpful as well and we all came to a deal. Everyone was very nice and even the process was great, I can t complain. I definitely will be back and will be bringing family to see Jerry very soon. He s going to do very well here, keep up the good work.

We had a great experience here. King was great with his communication and understanding of what I was looking for. Also sticking around with us to make sure that we were doing good and being helped with everything. David was a huge help in selling us the car. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything the car is equipped with. Very friendly staff all around! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone I know!

Things are finally starting to look up at VW of Oak Lawn SERVICE! I've dealt with their sub-par service side multiple times in the past and swore I would never take my TDI there again. I needed some insurance work done and I decided I would give them one more shot. TYLER took care of it 110% and was VERY knowledgeable. He kept great communication the entire process which in the past, would have never happened. Before, you would pull into the service dropoff even with an appointment and NOBODY would know why you were there. It's good to know when you need the dealership for maintenance, you can TRUST Tyler and he will get everything taken care of.Thanks again TYLER!

My experience with this dealer is beyond words!!! Jerry and David P. Went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle that I not only wanted but am comfortable with overall financially. I ve been to many dealers before and this by far has been my best experience!! I definitely look forward to doing more business with you all in the future! Great car shopping experience for my father at VW in Oak Lawn. Everyone is friendly and welcoming walking in. Eduardo is a professional and polite salesperson. He was attentive to my father s needs and he went above & beyond to provide a reasonable and fair price for his (trade-in) purchase. My husband and I were there to look at the 2024 Tiguans. John K our salesman was so good with us. He was professional and patient with all our questions. John was very knowledgable and worked with us from beginning to end. And when we were there Monday to drop off some paperwork he took the time to show me more about my new Tiguan. The whole experience for me was pretty smooth considering that buying a brand new car can be draining. John K -thank you so much! So happy with my new car!

My husband and I went in to look at a car. Had no intention on buying anything. King was our salesman and he was awesome. The one thing I appreciated the most was that he did not try to get us to settle for something that we did not want. He was not overbearing and pushy like many are. Ultimately, we ended up buying an SUV we wanted and I would recommend VW of Oak Lawn and King.

Love love love the service here ! Our second time purchasing from this dealer. Our sales men Jeff Keubeng went above and beyond for us. Husband walked in almost an hour before closing & they still serviced him. We couldn t take the car with him the day of purchase so Jeff dropped off our 2024 atlas to our home. He was very helpful and informative he is your guy ! Thank you again Volkswagen!
