I brought a 2018 rogue here, Laird was the sales person he was very professional, and polite and gave me a reasonable deal. The automatic starter malfunctioned, I took it back and service fixed the problem and replaced the starter battery and placed new windshield wipers on the vehicle at no charge to me. I was very satisfied all around with their dealership, and service.

Another great experience, Laird never fails to amaze me. He is always able to get me exactly what I want and that means alot. This is my fourth purchase from him at Nissan and I look forward to many more!

Beware of this dealer/service center. They try and take advantage of elderly people. My mother came in for a simple oil change, then tried to sell her a new cabin and air filter which I just changed for her. They quoted 170 for the filters.

I needed to get my check engine light fixed so I can get an emissions test and there was a sound that needed to be looked at and fixed. The service was great and all but they are WAY too overpriced. They charge way too much for labor compared to other auto shops I ve been too. Seems like they are taking advantage of people when it comes to their pricing. They quoted me over $700 to change my spark plugs which you can get for like $10 on Amazon. Insane pricing so be careful going there.

Took my car in for it's 10,000 mile service. The service was $300 to include a brake flush, an oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation was never done. CHECK ALL THE WORK YOU GET DONE AT THIS SHOP!

The people there know what customer service means. They make you feel like family. They are just wonderful. I have not been treated this well in a long time.i would especially like to recommend you talk to AntonioDavis, the salesman.He the best.He is an asset to the company.

Always great service! Mark Hampton is my favorite guy not saying the rest of the staff aren't great because they are. But Mark and I built a great rapport from jump and I ask for him all the time. Excellent location to get your ride serviced hands down!!

Had to take my Murano back to the dealer.First there was a recall so they needed to take care of that second something happened to the muffler and I needed to get a new one and the suspension system. Very expensive if I would have gotten all the work they suggested done it would have cost me about $6,000!!!!!! Did the two major things and that's all I can afford. Also they don't put courtesy papers on the floor or anything on the seats and they don't even do the car wash anymore what's going on??????

Easy to make an appointment and friendly staff. But when I took my car in everything was fine until I got back home which is 30 mins away with traffic. An hour or so after being home I get a call to bring my car back in due to them leaving some sort of tool underneath my car. So then I had to drive my car back and they tell me it'll only take them 5 mins to get it off. The wait was another 30 mins for them to do what was needed. Mind you I'm also pregnant and had an appointment that same day. Who knows what would have happened if they left the piece on. I would of been paying for the damages or my family could have been hurt if something happened. But all that they told me was "thank you" for bringing your car back, I do believe I should have been offered something a little more than that especially putting my car/family at risk.Services: Tires, Oil change

Poor customer service- scheduled service for transmission replacement for my vehicle. Service was to be performed on 8/16. I called a towing company to transport the vehicle to kelly service department. Prior to the tow company pickup, I contacted the service department to see if I needed to travel with the tow person. When I spoke to someone at kelly, I learned that the mechanics were on strike and was not performing any vehicle maintenance. I never received a cancellation call from any one. But I did receive a confirmation text reminding me of an appointment. Good thing I called just in time before I had my vehicle towed over. I would have paid a towing fee for nothing.
