My customer service experience was top tier! Pedro Zavala was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and also very professional! He took the time to explain everything in detail regarding the health of my vehicle. He really cares about you as a customer and the overall performance of your vehicle. I did not receive an email, but I wanted to make sure you knew about my experience .The service and especially Humberto's customer service was superior. Affordable prices on repairs, friendly and comfortable atmosphere in the waiting room. along with quality repairs . I always say if you re not satisfied, there s always another gig in town. Don t complain, just take your business elsewhere. In this case, I will always continue to bring my business and referrals to GMC, Mike Haggerty service. I had the most amazing experience buying a car here!Hani greeted us with a smile and was so kind. Here are the things that made such a difference to me before we even started talking about numbers.I was with my boyfriend, but Hani was so respectful and had all the conversations with me, there was no mansplaning he didn t look to my BF to answer questions or make decisions.Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted we went into the negotiation process. Once again Hani was great! There was no pressure and the conversations were had with me. I had my own financing and everyone was still so great. There was no pressure and there was TRANSPARENCY, let me say that one more time TRANSPARENCY.The manager sat down and talked with us not to sell or push anything on us but just for conversation we learned his son was in Navy and it was just a pleasant conversation between people.The finance guy was funny that s right I said finance and funny in the same sentence.People don t just consider this dealer run to this dealer. It took longer to write this review than it did to buy the car. We were there for only 2 hours start to finish

I took my Chevy Spark for door and some electrical issues they took some time but helped me with the problems. I want to mention manager John who called me and explained the situation. I am going to get my car back today.I recommend this place.

I totally recommend this place for anybody who has a GM car. Pedro took very good care of me and my Buick. They have the best customer service reps and techies that explains everything to you and will work with you and not against you. I can't complain. My car is fixed and running great thanks to Pedro and the HAGGERTY SERVICE TEAM! YOu guys ROCK!

I made a appointment / reservation for my Denali first oil change ( which they service guy tried to charge me for until I showed him my GMC account which clearly stated first oil change and tire rotation is free ) and to replace the power inverter which had burned out. ( covered under warranty ) I left work 2 hours early for the appointment ( non paid ) I arrived early. After sitting in the waiting area for 90 minutes I was told that The dealership did not have any employees working that day who could replace my power inverter. They started to high pressure me to schedule right then when I can return to have the burned out parts replaced. Nope sounds like the dealership had a total failure to replace the main thing that they were informed of and was scheduled to be replaced. I will never return Haggerty GMC. Thank you for wasting my time.

I haven t even stepped in your establishment and I m giving you one star. I read through your reviews and the ones that should ve got your attention the owner ignored. Now the 5 start reviews are being answered smh. That says a lot about your business. You have no idea how much business you lose by not being good to your customers.

Extremely disappointed, they clearly don't stand behind their work. I had a repair done 18 months ago and have had a nagging misfire since (same issue just less severe with no check engine light). Asked them to check their work as it was still under warranty. They said they had to charge me $169 for the inspection because I took too long to bring it in. I told them I didn't bring it in at first because I was waiting for a check engine light, since I know misfires are hard to diagnose without it. They inspected it, couldn't find the problem, and still charged me for the inspection. They actually called me to tell me they would need another $500 to complete their inspection, but it was clear they were searching blindly. They still haven't shown it wasn't their work causing the issue, actually told me it could be an issue with the same part, but they want me to spend $669 to show that it really is a warranty issue. Over the weekend I decided to replace their part to see if that would fix the issue.When I started the work, I found that they had damaged a number of parts and put the damaged parts back in. There was a tear in the air intake hose, that folded back when it was reinstalled. The PCV valve was cracked, and someone used electrical tape to hold it back together. Finally all 5 of the long bolts holding the intake manifold on were cracked in half, indicating that they were over torqued. I called the manager to discuss the broken parts and also sent him photos, but he insisted that because the work was done 18 months ago, there is nothing he can do, despite the fact that they are the last people to work on the engine and the repair has a 24 month warranty. It was a complete amateur job. I replaced the broken parts at my cost, and now everything is running smoothly. These were very obvious items that had they done a thorough inspection, they would have easily found. I am so very disappointed that the original repair was done so poorly, and I had to pay for trouble-shooting that was clearly not done. I am also disappointed that they have no desire to stand behind their work.

I brought in my truck for repair, they kept my truck for more than 1 day and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, doesn't sound right or maybe they just need better mechanics.

Mike Haggerty Buick in Oak Lawn has been part of my family for many years. We have all purchased a vehicle from there with complete satisfaction. Their service is second to none the selection is any issues that we have had or rectified very quickly. I know I can only get 5 stars but this is a 6-star rating truly the best place to buy your new or used car.

I have bumper to bumper and there saying because of the scratches it's not covered I'll let yall be the judge oh and the reflector is in one piece. I've had other problems since this like what looked to be a tech messing with my personal equipment that had nothing to do with what was being checked out and no one rectify itEven after I showed proof

I brought in my vehicle with a check engine light on Tuesday. I called before closing thefollowing day because I had not yet heard on the status of my vehicle. They said a techwas not yet assigned. I called the following day before close, and when I was finallyconnected to the service associate (Brandon) the vehicle still had not been looked at.On Friday afternoon, Brandon calls to tell me the mechanic cleared the code and advisedme to drive it around and wait for it to pop up again? Excuse me? Then thecode popped back up while at the shop and they said it would be an additional $600 and somedollars to "look into it". Why the price? Just to keeping looking into it? Brandon saidthe mechanics are union and that's how it is. I don't care about these details of your business.It explains the long wait time and lack of work though. I decided no it is best to pick upmy vehicle and go somewhere with more integrity (Fuller's). I paid $165 dollars toget my truck back. If you are looking for a good babysitter then take your vehicle toMike Haggerty in Oak Lawn. Not for service though.

I would give this business zero stars da if I could. Purchased a truck back in April of this year for my fathers business. Paperwork was done incorrectly was lied to and mislead for months about what was missing to get the plates. Was told numerous time I would receive a call back from a manger and never did and when I got a hold of the district manger he hung up on me. I will never do business with this sham of place again. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this location. I will be reporting them to better business beau.

I would highly recommend not going here. The lack of professionalism is astonishing to me. I had an appointment today to get my car repaired at 9 am dropped the car off at 845. They said it would take 5 to 7 hours. It's currently 4:45 . They are calling to say sorry for the inconvenience but he isn't able to finish your car. I asked what was I supposed to do for the inconvenience he informed me he could get me a rental but they close at 5pm . I live normally 10 mins away however it's rush hour which takes 20 -25 mins to get there. The associate then tells me other than that he can offer me 100 dollars credit. How does that fix my issue ?!?! I asked what time would I be able to get my car tomorrow. His response is he doesn't know but I "should" be a priority. I asked what was the purpose in setting an appointment if my car isn't worked on until hours later. Of course they had no answer. This place is full of it . I have been going since I purchased the vehicle in 2017 I will not be going here any longer. I recommend that you don't either. I am highly dissatisfied. I usually don't write negative reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous. They are receiving a one star because I can't give zero.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my truck in because of an electrical issue. They first said it was the remote. I got a new remote that wasn t the problem. They replaced the battery, that wasn t the problem. They told me a new cable was the issue, they changed it that was not the problem. Charged over $1,200 and they never repaired it. Then they had the audacity to tell my husband that they could fix it but this time they were going to charge per hour. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! We had to call and ask for updates because they never had contact with us. My truck was there off and on for 2 weeks AND THE PROBLEM NEVER GOT SOLVED!!!!! I am currently waiting to see if another place can fix it! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Battery

Left work, I went there yesterday for a brakes inspection. Was there 5hrs before my car was placed on the lift. I was disappointed that I just ask for my car back. Talk with Ken and took it back today and was told that I didn't need brakes. Before I got home my car was making noise. I will not be going back.

This is a fabulous place....years ago we actually purchased a car from here...it was a demo car with very few miles on it...the buying experience was quite pleasant...as was the entire team of people from the salesman all the way to the service department...we have gone thru them with every oil change...to every other type of car service that was needed thru the years during the time we had that car...it has always been a delight when we had to go back there...for we always knew we could count on all of the people there...with their kindness and efficiency and professionalism...and now that we iwn snotger Pontiac...this again will be r go to place for all of r car needs...a place u can always count on and trust.....k

Spent a lot of money and they could not even get rid of the check engine light. They generally seem disorganized and unprofessional. I had high expectations for excellent service and was gravely disappointed. Do not throw your money away here.

The Customer care service was perfect at first, until the guy that was working with me had a family emergency and had to take off a couple days. Then nobody could tell me anything about my car it was a hassle for 4 days the supervisor acted they he was going to take care of the situation a he never did. From the time I walked in to the time I left. My every point of contact was amazing. Everyone is very professional and nice. Second time there. This place and service advisors have gone above and beyond for me. Will never use another dealership for my Yukon. I don t get the negative reviews. I didn t have any issues. One of the few high quality repair shops remaining. I called and received a same day appointment. Contrast that to other dealers that have appointments set a month or two in the future. Fair pricing that's fully explained beforehand, and the work I had done actually improved the drivability of my truck. Definitely worth the wait.

The worse experience I ve ever had with the service department. Never in my life have I ever given a bad review but they definitely deserve it. I made an appointment a few weeks ago to get my car looked at for some issues that came up. They gave me the appointment for today at 9 am. I took off work because I figure that they would need time to look at it. I arrived at 845 am and explained the issues the service advisor, Pedro. I was told that he would call me once it was looked at. I specifically told them that I needed my car for work tomorrow and to let me know if they were going to keep my truck so I can get a loaner or rent a car with time. 2pm came and my husband called, since it was getting late, so we can get an idea of what to plan for tomorrow. The lady that picked up the phone said that he will call us back. 5pm came and no call. We had to call them twice more before they finally answered to let us know that they haven t even looked at my truck. Mind you this was already 530pm and they close at 6pm. By this time the car rental was already closed. I had to go pick up my truck and they still had the nerve to write on the paperwork that I DECLINED service. The communication with your customers is horrible. I missed a complete day of work to make it to my scheduled appointment on time, yet you couldn t even look at my truck for the almost 9 hours that it was there.
