CarMax in Oak Lawn, IL is the worst place to buy a car. After the thirty days are up, they do not care if you get your car serviced. Keisha or Jesus? Jose? have the worst customer service skills. When my sons come in they have a better attitude. It doesn't matter whether you're male or female, black or white, young or old. Courtesy and good customer service applies to anyone.

Muhammad couldn't explain the figures on the sales contract but said carmax is transparent with fees but you can't tell me how you came up with the figures.

Service center did a good job. Unfortunately it came at the cost of the car i just bought there deciding not to start. They had it back to me quicker than i thought tho
