Carillo s came to fix my vehicle s window the next day for a very fair price. Their competitors appointments were more expensive and they were scheduling 72 hours out, it was reassuring that they could come the next day. The repair person was professional and he completed the replacement in a timely fashion. I would love to rate them 5 stars, but they left glass within my door panel. Every time I open or close my door, I hear shattered class shaking within. I feel that glass remnant removal within the door frame should be a standard part of the window replacement process. This type of detail is what makes them 3 stars instead of 5. Now, in order to get this rectified, I have to spend the money I saved to get this glass removed. In the end, I guess I can t justify the fair price I paid. I would be willing to pay more for 5 star service.
