I have been paying for tire insurance for almost 5 years now. I got my first flat. When I called, there was no urgency to help. Told me he was too busy for the week. I have a far commute to work, and I need to be at work. I will never go back here or use any of their services again.

Dennis was very nice and took time to answer my questions. It was a pleasant experience, this time. I had several services done. My car was returned in a timely manner. I am excited about the remodeling. I hope it extends to the waiting area. I purchased my car from Heritage Cadillac in Lombard. The two places are like night and day. Comfortable seating, snacks, wifi, and charging stations. It looks the way a luxury car dealer should. My fingers are crossed for the pending changes.

I am a Navy Gulf war Veteran that has been driving Cadillacs for 25 years. In September 2023 I decided to upgrade my 2010 Dts to and Xts. I found a 2014 XTs on line at Napleton Cadillac on 101st and Cicero. I test drove and purchased the vehicle for over $15k. 2weeks after purchase 3 service lights came on. The cars shuts off and transmission jumps. I returned the vehicle to Napleton and was told by the store manager it was an as is purchase and would cost me $232 to diagnose the car. Stone faced no empathy what so ever I left angry saved up some more money and returned today 11/10/23. I am now being told the transmission control module is bad and it will cost me $2000 to fix. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP they do not stand by there products

Excellent buying experience! I purchased a pre owned Cadillac from Napleton Oak Lawn, beautiful car. 1st drive at night headlights were very dim. Russ and his sales team happily made things 100% right for us. They even scheduled the work at a Cadillac dealer close to us. I highly recommend Napleton Cadillac Oak Lawn!

Had a great experience buying my first Cadillac. Kevin Helped me find the model I wanted and didn t pressure me to make a decision. GM also offered veteran and Costco discounts which helped me get a good price. Highly recommend this place if you are in the market

I absolutely LOVED THIS PLACE!!!! From the 1st call with Clarissa and Shannon at 9 am!!! We were able to complete the application online and send over all the documents needed before ever stepping inside the building. We got stuck in traffic and ended up getting there after 6pm and were driving away in our new car by 7pm. The finance manager was super informative and made sure that were understood all our options!!! Not to mention we got an AMAZING DEAL!!! Shannon also threw in a few perks to sweeten the deal!!! I give the overall experience a 10 out of 10!!! If you're looking to purchase a Good car from GREAT people Napleton Cadillac Oak Lawn is your place!!!

My experience at Napleton Cadillac was the worst, I have everreceived. I had an appointment today at 10:00 to check brakeson my 2009 CTS. I had arrived at 9:45. One of my neighbors picked me up so I would not have to wait. I never heard anything.I called around 11:30 & spoke to receptionist. She said she wouldcheck & call me. I did not hear anything. I called again aroundnoon & she could not get an answer from agent. I told her Iwould be in to pick up my car. I arrived at 12:45 & agent told methey were backed up. I had an appointment & I should comebefore people that just drive in for service. I should have beencalled much earlier. I have wasted 3 hours & my brakes were stillnot checked. I purchased this car from Shirey & had all my service performed at this facility. i was never disappointed.I would never return to Napleton for any service.

Recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership last weekend I wanted to personally thank Nicole, Russ, Richard, and Aaron for the great service. I flew into town to pick the vehicle up to drive back home. They had everything ready for me so I could be in out and pretty quickly since I had a long drive back home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I appreciate you guys customer service. I would do business with this dealership again in the future! Best wishes!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The customer service is disgraceful. Went in in a Saturday morning to pick up a vehicle, walked in the service door and no one greeted us for over 15 minutes. There were 2 employees standing around playing on their phones and the guy at the service desk didn t so much as say Good Morning. I finally got fed up and started asking random employees where is the CS Manager only for them to tell me they don t know because they work in sales ..oddly enough none of them were even attempting to sale a vehicle. The service agent finally acknowledged us after walking pass us several times at his desk only to tell us to see the cashier. Needless to say the Cashier was the best part of the visit she was very helpful answering questions about why charges were listed that should have been removed to to the tune of $300. Went back to the service agent who still was very dismissive when asked where is our vehicle. He was more concerned with the cookies near the vending machine. Before leaving I made sure to let the service agent know that the service there is horrible and why. I hope Judith who I found out was the manager in vacation had a great Thanksgivings because her staff at the service desk definitely forgot what customer service was in here absence. This place will make you NOT buy a Cadillac EVER!!!

I've been a customer of Shirley Cadillac since 2002. Its the best dealership to buy or service a car. Joe, Paul, Dan and the entire staff make the experience painless and enjoyable. Honestly, it took more time to buy and set up my cell phone than to buy my current car. Service department is the best.Update: Today I took my 2017 ATS in for service due to check engine light on. I have Endurance. Diagnostics showed I needed a new battery. The dealership called Endurance to file a claim and after being on hold for 15 minutes was told I did not have an account with them. I then called Endurance and was told my account was active..The claim was filed and after review I was declined. Endurance has a policy that you have to go 30 days AND 1000 miles before you can claim. I'm retired. It might take me 6 months to put on 1000 miles. Thing is Endurance is taking 159.00 a month out of my account even though I can't make a claim. Since I was already at the dealership I asked how much for a battery. Battery $250.00 installation $250.00 Endurance 159.00. REALLY? Plus I had to pay $231.00 for diagnosis. Basically it comes down to $890.00 for a battery installed. I decided I'll do it myself. $250.00. Plus they found a leak in my timing chain cover. Cost: $2300.00. problem with that is they added that to my invoice so even after I reach 1000 miles it's in the system and I won't be able to claim it. What a scam. I will never go back to Napleton Cadillac, I will never buy another Cadillac ( my 2017 has 44000 miles and needs a timing chain cover seal? REALLY? ) and I am cancelling Endurance for another company yet to be determined.

Went in for front end noise. They gave me a ridiculous estimate over $4 grand . Didn t mention anything to me about a dealer warranty that was still on the vehicle. Took it Rizza Cadillac where everything was taken care of under the dealer warranty. Not only are they unprofessional and grimy. The service managers lack the meaning of customer service. They wanted me to pay cash and never mentioned anything about the warranty on the vehicle. SHADY CROOKS.

I understand there doing some new construction. But for a Cadillac dearship I was very disappointed . I don't think I will stop in to check on there Pre-owned inventory. My parents purchase there.

The worst experience of buying a car from them ever. All they do is lie to you and tell you what you want to hear. You can come to agreement shake his hand and all the numbers change after that. if you have a problem with a car they say all no problem we will fix it and they don t. So I took my car to a different dealership and they fixed it no problem. Don t buy from them and don t go to the service department.

I had a five-star experience dealing with Byron and Napleton Cadillac. Napleton Cadillac does collision repair for its sister dealership, Napleton Lincoln of Blue Island.I took my Lincoln for an insurance estimate. Byron was very attentive. He took the time to explain their entire process. In addition, Byron had my car washed so he could see the full extent of the damages.Then, I was pleased to discover that Byron had formerly worked at the Eurocollision, my former repair shop. Why didn't I return to Eurocollision? Significantly, I did go there, but upon arriving, I learned Eurocollision sold the business, so I chose to tap into my established relationship with Napleton for this repair.I look forward to a great outcome as I restore my car to its proper condition after being rear-ended, a very unsettling experience.Napleton Cadillac and Byron are a winning combination.Visit them for your service needs. You won't be disappointed.

I arrived at the dealership and was met by Brian in the service department.My vehicle went through a diagnostic check. I was scheduled for a complete oil change and tire rotation. I was advised the tire rotation was not needed. My vehicle was serviced in a short period of time. I was in and out in no time. Thanks to the service staff and mechanics shop. Job well done!!!

my experience with Shirey was a great one. Great cars and great people. Joe made the process of selecting a car seem relaxed and easy. Financing was quick and easy. I was in and out. And the management team is the greatest! Nice people to do business with.

I called for a tire losing air and they advised me of a few more issues. They completed them all in a timely manner. The service department was very attentive to me while I was waiting. Shirey Cadillac has a great service team!!!!

Wonderful place to do business with and trust your vehicle with. Although I did not purchase my Cadillac with Shirey, the Shirey service team welcomed me with open arms as if I had. I came in earlier than they officially opened, but nevertheless opened their doors for me. Having a pre-appointment to have exterior corrosion protection and interior protection done probably helped. Julie and Wess were fantastic in explaining the entire process to me along with their other general services. I got a great loaner and was out to get to work in no time. Julie even helped to straighten out an issue I was having with my Sirius radio reception. I was able to pick up my car the same day and the work was top notch, especially love the leather enhancements that they made. It almost looks like they gave me a different and better looking vehicle.

absolutely horrible service dept. brought car in with no issue whatsoever only to get an oil change, AFTER they are done changing oil, they rude service advisor Anthony Lascola tells me engine light is flashing and abs lights are on and wants $550 to start diagnosing, I find it highly coincidental that I have been driving back and forth from Rockford for months and no lights flashing and then after them having the car for 45 minutes they claim lights are flashing, THEY ARE CROOKS, DO NOT GO HERE!

The service and attention I get when I come in to get my car serviced is exceptional. I am constantly kept informed of the progress. I appreciate the attention to detail that Gale gives and her pleasant disposition. I have found this to be true of Brian as well.

Julie and Gayle are ALWAYS top notch when it comes to the service of my car. Professional but warm, I never feel bad about any bad news(one major repair on my last Cadillac) they may bring, because they are EXTREMELY personable. I really appreciate the effort they put into their jobs!

Found the exact Cadillac I was looking for but it was 375 miles away. Decided it was worth the trip. Great communication with Guy. Thanks go out to Joe for picking me up at the airport. Paperwork was fairly simple and Escalade was ready to go when I got there. Great experience all around. Love my new vehicle!!

I experienced an unexpected situation of my Chevy Malibu stopping in the middle of a busy intersection. I had to make a decision as to whether to repair the car or trade it in. I prayed and decided to call Shirey Cadillac. I spoke with George, the sales manager, and explained my dilemma. He made me feel comfortable enough to have my car towed to Shirey. When I arrived, they had my information and a salesperson, named Clarissa, waiting to assist me. I was given Excellent customer services from the beginning to the end. My end decision was the purchase of my first Cadillac(a 2016 XTS). I am extremely pleased with my end result. First of all, I thank God. And I would ,also, like to thank George and Clarissa for their understanding, compassion and patience with me. I highly recommend Shirey Cadillac and it's personnel, particularly Clarissa! Thank you again!

Well when you bring your car in for a service issue and they find other problems and promise you your car in 4 days.No one communicates with you no phone call,text or email.You have to call them and leave a message it takes 2 days before you call again and get someone and they can't answer your questions and tell you the person with the answer won't be back to work for another 2days ?It takes 7 more days before you get your car. You drive it for a month and start having problems again. You find out they fixed everything but the original problem you brought it in for?So another 10 days without my car yes I had a loaner but it comes with restrictions.No drinking, no eating and no pets allowed in the car.You would think you would get a follow up call for everything that you had to go through?You know a little customer service?
