My service at Webb Chevy was top notch! I came in to get an oil change and a multi point inspection and my service advisor, Joel made sure I was well taken care of.He was kind, honest, and provided me with caring guidance that best supported my needs. I left feeling happy and empowered.I definitely look forward to coming back and for Joel to continue to provide me high quality service.

My service rep Anibal was fantastic. He kept me informed regarding the repair of my vehicle. However, I did not care for the supervisor, who was rude regarding the warranty on my newly purchased vehicle. The vehicle was repaired and returned in a timely manner, despite parts being ordered. I took one star off for the rudeness...but Anibal did a great job.

These guys are great as they always have been. Carl is a genius with my ever needy convertible top. The service advisors are fantastic. I most definitely recommend the service department at Webb.

I had to facilitate all the transactions from having both companies call one another to making sure the monetary transaction was completed. I had a horrible experience. I was also lied to about the company wasn't going to cover the repairs. It just seemed to me that Webb Chevy just wanted me to pay for the repairs out of my pocket. My car was held hostage because they have a horrible relationship with my warranty company. If you have such a horrible relationship with a warranty company, then stop doing business with them. DO NOT put the customer in the middle of your squabbles. The only reason I gave two stars because my car was fixed in a decent amount of time. I don't think that I will ever return to Webb Chevy for anything ever again. Also, I will not recommend either company to any of my friends. That's a shame because a friend of mine just asked me about a dealership that he could go to in order to get a car. I will not recommend Webb Chevy.

They are amazing! Services told me what i needed to repair my car. The supervisor even took the time to show me diagrams so that I could understand my issue and why the replacement was needed. I will be back for service on my new chevy when the time comes...

The service that my husband and I received from Mr. Ivan Fandino was PHENOMENAL. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and went through the process from the beginning to the end. Since the car was ordered, Mr. Fandino keep us up-to-date through emails and phone calls up till the date it was delivered to Webb Chevrolet for me to pick up. A matter of fact, he reached out again after we retrieved the car two days later just to check how I was enjoying the car. He asked, if I had any questions, and to feel free to call him if we had any concerns. Wow!! What great customer service. We will definitely be referring our family members and friends to Mr. Fandino. He's the greatest and is truly a great asset to your dealership. Thank you!

I was received very quickly at my appointed time, and everyone was very nice and courteous. This is my first oil change there and it took a little time, but it was worth it. I will continue to get my oil changes at the dealership instead of a carx or jiffy lube. I would not be paying that much more than I would anywhere else if not the same.

Truck had an oil leak due to the oil filter being loose. Hopefully next time they change my oil, the filter will be tighter. Remy, took care of me rite away when I went in without an appointment. This is the second time I deal with Remy and I hope to go to him every time I go for service.

Two young guys I spoke to were not very friendly. I was slightly annoyed with them. However there were two guys who were friendly. I've been coming there for 6 years and I usually get good service. That's why I rated it an average experience.

The staff was wonderful and nice. The wait time could be better. I did ask to have my wipers replaced. Unfortunately once I returned home and used them, I noticed that they did not replace them.

I took the car in because of issues my mom were having before she passed away. Contacted GM and they had me bring the car in. The car was shutting down completely at stop light, stalling, radio playing without car being on at all, radio showing lines when closing the door while still off, codes cleared and engine light comes on and goes off without being repaired. Showed them all the pictures and videos. All they told me was a battery but no warning indicator is on at all nor has it ever been on. Went in to pick up car and they didn t know what I was standing there for and a worker asked the manager Sean about the 2019 Chevy Equinox with the electrical radio issue but they re saying nothing is wrong with it but the battery. This has been going on since she first purchased the car And I have videos.

Speaking specifically of the parts department, there is no responsibility, if a part is defective and this caused major damage you do not have support, I bought the oil pump, and I had to do paperwork to have it replaced, but the engine could have stalled, no They helped me with the gaskets and the oil, nothing more. bad suport, bad servvice...

I scheduled an appointment for 3:15 PM. I made my appointment on time and drop my car off at the Chevy dealership. I had taken my car in for an oil change and to have the license plate bub and housing. Replaced at 6 o clock in the evening. I called the dealership to find out if my car was finished and they said they were waiting For me to give the OK to replace the license plate above and housing which cost $55. I did not receive a text or a phone call from the dealership. I was very disappointed that they had my car for over three hours and no one had called me to let me know all I had to do is verify the work being done .
