Parts and service charges me 25 dollars for shipping after I picked up the part in the store. Just order the cheapest option online and have it shipped to your house.Update: they made everything work and ensured I was satisfied with my customer service.

I have concerns on a couple of issues with buying a car at Oakland Mazda. I was not happy with them adding an additional warranty into the sale price and took my options away to show me the true monthly payment without an additional $3000 tack onto the price, which over 60 months of payments is $1000s of dollars more in interest. I kept asking to see both, but was not given the worksheet without the additional warranty tack on., tsking my options away. I was not happy with the service from the finance person, nor the detailing of the car. I got the car home and the inside was filled with dust and showed not being cleaned. It took them over 3 hours and the car still wasn't clean. When I went to retrieve the car the plates were not even transferred over and when the sale person ask the worker why, he just had this look like I get to it when I get to it. He finally changed the plate but with an attitude and threw their plate frame down like he was upset he had to do his job.

I've been a loyal customer to this Mazda since 2016 and as of 2022 I have decided I've had the last straw and will no longer step foot in here. I've never felt valued or appreciated as a customer in these 6 years, but continued to go out of convenience, familiarity, and just hope that it would get better the next visit. I recently had service done on my Mazda and it was returned to me with another problem than it went in for. The service advisor there did very little to assist me in what I needed. He seemed more interested in trying to get me to pay over $120.00 for a "noise diagnosis" when we both knew what the problem was. This was just one of the many issues I've had here, but definitely my last.

I have visited several dealerships in the last 3 months and I must say this one stood out from all of them. There dealership was impeccable from sales to service. I was never interested in Mazda products but their salesman Mahmoud brung it in for the win. We had a small discrepancy on one of the cars amenities but my salesman made it alright. I love my Mazda

Michael was our salesman and he was very patient and nice! He kept up conversation and made me feel very comfortable purchasing my FIRST CAR. So I appreciate him taking the time to help me find the one!

Purchased a new CX-5 from MJ. Least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not make me feel pressured. Dealership was clean and everyone wa s friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

While I m seeing quite a few disgusting comments, I can t necessarily comment on the sales team. But the Service guys in the back from Tino to Jeremy are by far the best people I ve came across. They are professional yet at ease at times and definitely understanding.I ve had my car over 3 years, bought it used from Carvana with not even 30k miles, I drive a lot so I put quite a few on there since then.Needless to say, these guys keep my car rolling, from stuff simple as oil changes & filters to throttle cleanings to tune ups to tires etc & at a timely fashion. Not even that pricy, they try and throw discounts to help if they can. Their just honest. They treat You as if it them spending their money. Every time they see me it s as if I m family, like we catching up from the last cookout LOLThey try and try they best to get me to trade it in, but as much as I keep up with my car. I swear it still rides like I first bought it ! But when I do, I m staying in the Mazda world just cause my car never did me wrong and neither have these guys.Oh!! I can t forget about Lucy, the cashier. She is a ball of energy I swear. She makes taking your money not as hard . Love her! Bought a car from them in May. Went back to cancel the extended warranty. The finance manager just printed a cancellation form. I called Mazda finance and they never got the paperwork. They most likely want to keep the money from the warranty.I wouldn t recommend buying a car from here the customer service is not that great. I would most likely go to another dealership for services.

When I purchased my vehicle, Service mechanics were on strike, so some components were not completed. I received a call from Johnny Red letting me know that not only was it time for an oil change, but they were now able to complete some minor components that I was missing. Service was a breeze. Tino was very professional and so was the young man (whose name escapes me) that escorted me to my vehicle.

Let me first say that I m a Mazda lover. I m on my second Mazda6 Touring and will most likely stay in the Mazda family.I needed help from Mazda s Service Dept, so I visited Mazda of Oak Lawn for the first and last time.I walked into their doors, saw Mazda employees, around 4 or 5 sitting at a desk. They all looked at me. Then, a guy walked out from another location, looked at me and still nothing was said to me. I saw another person sitting at a computer, still nothing.Okay, so I walked out, hopped in my beautiful metallic red Mazda6 and went to Mazda of Orland Park where I have always received exceptional service and attention. They did not disappoint me today either. I should have went straight to Orland Mazda.Oak Lawn should work on their customer service. I ll never give them my business. Not even for an oil change.Cheers..

Worst place ever. Dooo not shop with these people when I m done with them they will feel it. I purchase two Mazda s from this dealership and the customer service is horrible here. Do not deal with these people go to any other Mazda dealership this is the worst place ever. I m calling about paper work about my vehicle. The customer service rep name John in the sales department disrespected me there very ignorant and can t take ignorance. Now they won t answer the phone about paper work regarding a vehicle I purchased from them. I will be contacting Corperate and sharing this review on every website I can think of. That s why I drive a Beamer now do not deal with these crooks!
